All of the staff and doctors there are wonderful! Never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment! Love them all!

If you are unfortunately referred to this place be prepared to be treated like a street drug user. On my second visit, I did not see the doctor. Hutcheson was the one. Hes weird by all means. Then they immediately go to tell you about a stem cell procedure that insurance does not pay for and can start at $1500 up to $5000. I told them I am on social security and could not afford that. My hip surgery was 4 1/2 months ago and Im still in excruciating pain. They then wanted to do a drug screen on me. I am a respectable woman and I have never had to go to pain management in my life. I have never abused drugs and never will. The entire visit was accusatory and hurtful to me. I walked out. I didnt cause my pain. My surgery did. I have never been on long term pain medication and never wanted to be. I did not even ask for pain medicine.These people are hateful. I would give them no stars if that were an option.

Dr Hutchinson is a joke. He was rude not helpful and treats you like a nobody unless expensive procedures can be done on you to make him money. Do not waste your time. Not to mention I waited 2 hrs to leave with no answers. Will not be back.

The office staff was diligent, kind, and very friendly. They were busy, but we had a very short wait and had a great visit with Dr. Sakla. We had many questions and he answered all of them. We had already done a lot of research into neurostimulators and Dr. Sakla answered our questions very patiently. He took his time with us. We look forward to how hes going to help us in the future. We were skeptical going in, but we left very encouraged and looking to take the next step in this process. Great visit!

I have been with Dr H since around 2010 and he is amazing. He is clearly the only reason that I stick around, well that and his assistant. There are a couple of extremely pleasant staff members however, some of the newer staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I complained, I was told that according to their records I have had issue with several staff members. Funny when I stated that I would like to see the notes, I was told that they are phone records and I couldn’t see them. If your in pain and can tolerate rude staff that clearly do not care about the client, then Dr H is the best. This man is a miracle worker and is extremely professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and even jokes around with you. I guess the saying “it’s hard to find good help” is so true. If you do not like working with the public, please do not work for a medical office. The clients are their because they are in pain and do not need to be talked down to.

Really liked Dr. Mironer at first; he was pleasant and knowledgeable. During the insertion of a spinal cord stimulator (for the trial period), he hit a nerve to my left foot over and over before moving the sensor to another spot. This is a rare occurrence, he said - which I believe. No problem - things happen.An hour later, intense nerve pain pulsed down to my foot every five seconds. It was agonizing and frightened me a bit. After another hour (1 pm), I called and left a message describing the problem, asked if this was something that would calm down on its own, what could I do to relieve the pain - ice? heat? walk on it? Motrin was not helping. I told him how much pain I was in and asked him to call me back.What I find unforgiveable is that Dr. Moriner didnt call me back, nor did anyone from his office. The searing bolts of pain continued all day and all sleepless night until midday the following day. My foot felt bruised for days after.After four days, a nurse removed the device and all the tape across my back holding it down. The nurse said there was an especially sticky spot and worked for a half minute trying to get it off my lower back. Then I was done. Little did I know, there was sticky tape residue all over my entire back, which took a long time for me - alone at home with a bad back - to scrub off with alcohol. Please, folks, finish the job. It would not have taken that long for the nurse to remove the residue within her easy reach.The front office staff and other assistants in the back were amazing! Id just recommend another doctor who cares more about his patients.

Staff is very nice and wait was not long. However the dr I saw told me I’m too young to be in pain. And said because of my age he would not be giving me any pain medication. Highly offensive to me considering I just want the issue that’s causing pain to be fixed and yes relief from pain. Pain does not care about your age so please do refrain from ageism.I wish they would have looked farther into the pain location instead of just assuming it was just back issue. I feel I was not taken seriously. But if I was 10 years older I would have been.Other than that the front staff and nurses were very nice and I appreciate their sense of humor and compassion.

Staff was unfriendly and seemed to want to be somewhere else. Doctors do not care about what you would like, instead they want to push expensive procedures that really just benefits them! This place is a waste of your time. Seek help elsewhere @

I have been coming here off and on for 5 years Dr. Hutchinson is the best. Injections are not as painful as I anticipated Dr. Hutchinsons approach is professional and his corny jokes really eases any stress I would definitely recommend this office. Dont want to forget the NPs, nurses and front desk staff they are awesome polite, caring and attentive.

Dr Hutchison was very rude I traveled an hr and 10mins only to be seen for 5 mins. This happened on 3 separate occasions. I wasn’t taken seriously.He said nothing was wrong with me taking another prior dr notes without doing his own assessment. To figure out the problems. He said to me on two different occasions according to the prior doctors. I don’t see any significant change in my MRI which in fact it was.... Which and led to me having major surgery I am to him in a major surgery he still stated nothing was wrong . I then receive a letter in the mail stating there’s nothing else he can do for me and not to return. I suffer with chronic pain . Which I causing me to walk with a 2 haneded walker in which I was given to me by my neurosurgeon. This man has no compassion. He addressed me like I was pill junkie.

I’m not a patient of the Center and I will never seek out to become a patient again. My husband has used this clinic once when he had surgery on his elbow and now for back pain. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a couple years back and haven’t really been able to manage my pain. I don’t like medication and want to avoid surgery at all cost. I visited the website because I didn’t want to go in blind or way off base with my expectations and I needed to know if I had to get a referral.Well, my condition is listed and I was excited because there were so many alternatives to medication and/or surgery for my issues. I called up there and selected option 2 for patient referrals figuring this is where I could get the most information. I was 100% offended by the way I was spoken to and treated on the call. As if I was an addict or something. I am sure the young lady who was speaking with me realized I was in disbelief of how she was handling the call as she tried to bring the conversation back. At that point it was too late and I was disgusted. She didn’t even let me fully explain to her that I had seen the website and was against long term use of drugs and just treated me as if I had ill intentions. She basically told me my chronic pain condition is something that they don’t really work with. Though arthritis is listed on the website, perhaps it’s not something they see often. However, she could have handled the situation differently. I was appalled, highly offended and completely turned away by this service.FYI Everyone that seeks out pain management is not seeking narcotics or whatever else she “thought” I was calling for. I’m disappointed as I was really looking forward to experiencing the services as my husband has had success. I guess I will keep looking.This happened today May 8th, 2019 around 1:00 PM (give or take a half an hour).

There was a miscommunication about a billing issue. I wasted a colossal amount of time dealing with this office. There was a lack of follow up and lack of concern. Very disappointing.

The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I transport patients and they are not kind to them.

Dr. Mironer Saved My Life! You will not find a more caring, compassionate, understanding pain Dr. He’s just that good! He listens to his patients. He is sincerely compassionate and understanding and truly cares for his patients comfort and well being. There’s just not a better pain Dr. around. The staff are kind and very considerate. There are no long waits either.

This place is so rude and very disrespectful. I have never seen Dr. Hutchinson but on my very first time I went. The wait times are beyond ridiculous I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen even after being there on time for my appointment. They made me fill like I was only there for pain pills when I really did need help. They didnt care about my concerns I had, they basically told me this is how its going to be one if you dont like it you can find a new doctor . Which is exactly what I am going to do. You would be best off to just save your gas time and find another doctors office.

They would definitely get 5 stars if the front desk was more courteous & professional. Like trying to schedule an appointment today but having to argue about getting a signature on an unrelated form. How is that productive? Make the appointment and handle paperwork concerns in person where it actually matters. I can’t sign anything over the phone, I still have to come to my visit for this; so what’s accomplished by being rude and combative over the phone with a patient? How many unpleasant interactions with the front desk will a patient have before choosing to get service from a new provider with a more professional staff. It’s a choice to go to a provider and spend your money. The front desk staff are the first & last point of contact for an office and they should be mindful of that when they pick up the phone to represent a business.My doctor and his team are great. I’ve had several pain management doctors and I am very pleased with how he manages my pain and explains my treatment. For whatever reason the injections are less painful here so it’s worth it.

Great staff! Never a problem with this office in the 4 years Ive been seeing them.

I believe that this is my 4th procedure, & the first one thats been performed in the middle of my back (the 3 previous ones were 2 injections, one on each side of my spine), I believe between L4 & L5. Its only been 8 days, but so far this has been THE best result since my first procedure. Because that first one was about 10 months ago, its hard for me to make a fair comparison, but currently Id have to say that THIS latest one has had the best results. There is little to no pain (1-3 range) unless I do a back-bend to stretch my back, in which case it will escalate to around 5-6. Im NOW able to plank & bridge, both of which were not possible prior to this procedure. Ill be interested to see how long this latest injection lasts. I am keeping a loose journal to track this latest procedure.Dr. Tom is the best -- I have a LOT of doctors & hes THE ONLY one that takes the time to explain everything that hes doing & is great at answering questions during the follow-up exams!

The doctor and the staff are always very polite and respectful. Very professional practice. Unfortunately I did not have a positive result from the epidural injection.

Dr. Hutcheson has really been a blessing in my life! He is dedicated to his patients, and he really listen to his patients and try and understand their problem. To my surprise, I received a call to schedule an appointment. It seems my negative review prompted the appointment. I did have the meaningful conversation with Dr. H. about my pain and treatment options that I believed should have taken place far earlier into treatment. He has always been courteous and he has a sense of humor. I also fully understand that insurance companies dictate many policies and procedures for clinics. That is a huge flaw in our healthcare system that needs to be changed. Doctors do not have full control of their practice. However, they can and should still give the patient, who is the customer more than routine attention. I am learning to be more proactive as I advocate for my health as well. I need to speak up before becoming frustrated and not apologize for giving feedback.The clinic moved recently and the new facility is larger and brighter. It does need doors that are handicapped friendly however. All clinics need an automatic door option. I guess insurance companies dont care about that. The parking is far better as well. The staff is friendly. Thats a plus.

Going to see Dr. Hutchinson was like going to McDonalds and asking for a doctor! The only reason Im giving 1 star is because there is no zero star option!!!!

Dr. Hutcheson is a very good doctor. He is a true professional in providing medical treatment as well as taking the time to actually listen to my medical concerns and treating them accordingly. His office support staff is a direct reflection of his treatment of his patients. Very pleasant and professional environment.

Dr. Miromer is very cool, the thing I don’t like is filling out the darn paper EVERY TIME I go there. Just pull my name up on the computer and let them know I’m waiting. Also I hate waiting 30 minutes to an hour to be called to the back but if I’m 5 minutes late they make you reschedule. The nerve of them!

It would be nice if u could actually see the doctor. I went there for two years and never saw dr Hutchinson. I could not tell u what he even looks like. All they did was come In the room sat on the computer and i guess they said they were talking to u and then they said ok go the check out and they will bring your prescription to u. They do not care what is going on with u. And the staff in the front office r so rude. The girl that sits in the chair at the front that will not even get up because she is so fat is the rudest person I have ever seen in a work place and when I said something to the nurse practitioner said she hears that all the time but thats not her job to do anything about it. This place sucks.

This place is the worst. I have had back problems for years. They gave me a shot in my spine that made it worse than it already was and when I told them this they wanted to do the same thing again I was told that they would call in a few days to set it up. When I asked what to do about the pain Im in now since I can barely walk due to the first injection they told me to take an aspirin. If that was working I wouldnt be here in the first place. Terrible doctors and nurses.

Dr. Hay is a patient and caring doctor. Its difficult for me to get through procedures but Dr. Hay helps me through them so I can become pain free. The staff is polite and courteous too. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I went here to see Dr Hay. I received the spenocath procedure, He told me to call back in 5-7 days. I had it done on a Thursday afternoon, I was in terrible pain the very sane night it was done. I understand that this procedure does not work for everyone. I called back on Monday, the receptionist told me to wait until Thursday, which was seven days later. I called back on Thursday and told them that it did not work, they said they would tell Dr Hay and get back to me. It has now been over a month later, I have not heard one word from their Office. I would not suggest this Center to my worst enemy. Thanks. I gave it one Star, because thats the only way it will let me Post. Thanks again......

I myself am not a patient at the office, but I have been there for my mother throughout her process of establishing at this office. She is currently seen by Dr. Hutchinson who seems knowledgeable of what he is doing in pain management, but I will say he is a quick judge of character when it comes to his patients and does not listen very well. His listening skills are quite selective and judgement rash.While sitting in on my mothers appt and handling her care I can say I am slightly disappointed. I myself work in both the clinical and administrative setting of a pain management practice and have been for 5 years. There is a stereotype that is carried with this particular specialty an I can say, my mother was placed in that stereotype. He seemed to judge her based off of her previous pain management doctor Woodward Dixon (who is a terrible pain doctor that gave to high of pain medication dosages, which is why she stopped seeing him)*for anyone who goes to this place it is not all bad, but there are definitely a lot of lows, get documentation of everything and be very mindful of your care!

My appointment was at 3.15 pm to day.Got there at 3.22 pm.Was asked to reschedule because I was 7 minutes late.What about the times when they make you sit for over an hour because the dr is running late.Very unprofessional and rude staff including Dr MironerI am done with them.I FIRE THEM !!

Have been seen by Dr mirorner. Has told me he could no longer help me saying that my back looks OK. After giving me 2 injections without relief. I never asked for an opiate was only receiving 1 tramadol a day all I asked for was 1 more per day. This practice doesnt seem to care about anything but money

After visiting here for over a year, refused all opiods, having nerve burns helped tremendously. Office is extremely unprofessional. My medical history and financials were discussed openly in waiting area, not once but every visit. Enough, I requested I stepped to side to discuss privately, with no results. Called home office discussed my concerns, said violated my HIPPA rights. Next visit, they had a new finance office in rear. Everyone was incredibly rude, and when Dr. Mirano said, can you read...you can read cant you, I broke down, was so embarrassed. Then recd ltr to seek treatment elsewhere I was rude. Ok. So if you are interested in pills this is your place. Me, not so much.
