Exceptional care and consideration for the patient. Courteously people at every level in the group... from the time I got to the parking lot, in the reception area. and when I was checked in by a nurse. When I left - the checkout process was prompt, efficient as well as courteous.

Staff very courteous and kept me well informed during my visit through the nuclear stress test. Dr. Duncan takes his time to go over my tests which was good and was compared to the last years test. Thank you and see you all next year.

Everyone here is always so friendly...in person and on the phone. Dr. Smith takes time to listen and explain and I never feel like I am being rushed out the door. All of the nursing, tech, and office staff are equally friendly and courteous. I always feel better when I leave.

The team at Palmetto Cardiology Associates are outstanding. They are caring and professional. They know and call you by your name, seems like you have a personal doctor. I highly recommend them.

Be careful when paying. They overcharged me $304 and I have had to call multiple times and still have not received my refund. They also dont return my phone call. Next, I will be filing a complaint with the state and my insurance company.

Took my stepmother to her cardiology appointment. She was greeted pleasantly and she was seen promptly. They were most accommodating as she is 82 and English is not her first language. This was a nice way to start the day!

I love Palmetto Cardiology Dr.Smith is a great doctor and every is very friendly.

Wait time after test was in excess of 1 hour to see the doctor. Upon entering the room Dr Duncan said he refused to treat me because my INR level was high (not test I was there for) and because I hadn’t been to his office in 6 months. He is a specialist, not my primary so there was no reason to see him sooner. His equipment had to be off because I had no signs of thin blood not even a spot on the bandaid but he refused to retest and denied me further treatment. He said you are going to have a bleed in your your brain and die, I cannot treat you. I went directly to ER and the doctors original finding was way off as I originally suspected. How many people did he treat today that he said were within normal range that were probably too low since his machine was not calibrated correctly. Worst bedside manner ever. I never did get the results of my echocardiogram.
