The staff is always great, the place is laid out like a legit dispensary and is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. They have a ton of products, that they are all knowledgeable about. Its a great time and the only place we go in Columbia.

Ive been several times now and i recently fell in love with there infused cbd honey. You only need a half a spoon stirred into your cup of warm or hot tea. Very relaxing and it definitely works.

Ive been here once in person. I probably wont go back due to the hectic parking, as they are part of a plaza. I thoroughly enjoy their online experience! I think I order anywhere from once or twice a month from their website to restock my personal inventory. The site is user friendly, the shipping is reasonable and cheap. Theyre my favorite spot in Charlotte for CBD needs.

I almost never leave negative reviews but this is one of those special occasions. My first two experiences with Charlotte CBD were extremely satisfatory- I had ordered delivery, with additional cost for 2 day shipping, and received my orders promptly. This week I found another CBD vendor with excellent prices and thought I would give them a try but the order would arrive until this weekend. Given the wait, I though I would order from Charlotte CBD, assuming the order would be here midweek to hold me over. I placed my order Monday morning and my order, as of Wednesday evening, is still in pre-shipment even though I paid extra for two-day shipping. If I knew this delay would of occurred, I would have made the drive to pick up the order in store.The only way to contact the store is through a phone consultation/ e-mail form. No chat, no phone numbers, or e-mail… just a phone consultation form…The response I received lacked clarification, professionalism, and was full of grammatical errors. I was aghast. I replied to the e-mail- no response. I copied and pasted all correspondence into a new e-mail form, along wth my response and no reply. I am wondering if I will be refunded or credited for the money I spent for quick shipping, although at this point I doubt I will receive a response or my order.I also only made this order to hold me over while I waited on a large order to come in this weekend. Money wasted, apparently.

Went in the other day asked about the flower the dude threw the menu on the counter at me said here and walked in the back never came back rude as hell dont shop here can get way better products at better prices anywhere else

I went into this establishment on 02/25/2020. Sammie is amazing, very knowledgeable. She made feel very comfortable with my purchase. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was due to the Manager that was on duty Meghan. Meghan wasnt helpful, no customer service and even said no to Sammie concerning my transaction. I was very appalled. I had to asked Sammie the question of Did she just said no, and the look I received I knew I heard correctly. I have been in management before and you never let your customers see that type of behavior under no circumstances. I will be a returning to purchase more products but not when she is there.

If you have ANY questions about CBD products, this is the place you need to go. My boyfriend and I just started trying CBD for pain management, anxiety and for sleep and Cam was very informational. We actually got to sit down and talk to him about what would best match our needs and was able to see the different strains suggested. Cam was able to answer all of our questions and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in CBD!

I have an online company I use consistently for my CBD but there are some products they dont carry and times I need something quicky so Ive been on the search for a local business that carries a good assortment of products. Ive checked a few places, but they either didnt carry what I use or didnt seem interested in helping. Came in today and I had a great experience. Me ordering from out of town always get shipping quickly even though I wish they would ship for free especially when your spending $80 plus but oh well. This store is fantastic! I found it online, and had some questions about the Liberty gummies and I wanted some teas. I wanted some additional information about them, so I ended up just calling the store directly. I talked to Megan and she was able to help me navigate the site, and find what I was looking for (the gummies) and also recommended the Apothecary teas. She answered all my questions about everything. This is the first time Ive ever been compelled to leave an online review, but it was a great experience, especially for someone who is not physically in front of you. To be able to convince me to buy something over the phone is great customer service, so Kudos!

I was in town on vacation recently (about a month ago), and stopped in this establishment (Columbia). I was approached by Megan and her knowledge of everything in this store was above and beyond. I did not really know much about these products until that day, but she knows her stuff! She explained in detail everything that I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Im sure I was aggravating with all the things I wanted to know, but she was patient with me until I decided what I wanted. I wish we had more stores like this (and more Megans!) where Im from, and I cant wait to come back to visit!

I usually shop with CBD distillery online. I am visiting from NC and really wanted to check this place out. The setup is awesome, prices are displayed nice so you can read them easily. The young woman who helped us was nice (I didnt catch her name but this was today so maybe youll read this)and recommended something for me and I based my sale off of her recommendation. Have not tried it yet but have already tried one of the pre rolled CBD joints (mint) and it is good. There was a misunderstanding with a product that was added to our total and they (she called the manager) were able to fix it and provide a refund. I come here about once a year and will return. Very nice shop! Thank you, I posted this on yelp too because I realized that there was only one review on yelp.

The Pure Relief line of oils are the best ones I have tried so far. I highly recommend trying it. If youre suffering with chronic pain like I am. Also, the staff there are amazingly helpful. Especially the manager Madison.

I did not know anything about CBD walking into this store. River was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. She was also very helpful in selecting the right CBD product for me. The store is very polite and professional. Its a clean store and very organized when I walked in I felt as if I were in a doctors office not a weed store. I cannot reccomend this place more to anyone who is suffering from any kind of illness or pain as well as anyone who is just intrested in CBD.
