My Grandmother has been at Rice Estates now for over a year. She was constantly complaining about the food at Arbor. Not sure what has changed, but in the last month she is so excited to get her meals. As this is a most important event - Breakfast- Lunch - Dinner and snacks for these residents - this makes me so happy. Thank you Rice for serving her good, hot food! It makes a difference.

My father was at Rice for about 7 months for rehab. This was a fabulous place for rehab! He had been to 3 (not so great) rehab facilities prior to coming to Rice. The food really is wonderful! The facility is clean, spacious, and relatively new. He really appreciated the large single room! They constantly had things for residents to do and participate in. If youre looking a nice place to recover, this is one of the nicest places around and it was VA approved :)

I really enjoy my job at The Rice Estate!!! I am the medical supply clerk. The management team really works very hard to keep everyone safe during this COVID pandemic!! If you are looking for a good place to work, come on and join the best team!!!

If you value your loved ones PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE!! The staff is incompetent!! My uncle was placed here in March and was asking to be tested for COVID for WEEKS, they finally tested him yesterday and he tested positive. No one TOLD HIM OR INFORMED FAMILY WE HAD TO HERE IT FROM THE DIALYSIS CENTER HE GOES TO. THEY STEAL HIS MONEY AND CLOTHES.

I am very Grateful My Dad is in Rice Estates... It always smells like Home not a hospital. The Staff is very attentiveAnd my Dads room is lovely with a window view. They helped me cater a 93 birthday party for Him and All The Family Came!! He was so happy and we all enjoyed the food and space.

Don’t bring your loved ones here, I worked here as an employee several years ago. I left a stable job to be hired on staff with HR at this facility. They Had me train kitchen staff not knowing that I was training my replacement. The kitchen staff took on the position with only half the pay of what I was receiving. I was without a job & the role was being filled by someone who did not have the resume or the skill sets. The higher ups are uneducated and snewty. I’m blessed to have found better. Run from this place as fast as you possibly can .

My mother was placed here several months ago and I’m so disappointed in the staff and management. If your mission speaks on god compassion dignity and so forth then why not practice that. I would not recommend this place to no one. When you report issues it’s never resolve. The staff doesn’t care about the elderly and it’s a disgrace. I pray to god something is done about this.

The staff here at Arbor is awesome. I am so impressed with the genuine care they provide on every level from Therapy, Nursing, CNA’s, Life Enrichment, Doctors and the Dietary staff. The place is spotless and very clean all the time. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in delivering quality care to every resident and family member during their stay.

The staff is very professional. This facility is beautiful. They all take pride in their work. A very clean and organized environment. The nurses are driven and they will get your loved one back up and going again.

This place is absolutely terrible! The staff does not care about their patients needs. Even after speaking with several different people nothing changed. Will definitely be finding somewhere else for my grandmother to receive care!

This a horrible place to send the person you love. My mom had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come take her to the restroom. My mom has fell and dislocated her hip here and no one seems to know how or care. I have voice my concerns to the social worker, DON, and nurse manager no one did anything. My mom has been here for 15 days and not had a shower yet and the doctor said it was OK to shower. This place my be good for others but definitely not for my mom. Please if you send any of family members here come often and check on them to be sure that they are getting the best treatment and care!

They suck! Nurses never come when you call for them. My grandmother fell under their care. They are going against her doctors orders and she was getting better on his orders now shes getting worse now because they refuse to follow what he doctor said.

My moms room is spacious, the staff seem nice and attentive, shes fed properly for her diagnosis, there are many activities outside of her rehab that she could participate in if she would. Cable TV, books, checkers table, much more

Im so happy I chose Rice Estate People are friendly helpful and Very hard worker the staff treat you like you are family members and that means a lot.I would encourage anyone that needs assistance and needs a Rehabilitation center. I endorse Rice Estate.
