I had a great experience! Emily is an amazing stylist with really really good customer service and she is overall just such a sweet person. My hair was extremely damaged and poorly cut and she fixed it all and put me on the track to having nice, healthy hair again. She was really good at understanding what I wanted and communicating with me what was best for my hair. I understood every step and the pros and cons of all my options. Overall, it was just an outstanding hair appointment, and I am very pleased with the results.
