Dr. Phillips has been great with my 96 year old dad. He is very genuine in his concern and takes time to talk with my dad . He makes my dad feel at ease when talking . He doesn’t seem rushed.Dr Phillips is very knowledgeable and explains things where you can understand. My family appreciates Dr Phillips care of our dad.

Dr. Phillips is a superb Cardiologist. I have appreciated the time he takes to not only explain procedures but also to ask the right questions about related health issues. As a result of my last visit he referred me to Dr. Norm Khoury for a vein study to help determine cause of edema in ankles and feet.

Dr. Phillips is the most intelligent and caring doctor I have ever known. He really listens to his patients and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. Everyone else I have talked to concerning him has said the same thing. He is awesome!
