My eyebrows look good but I asked her to do my lip as well and she was too rough. so now I have little tiny cuts on the edges of my lip. It hurts and it looks ugly! 😭😭😭

I love this place! it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and she was so sweet. my eyebrows look great, if you are debating on going, please go, it’s worth it.

They did an excellent job in shaping my eyebrows, but their version of light brown looked dark brown against my light blonde hair

Very good service!!! I got my eyebrows threaded and they look amazing! The lady who did them was very nice, she constantly asked me if I was okay and was very welcoming and warm.

I’ve read some of these other comments but everyone knows certain people are picky and that’s all I’m hearing from the negative ones. The prices are great! And the service is great! I’m struggled with my eyebrows so much before and their services here are the best I’ve experienced. From eyebrows to extensions to even henna it’s all good! I recommend trying it out and being open while you do it!

Kept the same gloves on for 4 people in front of me and tried to keep the same gloves on for my brows. Very gross! Aren’t they suppose to learn about that before receiving a license?!?!

Great Shape Up. Quick and sharp. Ive been going here once a month since they opened. Cant go wrong with Threading last way longer then waxing. Plus hair grows back finer less noticeable. Keep up the great work ladies!

Just got my eyebrows done here. I only let one person thread my eyebrows because shes been helping me get the back in the right shape but I moved so I needed fresher up & Perfect Brow did great. Cleaned them up nicely and didnt take too much off so they can keep getting fized

Asked why the eyelash extensions were so cheap and she just sat me in her chair and started doing them. i asked to see pictures and i didn’t even want mine done. they looked so bad and cheap so i took them off immediately after. tried getting a refund but the lady refused. in fact she just tried putting more glue on. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I have been here a couple of times. I usually go there to shape my eyebrows and for my upper lip. Nice service!! I prefer Srijana to do my eyebrow. She is really good. She knows what eyebrow shape suits my face structure. She is very fast unlike others, less than 5-6 minutes and you are done.. Highly recommend others..

Ive never had a bad experience here! Anytime I want a touch up or to completely shape my brows, they never disappoint. Very inexpensive for the great quality, they always have specials, the give you a punch card so if you come s certain amount of times, you get an service for free! Beauty is pain but perfect bar is definitely worth it!

I wont go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. All the ladies that work here have done a fantastic job shaping/threading my brows, and they are all very friendly. The prices here are unbeatable. I have never had a bad experience here!

Ive loved the results of threading for at least 8 years, so I decided to give them another shot, and I was much more satisfied with the results. I could only give 3 stars because the first time they thinned them out and they were uneven, but this go round the results were great. Their prices are nice.

Eyebrows turned out great. Got false lashes done for the first time ever. The lashes were uneven on one eye. The lady used so much glue that it hurts to blink and my eyes feel so sore and irritated. I’m not a person that’s allergic to anything, but the quality of the glue must not be great. This completely turned me away from ever getting eyelash extensions done again. You get what you pay for I guess.

First time there, so when I sat down I EXPLAINED how I wanted my eyebrows done. Have been growing them out for months so I can have fuller brows, and this lady didn’t listen at all, completely chopped them thin. She still charged me full price, even though I expressed how disappointed I am in her work. Pricey and not worth it.

I went to The Perfect Brow Bar but the salesperson was not there. No sign to indicate where she was or when she would return. Myself and another customer waited and finally she showed up. No apology. No Welcome or Hello. Just told the other lady to have a seat. She didnt do a good job of threading my eyebrows - she missed the whole center section between my brows. Unfortunately, I did not realize it until I got home. Its too bad because Im new to Columbia and this is where I would have gone to have my eyebrows threaded every time if she had done a good job and not been so lacking in basic social graces.

The first time was cool she defintely does threading the eyebrows fairly well.. however when i got the eyelashes they dont last long at all for the money that i pay for them.. i have had strips that last longer.. the second time i went i went in for a fill and that will definitely be my last time going there.. she ended up glueing no ONE but both of my eyelids shut.. how? i have no idea.. and it was some of the most painful stuff i have ever been in.. never ever again. not to mention i got the fill and it hasnt even been two weeks and already it is all falling off.. they dont last long at all. horrible experience and i definitely will not be coming back.

I have been going here for years and never had any problems until the other day.... $3 was added to my credit card transaction when I had already left a cash tip. Very disappointed and feel cheated. I understand it is just $3 but that is not how you run a business.

Urmila did a great job on my brows! they were the perfect shape and fit my face perfectly. I have been here before and felt rushed but i did not feel rushed with her, maybe because there was no line. I rater 3 stars because two days after i had scarring around my brows which usually does not happen but this time it did.

So I went in today for getting my brows thread. The lady completely destroyed my eyebrows, she made one thicker than the other. I have been getting my eyebrows thread since the past 13 years and this by far has been my WORST experience. She made one eyebrow thick and the other thin with completely different shapes. It was a nightmare. When I said she did a terrible job and will not be returning there, shes like thats ok! Unbelievably bad customer service! This explains why this place has such terrible reviews on yelp and never has any customer. Dont go here.

A friend and I got our eyelash extensions done there, it’s definitely a get what you pay for kind of thing because they turned out horrible and they used so much glue and they’re way above our eyelashes.....not good, I basically paid $25 for them to put individual false lashes that I can do at home 👎
