Brow Art 23 is spacious and clean, service was fast and Nirmala listened to exactly what I wanted and executed impeccably. I will definitely come back again

I go to this place just because of Arzoo. She is kind, caring and she does an excellent job.

Went to get my brows threaded & tinted ... the lady That did them claims she’s the manager ok fine! Threading was fine but I told her I didn’t want my brows too dark or thick well they are beyond dark and thick and two different shapes I called and explained what my issue is she says I showed you in the mirror umm no Ma’am this is a mess!! I look crazy I said I wanted them natural looking!!! NEVER AGAIN

Eyebrows were uneven, made several attempts to straighten with no success and now they’re inflamed!! first and last time going there!

Love the ladies at this location!! Especially Arzu. She is not only great at doing my eyebrows but she is a genuine nice person who gets to know you and treats you as a friend.

Awesome service

I went there about four times and never had an issue. My eyebrows came out nice. The staff had a very good attitude. I never had to wait. I found a place near home due to time and traffic (not far from us but we are a busy family☺️so I line to do everything as closed as possible).

Terrible service. She rushed me out of the place, did not clean after the threading service. My face was covered in eyebrow hair that I had to remove it myself and while doing so she said “hurry I have someone waiting” while there were 6 other empty chairs she could’ve used. Definitely not going back

Arzu is amazing!

Theyre good but they always make your brows thinner than they need to be, Ive asked for specifics and they kinda just nodded but then proceeded to do their own thing without your requests under consideration. If you dont mind thin brows, youll be fine, but if youve grown them out in hopes of having cleaned up thicker brows like me, try somewhere else.

Arzoo did a wonderful job! This was my first time getting my eyebrows done, and it only took about 5 minutes to thread both of my eyebrows. Also, it only cost $12! Definitely would recommend, she kept the thickness of my eyebrows but made them look very clean!

I had it done by arzoo before and she was great, took her time and listened to what I said. The lady I went to today rushed through and made them so thin even tho I said I wanted them thick. She left an awkward large patch at the front so I came back to have it fixed while I’m explaining to her she goes “mmhmm, yes” without rlly listening and starts threading a completely different part of my eyebrow making them thinner! I stopped her and explained again. Please listen to your customers And what they want before you start altering their bodies! I’ll only come for arzoo

This is the third time that Ive been here and each time I left completely disappointed and dissatisfied. During each visit my brows looked terrible. I might as well do them myself. What a waste of time and money! In addition, they could do a better job with their customer service. Greet your customers when they enter.

I had asked the lady (forgot her name) to have my eyebrows as thick and straight as possible, the lady nodded her head and made them thin and shaped. It took a while for me to grow them out, I’m very disappointed. Will never come here again or recommend to anyone.

This is my second time visiting, but I felt compelled to leave a review this time. Kamala did a wonderful job threading my brows. I paid $12, which is the lowest price that Ive paid in Columbia thus far. I let my eyebrows grow out for 3 weeks before going in, so there was a lot to shape. Kamala was quick, so I didnt have to spend a lot time awkwardly holding my brows. It was also relatively pain free.

Arzoo is really good at the columbia mall location.

The old lady who did my eyebrows was not good. I used get it done in other place and usually took 10 minute or a little longer on my eyebrows but she did only 2 minute and my eyebrows still look the same , no alcohol to clean my eyebrows. I asked her if she can trim my eyebrows a little bit shorter because it was long and she denied to do so. Please don’t go to her. Nasty business.

I come here for eyebrow threading. Arzoo does an excellent job, is gentle and gives me exactly what I ask for. Ive been to another person here (forgot her name) and had an awful experience - it felt like she was trying to rip my skin off. So I would only recommend Arzoo.
