It was my first time going here and it was fantastic. I was greeted and treated with such care from the moment I stepped in. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My haircut was perfect. Just as I asked it was done. I just went for a trim and some layers to my hair and I loved it. The person who did my hair was Jenny. I’ll definitely be a regular customer here now.

Undoubtedly, one of the best places in the area, if you want to get your hair done. Before I moved to Columbia, I was going to this fancy high end salon in NY, where they’d charge me over 800$ for an okay haircut and some coloring. But all that glitters is not gold, and I was shocked to learn that professionals at Hair Pros do a way better job for almost 3 times cheaper! After several months my hair still looks good and will look even better, as I’m about to make another appointment :)5 stars, but I would give it 6, if I could!

I was looking for a new stylist and definitely found one in Jen! She fixed my hair color and took my very vague idea for a cut and executed it perfectly! And, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and constantly being cleaned, and I felt completely safe. No covid concerns and a great haircut/dye. Ill be back!

I got a haircut here today by jennie and i’m so satisfied!! she completely transformed my hair! pucs shows the results. I asked for layers and a v-cut and she fixed up my old v cut and cut the dead ends off. this was my first ever haircut in a salon and i’m very impressed! i really recommend it, also the pricing is so worth it my haircut was only $45 whereas its like $70+ in other places in maryland.

I had an amazing time here! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and Rosella knew exactly how to do my hair just by glancing at a picture of my fave haircut from years back! I even got a partial highlight and she helped give me the confidence to try something a bit more bold than Im used to. My cut normally baffles other hair stylists from other shops but she did it perfectly and even improved on it like it was a breeze. My hair looks great and I finally feel satisfied with my summer look! I will be coming here again!

I have one question, is an ombre and highlights the same thing? I dont think so. I clearly told the lady that did my hair that I wanted an ombre, she told me she could do that. I even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and told her specifically I wanted what was in the picture. I come home and I HAVE HIGHLIGHTS. I spent $165 to get something that I didnt even ask for. People tell me it still looks good but Im just so upset because I spent money on something I DID NOT WANT.

Jenny did an absolutely phenomenal job on my haircut! I got a lot of length cut off and I was nervous but she did some incredible work and I am so happy with my new hair! Additionally, all of the other ladies working were super friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and they were wiping everything down with disinfectant inbetween customers and following social distancing. I highly recommend this salon!

The hairdresser I had was very unprofessional. She rushed cutting my hair and was not paying attention. She then cut my hair ridiculously short even though I told her not too. I have extremely curly hair and she ruined it. I have been coming to this salon for over a year now and I am very upset. I recommend never coming here.

Really confused about the good reviews for this place...I waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time for a below-average haircut experience. Walk-ins seem to be prioritized over appointments. The stylist I had kept scratching behind my ear with the comb, ouch.

I waited 20 mins. to see Jenni in the morning. I brought a photo of the haircut I wanted and repeated that I wanted my hair layered. She said how much do you want off? I said only half an inch, even it up in the back. She snipped for 2 minutes and started blowdrying my hair. I thought maybe she cuts it dry? Then she said do you want hairspray? I realized I was finished?? I said I dont think were finished, I wanted it layered and showed her the photo again. She was clearly annoyed and raised her voice. Well you said you only wanted half an inch!!! I have to tell her how much to take off at the top, the middle and bottom to layer it? Every stylist anywhere asks how much you want off the length. Now shes more behind with someone waiting again. I was apparently done. A total of 5 mins. on this cut. I said, well you know I wanted it tucked in in the back too and layered. Annoyed again, she snip snips a few strokes and is done. No layering. She removed my cover; I was dismissed. I couldnt believe this treatment of anyone, much less someone about 30 years older. I could see she is a good cutter but I was treated very poorly. I felt very humiliated and paid $60 for half an inch off just to get out of there.
