Purchased a 1/2 gram extract and noticed a bad odor and taste once brought home. Called the dispensary and they asked I come back in. I bright it back and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Savannah F went above and beyond giving me a full refund, refunding the loyalty credits I used on the original purchase, and helping me ensure the product I picked out was of good quality. Great staff, very happy despite the hiccup.

On line it said 20 percent thc when I get home the package said 1 percent thc 20 percent thca and when I called they acted stupid like its the same if its the same why is it labeled different and it doesnt say thca 20 percent it said thc 20 percent and it tast like cbd all they could do is talk circles so watch what you get because its not labeled right on their website

So I came in literally 5 mins before they closed and expected everyone to hate me. However I was pleasantly surprised by Tanner gladly welcoming me in and happy to help. Right along with the rest of crew working that night. I only hope they really understand how much their kindness was really appreciated at times like that!

Everyone working here has always been super nice. Central location is convenient. Great points discount for returning patients. Order online and pick up within minutes usually. Would love a drive-thru or delivery soon too!

Since the dispensaries in Springfield do not know how to keep flower in stock, I decided to drive the 2 and a half hours to come here. I packed my dogs in my van and we did a Saturday road trip to here. I do not regret it! This place was very friendly! The product very good! Best yet they actually had product in stock! Im sure being right there at the college they will always have flower. I will be doing more road trips to Columbia from Springfield.

My first visit went smoothly. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Provided them with my drivers license and my MMMP card. Took all of maybe 3 minutes to get checked in. Once I was checked in, I met a nice gentleman (I dont remember his name) who was knowledgeable about the products, helped me pick out items based on my likes and needs, and checked me out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend going here. 👌

Amazing place because of the people who are in charge of hiring staff. Hiring is maintained well, no complaints 🌏 💯.Experience throughout from each staff including your female receptionist and female bud colleague, the one whos name stands still separate from most names, unique- that I allowed myself to forget how to spell it.Enjoyable leisurely place to pay for quality weed, edibles and CBD paper rolls.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their delivery service is wonderful and they have a really good habit of keeping their prices the same even if you order delivery, which is awesome. My opinion of this place has done a total 180 in recent months and i honestly cant recommend Green Releaf enough.

First time in a dispensary. I have stress issues and looking for the best options. Not looking to get high. Actually a medical marijuana situation. Finally got to speak to someone that had useful information. Im convinced the medical community has no idea about using marijuana for actual medical use. Thank goodness the guy at the dispensary does.

The dispensary itself is so clean and well maintained and the space is aesthetically pleasing with plenty of waiting room to allow personal space. The budtenders and all the employees working there are so nice and knowledgeable about the product and the process of getting legal if need be. They also have a point system that allows you to redeem towards $$ off on your purchase, which is so handy! They have a great selection and I have used the online ordering system with no hassles at all! I would absolutely recommend this dispensary to those looking for a place to fill their MMJ prescriptions.

First time in a dispensary; it was quite an education. The young woman that helped us seemed knowledgeable although I felt she was really pushing smoking products. She patiently answered lots of questions and helped us find a 2 products to try.

I have been through 3 Nuro ophthalmologist, 2 ophthalmologist, 2 neurologist and 2 primary care physician s. This by far is the most comfortable medical environment I have ever experienced. After all these specialists, I obtained my medical card and processed to use this and I would like to thank the “specialist” for doing nothing. I would like to thank Andrew and the staff at Green (excuse me for not remembering everyone’s name) but Andrew has done more for me than all these specialists haven’t been able to do in 2 years. So thank you Andrew!!

I patiently waited for over 30 minutes before I just left the store. There were a total of 8 people in waiting room 2 of witch were online orders, but those two online order were placed after I was already waiting for 30 minutes and they went straight in no wait. At least think of your other customers. No I’m not bashing the place of business it has good quality and pretty professional tenders just try and think of everyone.

I had the best experience! I bought a faulty disposable vape pen, which happens sometimes, not much you can do about that. The manager did a great job handling everything! I learned a lot .. I am pretty new to all this. We found a cart to exchange and she charged me for the vape battery, which is very inexpensive! The strain she prefers is what I purchased... Very happy with her suggestion! Definitely a great place to go. Very helpful, informative, and professional!

Or a buy so many get one free. Or a loyalty pre-roll for the frequent returning patients. Also, if you recommend a patient type promo. Ive been to the mexico Green Releaf and it had a inviting atmosphere, great vibe from the staff ,very knowledgeable of marijuana and cbd. They really new there products.

Okay so todays visit was very lack luster at best im afraid. First I placed an online order which should give me priority over anyone in the waiting room(the other dispensary doesnt make you wait fyi).So there I sat for 10 minutes now remind you when i first checked in you guys told me i had an online order. I said yes and waited the 10 minutes only to get to the back for them to not have my order, dont know what happened to it, and you were completely out of vapes all together which is what I had ordered. Then to make it even better the lady that came in after me had the same exact thing happen with her order and all either of us got was a sorry we dont know what happened Unacceptable
