Wonderful new place. Was a little bit hard to find. Great waxing. Will definitely be coming again. Very clean and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere.

Ive been here a few times and I love it. The staff are always friendly and they make the experience if getting waxed quiet pleasant all things considering. The costs are very reasonable and they get you in and out quickly. Will definitely continue ton patronize, and I highly recommend.

Quick, easy, and fairly priced! Called ahead for same day appointment. Nidali beauty has beautiful decoration and a warm environment. The salon and spa offers a wide variety of services, such as waxing and cleansing facial (choice of 35, 45, or 65 minutes). The ladies on shift were very welcoming and offered water on arrival. The tools used for waxing looked clean and the process was done in a private, closed room. Will definitely be returning in the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place so much! I was going to a different salon before this place opened, and I’m so glad I switched! The staff here is so amazing, and they always listen to your needs! I personally love Anna, she does my eyebrows so beautifully and understands how to shape them to match the structure of my face. She’s also great with facials! I can’t wait to try all of the other things the salon offers. 10/10 recommend this place!

Got the Bespoke Express Facial for 45 minutes and it was incredible. She did an amazing massage and steamed me which really helped open up my sinuses and clear out my blackheads! I will be going back out for a blow out and hot oil treatment next. Highly recommend

I had the most amazing woman to do my wax today! After 9 months of not getting a Brazilian wax, you can only imagine what she had to deal with. But Emma painlessly waxed me in a matter of 20 minutes! She is so kind and personable! I definitely recommend this place to newbies, or rookies!

Some beauticians are good due to experience, but few of them are new. One lady completely screwed up my eyebrows but the owner came to the rescue. Service is good and facility is very clean. Recommend this place but get service from experienced professional.

Recently moved to US from the Middle East and was too worried and skeptical about finding a place that could cater to my waxing needs. NIDALI is like hitting a jackpot. Its clean, the staff is friendly and knows h what they are doing. My waxing was done by a girl named Sana and she was very gentle yet very quick and efficient.

Ive been going to Nidali since it opened. Ive always experienced great customer service and Anna is such a delight. However, during the pandemic they did not communicate with their customer base. Most brands sent customers emails or posted to their social media sites. Since there hasnt been any communication besides the initial cancellation of my appointment on March 19, 2020, Ive called, texted, emailed, you name it trying to determine if they are opening back up since Howard County has implemented stage 2 of the reopening process. The phone number is no longer in service. So to sum it up, Im out of a package purchase in which I havent even used. I assume many people who purchase series packages are too out of money.

I came here 3 weeks ago and was first ignored by the receptionist. I was still patient and understanding and waited. What a mistake! I was made to wait for more than half an hour just to speak to someone about getting my makeup trial done for my wedding and I could see the receptionist was not busy at all!! I left because I could not wait any longer and she clearly did not care!Even then, I still wanted to give this place a chance because I follow the business and their makeup/hair stylists on Instagram and like their work. I was astonished to see one of their employees harassing a client on social media with a barrage of disgraceful, unprofessional comments- simply for leaving a review of the unprofessional behavior experienced.I am surprised the owner stands for this atrocious behavior from employees. And I agree with others that this business lacks in good customer service. If you want to be ignored and harassed by this business, be my guest! Otherwise, dodge a bullet!! I will be taking my business and purchasing power elsewhere.

This place is awesome! It’s very clean and all the staff is super friendly. I have tried numerous other places for waxes and Nidali is hands down the best one.

Anna is amazing. I was so nervous since I have not had a Brazilian wax in so long. But, she truly did an amazing job. She took off the hair in small increments and and minimized the stress and pain level significantly. I was blown away at how fast she did it as well. And these eyebrows! She slayed these brows yall! She is very mature and experienced at what she does. I cant believe Im saying this but I cant wait for the next wax.! Hope this helps..

Anna and Sanna are both great. They make us (my daughter and I) feel so at ease, she begs me to bring her get waxed as soon as she sees hair😂. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated and they always have treats to offer, add if its a party everytime I go! I recommend it 100%

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve gotten a couple Brazilians and am impressed at how they get every hair. I also think their prices are hard to beat which has won me over as a customer.

Went for a 65 minute facial and hot oil treatment, and both did not disappoint. The salon/spa is beautifully decorated and the ambience is very relaxing. The facial done by Anna was amazing. She really spent her time in helping my skin reach where it needs to be and I can’t recommend enough! Howard County needed a place like this, and I’m glad Nidali Beauty chose to have its first location here!

I got my wax done there yesterday because I found out that the had a good promo but the lady who did my wax she was not professional she was using really hot wax. I told her twice that its hot but she didn’t really pay attention after she did my underarms it was burning and i kinda felt that they got burned already and when i got home i saw in the mirror it was really bad and it was burning like hell i had to iced them to cool it down. Well its my fault cause you always get what you paid for $50 for full legs, fullarms and underarms was a good deal but not worth it. Never ever going back.

Horrible!! If I could give this place 0 stars that’s what they would get. Where do I start?!? I booked a lash appointment for 12:15 a week ago. The day before my appointment I get a call asking if they could push it back to 1:15. Sure, no problem. Come in 15 min early the receptionist greets me and ask me to take a seat. I wait at least 30 minutes before they finally tell me that the lash technician had a “family emergency” and ask if I could come in the next day at the same time and they would also discount my service. Well! I come in again and someone greets me, offers me water and i sit down and 10 minutes later the same receptionist tells me the tech had another “family emergency” and she couldn’t do my lashes! These people wasted my time and showed no kind of remorse or concern. Please don’t waste your time with this unprofessional “business”. Now I see why there shop was EMPTY!!!

My daughter, had a wonderful experience, the staff was phenomenal. Aneela, the makeup artist who worked on my daugther, was just amazing. I recommend this place to everyone!

Anna and Sona are great! Ive gone back a couple times for leg waxing and each time theyve been professional, kind, and funny!

Very disappointed. When I got there, the makeup artist had called two of her friends to come and watch us as I got my makeup done because “they were bored”. I felt that this was very unprofessional as I had paid for this service. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time as the makeup artist and her friends talked and as she asked her friends for advice on what looked good on me and what didn’t look good. They came at the same time as me and left at the same time as me as well. Due to this unprofessionalism, I won’t be coming here again nor will I be recommending this place to friends or family. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Sona was very nice but the appoint it says 30 min but she rushed I was out in 10 min and the wax was to hot I told her but she continue to do it also I notice that she was double dipping....overall is a nice spot but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I just blow dry my hair at Nidali, and it’s not worth it at all! They dont know how to blow dry hair. It’s better to blow dry myself at home! And the price is ridiculous!C’mon! Even a much nicer salon doesn’t charge this high!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!

Terrible place, it smells really bad and all the staff argue all the time. They never get anything done and it takes like 30min to even get started. Do not come to this place its terrible!!!!
