I absolutely love the way Jessica does my hair... swirls, curls and waves!!!! They are very efficient, adhere to covid precautions and will not have you sitting under the dryer for 2 hours!for my last appointment, I was in an out within an hour and 10 mins and I got a relaxer!!!!! Come on somebody!! Time is EVERYTHING!!!The shop is very inviting and the design is very chic! If you havent booked... go book! You will not be disappointed!!

Jessica the owner is awesome. I lost my hair when I got sick. You could see my scalp. My daughter suggested that I go see her. Almost 3 year later, I have hair down my back. I kept short for 2 years. I started growing it long at the beginning of this 2021. Its healthy and beautiful. She make her own products. Jessica does not just do your hair, she tells you the dos and dont of taking care of your hair. Looking for a great stylist visit Pynk butterfly. The Salon also have other great stylist one who specialize in natural hair, her name is ADA. My granddaughters had their hair styled by her.

Jessica Reese is a 5⭐ Master Stylist. I am never disappointed when I leave the salon. I show her an inspired by photo and she creates the style. I love the CDC measures that are implemented and feel safe in a very chic clean salon.

I used their service about a year ago but dont think Ill be going back form my annual birthday cut. The Decor was classy. The hair products top of the line. My hair came out beautiful....HOWEVER the service prevents me from leaving a 5 star rating. I was a bit late coming in from out of town just to try their services. I tried calling to say thats Id be late but some sort of voicemail service took a message and I was unable to speak directly to someone at the salon. The owner was pleasant. Kimiche on the other hand was not. I get the fact that I was late. I apologized and acknowledge my faux pas. Needless to say it didnt matter. Her attitude was unpleasant. It was unprofessional and very awkward...for me anyway. Nice with the hands nasty with the attitude.

I called this place twice. Once to let them know that I will be late but I am ten minutes away because I could not leave work at 4:20 for my 4:30. The person I spoke to said that they will relay the message for me. I get to the salon. No one is there. Not one person. No call as promised. I called again. Expressed that I called. They said they will have someone call me. It is 6:34pm now. No one called me back. At all. I reached out to communicate. They never reached out. Dont miss your EXACT appointment time, let alone do a courtesy call.. They wont call back.

I would like to start off by saying this is the best hair salon I have ever been to. The staff at PYNK were nice and very knowledgeable about hair. Saturday was my first time going to PYNK.Upon my arrival I was greeted and serviced within my scheduled appointment time. I did not even have to wait. The shampoo and conditioner they used was amazing and the mini scalp massage they give you will put you to sleep.I booked an appointment with stylist Kimeche Spears and let me tell you she knew exactly what she was doing. I have very thick natural hair and I came to get the ceramic press and the precision cut. She was able to get my natural hair straight, super soft and a lot of body/bounce.I also wanted layers so she gave me beautiful long layers. During the process she was very nice and gave me a few tips about hair care. I had to write a review because this is the longest my hair has ever lasted and I honestly felt that I had a wonderful experience.I would recommend PYNK to people with natural hair or chemically treated hair.

I would not recommend this salon, not friendly, the spirit/ atmosphere didnt feel right, went 3x with high prices like NY. I transition hair from natural to relax, was told they are into healthy hair, not true as Each time I ask about what to use on hair, stylist got annoyed and told me to leave my head alone that did not seem like a person who care for me obtaining healthy hair.. I go where Im celebrated and not tolerated. My current stylist place is filled with joy and stylist has concern for my hair.Atmosphere is much happier and not stiffness.

Retouch, Trim and StyleSo Im away from my current place of residency attending a military course in Fort Jackson.I havent had my hair styled since the end of December and my hair was in desperate need of getting these roots touched up! I follow Pynk on Instagram and when I googled salons they came up with one of the highest reviews.Getting to the point, I reserved/scheduled my appointment online for 1300/1pm, which in return said I would be finished by 1415/2:15pm.🤨 Lol. I couldnt believe it until I experienced it!I was in by 1, and making my payment by 2:14pm.Everyone was professional, gentle and on time!Jessica did an amazing job and I highly recommend this salon to everyone! Short hair, long hair, weave.... They do it all!Thank you for a great experience Pynk!

My daughter went in for a hair cut. Wanted something similar to picture on LEFT and took the pic on the RIGHT to show how short she didnt want her hair cut on the side. Does the picture on the left look like a man cut???? Well .... thats what the stylist told her and gave her the number of a barber. Really??? Totally insulting. My daughter should not have to go to a barber. Does Halle Berry or Rhianna go to the barber for a man cut ???? I think not.

This was the BEST haircut of my life. Kimeche Spears was amazing! My hair turned out better than I ever could have imagined and I had a blast with the staff. They were so professional, courteous, generous, and easy to talk to. The price, experience, and product simply cannot be beat.

Went in for a blowout and trim. Got a chair without an appointment and was very impressed with the results. My hairstylist offered useful advice especially pertaining to maintaining my hairstyle and I loved the steam treatment and massage for my scalp. Very nice salon with a warm, friendly and professional staff.

I have always enjoyed my experiences at Pynk. I love my Pynk ladies and their warm, caring spirits. They have always enhanced my natural beauty whether I rock a lace front, relaxed hair, colored hair, a sew in and now my natural twisted coil Mohawk. I left Pynk once because I was offered a discount at another salon. That experience made me realize that valuing what I wanted as the customer and my time was greater then saving a few dollars. At Pynk, they are very professional, efficient, and give you a quality service each time. They service all nationalities and their spa services are great. I have sensitive skin and have had terrible experiences at other places when it comes to waxing my eyebrows. Laura is the only person in the world that I allow to wax my brows and I dont look like a butchered mess the next day. Pynk expands beyond the salon and spa into fashion shows, hair shows , and giving back to the community. I love my Pynk life!!!!
