The front desk staff were really nice and curteous. Dr. Alex was really sweet and curteous. He even had a way of helping my neck area without giving me a dizzy head and even helped with my foot that was cramping. Thank you I will definitely be coming back.

This was a great experience, I was scared actually, and they made me feel comfortable by explaining what was going to be done. Their place is hard to find so Ive put pictures to help........ After you pass Boone Hospitalon the left, GPS says to turn left on Rail Dr. at the stop lights (Walgreen is on right) Instead go straight through the light, first left after light. There is a Bank ( Central Bank of Boone County) you know the clover, after that straight past the bank and Building 8 is the next turn on the right. So much easier to find this way.

My mom has been seeing Dr. Phelps for years and has told me about how great she is, both as a person and practitioner. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I HIGHLY recommend Achieve Balance! I reached out to Dr. Alex when I was struggling with vertigo a little over a month ago, and made my first appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, this little cutie, Olaf, walked around the corner. I was greeted by the friendliest staff who were all so organized, and started on my paperwork. When my appointment started, I had an exam, x-rays, and a thermal scan on my spine done. After reviewing all of the information, Dr. Alex presented a plan to quite literally achieve balance over the next 8 weeks. I felt better almost immediately after my first visit, and its only gotten better since then. Each visit, the staff greets me by name (regardless of who is working the front desk) and the entire office is extremely cheerful. I seriously dont know how you could have a bad day working here! Dr. Alex gives me an adjustment each visit, and I also work on exercises on a vibration board, in a chair, and with some traction. He also gives me exercises to work on at home to further my healing. Dr. Phelps, the owner, has also given me a few adjustments, and literally made my day this morning with some great advice when I was feeling down. Every time I walk out of there, I am happier than when I went in. To say I am impressed with Achieve Balance would be an understatement!

Been a patient for nearly a decade now, ever since I completed physical therapy for an injured sacrum. My injured area was never the same, but chiro care has kept me in line since then. I posted before, in excruciating pain, but hopeful as a newcomer, and am following up with a new review now that Ive been coming for a few weeks. My pain and disability have lessened quite a bit. I am walking almost normally and the pain is mostly limited to mornings. The manipulation on my back and my neck, the stretchy chair and the rolling table (my names) have helped tremendously in company with the home exercise ABC have sent home with me. Everyone is patient, kind and friendly, no matter how many times I accidently call the wrong number or have to look again at my calendar.Altogether I have found a chiropractic home, with a bonus chaperone by the name of Otis.

ABC originally helped me fix some neck pain from a car accident. I can say Im completely sure that they are great chiropractors. But they cant answer a single question about billing. They are completely bait and switch! Was told multiple times that the first 2 visits entailed X-Rays, exam, consultation, and an adjustment. What it really happens is X-Rays, exam, consultation, sales pitch. Paid $150 under their word I would get an adjustment. Flat out lie to steal my money then sales pitch me to get 28 adjustments plus other treatments at a price of $2400. Just a money grab. Took advantage of somebody in pain and then gave me an all or nothing to get my adjustments. If you have extra money to waste give them a call. If you like keeping your hard earned money go with somebody that respects you. Will update with which place that is when I find them.UPDATE: They called me back later in the day and we were able to work out the billing and we agreed on a price for the services. An exact price monthly. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I showed up to the appointment I was met with a conversation not adjustment which was already agreed upon based on the review I left. They then proceeded to tell me that the price we agreed upon the day before was not right and it would again be more money. I questioned the why and was not given any reason other than it was their ETHICAL duty to do these extra services. Im sorry but I was on the phone with you all for more than 30 minutes when we agreed to a price only to have your ETHICS change the price last minute before you would give me my service. Again knowing Im in pain and trying to take advantage of it. That doesnt seem ETHICAL to me.They were upset that I left an honest review of them not talking bad at all about their service but their business practices and today they proved me right. Read my other reviews I dont leave bad reviews unless they are warranted. These charlatans deserve this review.

I answered the ad for the free neck pillow not knowing at all what to expect. They were super nice when I showed up and Dr. Alex was wonderful with showing me ways to use my pillow to make sleep, work, and travel better. Dr. Phelps took the time to really get to know me and my issues after an extensive full body evaluation. My initial adjustment let me leave the office pain free for the first time in months, and we’re just getting started! Super excited to continue care here and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!! 10/10!!!

Dr. Arminta and her crew are life changing. I started going to Achieve Balance back in January after a car accident. Everyone in the office is so kind and radiates happiness. Scheduling is so easy and I appreciate that you can call or text to change things around. All the employees have made a positive impact on me and I am so sad that I have to move away and cant see their smiling faces on a daily basis. When I couldnt see Dr. Arminta I would see Dr. Alex who is just as amazing. Dr. Arminta helped me work through all of my problems and fixed my back along with other things. They are very active in the community and often host events where all proceeds are donated. Such amazing people
