If I could give this place O stars I absolutely would. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and it was for 11am. When I arrived the one beautician that was present was not ready. I was there to get a roller wrap. My hair was not washed until 12pm. Not sure why I created an appointment if I was going to have to wait an hour. From the looks of what happened next they over booked the only beautician working. I was under the dryer for an hour before I lifted the dryer. I knew my hair was dry so I got from under the dryer. The gentleman who sits at the front desk then directed me to a chair where he removed rollers from my hair. Once he finished the only Beautician came over while leaving a young lady who was getting her hair wash waiting. Then she asked if I wanted my hair flat ironed. I said yes just a little. She then begins blowing drying my hair. I asked are you attempting to straighten my hair she says yes and told me it’s what I asked for. At no time did I ask for my hair straight. She insisted that I said it and proceeded to argue with me. The man from the desk comes over and says it’s free and that I needed to leave. This was after 2 hour and 20 minutes of being in the salon. I will never patron this business again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Horrible customer service, does not value customers time and extremely short staffed with only one beautician.

Eliz is so talented! So glad I found her. If I could give 100 starts I would! Eliz and her husband treat you like family and she is so talented! Very happy with the service and pricing! She is wonderful with ethnic hair.

The prices was too high for just a simple wash and style and when a coworker of mine told me the price she pays it was way less than the price they quoted for me

The hair stylist was really nice, its a very clean salon and you dont need an appointment to be taken care of! Also the price was less than I would usually pay at other salons considering my hair type and length. Also the scalp massage during shampoo and conditioning was faaaaaaantastic!

I have long wavy/curly hair and a lot of it. I’ve been trying to find someone for years who knows how to cut my hair type well so that I could wear it styled or natural.

Eliza will straighten your hair to the cows come home. She takes her time and pays attention to your hair. Make sure you have enough time because you will be there for a while.

Personable customer service, real care for your hair and expert results. Cost is a bargain for the service you receive. Love the owners, I’ve been a customer for years!

Best hair salon. They are the best and a especially for short hair. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never been disappointed. Lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. My colour and cut are always perfectly made.

They don’t give you time quotes and don’t care if they waste your time. If you don’t block out 3-4 hours of your time just to get a simple service you’re not getting your hair done. They sit you under the dryer for an hour and you have to check with them about times they don’t tell you.

Great stylist. Cut, color, relaxer, set and styled. Anything thing you need is here. First come, first served basis.

This stylist is excellent in managing any kind of hair, she will manage all stages of you hair care, just give yourself at least two to three hours, but the result will be amazing.

I recently moved and since a month I have been looking a hair salon that I know would do my hair well. Today for some reason I Google hair salon and this salon was the third on the list and I made the decision right on the spot to visit this salon. I am very satisfied with how my hair was done. She is a Domincan hair stylist from New York. Being new to the area Im always apprehensive when trying new salons. She did a phenomenal job! I trusted her to trim and style my hair. I have very curly hair and she managed to give me layers and a frizz-free silky blowout. Yes....as ALL Dominican hair salons, it will take a little bit of time but that is simply how it is at every Dominican hair salon. Definitely worth the wait and highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon. I have 4C natural hair. It is not trained in any way. I never straighten it. Maybe once a year. It’s extremly thick and hard to manage. It also is 11 inches long. Eliz took her time and made sure my hair was ea effect for my baby shower. It took an extra two hours to straighten and she did not charge me a crazy price. It was under 70$ for the wash blOw dry and style. Anytime I need my hair professionally done, I will go here. Also customer service was amazing.

Honestly the worst experience ever. First of all, it says they open at 8am on Saturdays and they definitely showed up at 8:32am and I was outside waiting since 7:55. The second person who doesn’t even style hair apparently showed up even later, washed two people’s hair and is now on her phone while the person I’m supposed to have do my hair is washing someone else’s. Is it really hard to get another stylist on a Saturday morning or even another person to wash hair??? When they finally got to me, I told them I already washed my hair and I just want a blow out. The husband was like well it’s still going to be the same price, which I honestly didn’t care, but he kept insisting to get my hair washed because I might as well. Whatever. His wife ended up just conditioning my hair. Either way, I didn’t like how slow it was. I usually go to Cana hair salon, but decided to try them out because they have better reviews. Just know I’m going back to Cana and they’re not much better, but they are better than this place and won’t charge me the same price if I already washed my hair. I’m actually writing this as I wait. It’s 10:30. I’m still waiting for my hair to be blown out. Hope my hair is the bomb because if it’s not, I would come back on here, edit this post and say I should have given them zero stars. Anyways, never going back.Update: finally left at 11:35 and honestly, my hair looks the same as if I went to Cana. Sooo disappointed.
