Best hospital ever!! Everybody was amazing not just nurses, it was every single person that I interacted with in the hospital was professional courteous helpful pleasant and safe. The medication that I was prescribed to go home on was not covered in my plan I had no idea about any of it but the pharmacy went ahead and found a program that would pay for the medication and gave me enough to keep me okay. So I could not ask for a better worst situation if that makes any sense.. I would recommend this hospital to anybody and everybody. I went in very sick almost to have a heart attack and walked out of there feeling like a million bucks everything went smooth and quick thank you so much everybody at UC health they were so amazing

The nursing staff at Memorial Central Hospital are awesome, especially the pharmacy staff. Im extremely impressed to receive a call from the pharmacy and be informed that my husband was prescribed medications by his physician, and its ready for delivery and of course was asked what method of payment will I be making...I am so thankful for their service, it made it very convenient for myself and others. Keep up the awesome service!

Each time I have a prescription I dread going to this pharmacy. There seems to be an issue every time. Today, it was no different, after a 10 minute fiasco they said I was good to go and to wait, 10 mins later they say they actually need something different. Such a waste of time every time! I hate this pharmacy! Sad thing is I have to use it due to insurance. The ladies at the front are so rude and mean and of no help at all.

Was so happy with the service that the pharmacy provided. They went above and beyond with there great service. They had my husbands meds ready for me and also delivered to his room before check out. I will surely recommend this pharmacy. We are totally happy 😁

If you compare pharmacy, by far UCHealth Springs Pharmacy is the most helpful and very friendly. I do enjoy getting my meds.

They have a service whereby they will bring your prescriptions out to you to assigned parking place. However, they dont tell you that ahead of time. And the signage is pretty hard to find. Still, fast, professional and friendly.

Truly had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The pharmacist Kurt Barry, Thoroughly explained the medication and shot. He made sure I understood everything and that I was ok after. Very impressed! Thank you!

With the prescriptions I cant get via mail, I prefer to go directly to the Memorial Hospital Pharmacy. The service is quick and courteous. The valet parking at the hospital is definite plus as it takes the hassle out parking. Every trip has been easy and pleasant.

I havent had too many visits to the hospital for personal care. My most recent experience with all the staff at UC Health was fantastic.I appreciate your professional service.

Inconvenient hours but more than worth the hassle! GREAT, caring staff and better prices than other pharmacies I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend this pharmacy over any other in town!

Great place for medical help

My prescription is always ready, staff is super friendly and there are no harassing questions about why Im on my medication. Hands down the best pharmacy Ive ever dealt with.

Super inconvenient to get to as it is located inside the hospital and you have to deal with hospital parking. It takes forever to reach them on the phone when you call. It is better than when I started with them, but still wish my insurance offered other options for pharmacies.

My daughter had just had surgery and we were given a scrip for pain. When I arrived to drop it off, they just took the scrip and didnt say anything. No idea how long itd take, nothing. I stood around for a couple minutes and someone finally asked for her insurance. I stood a few more minutes waiting for the card to be returned to me and nothing. They pretend youre not there. No eye contact, ZERO customer service skills. And no tylenol?!?!? They have the most pathetic OTC stock. 20 boxes of kleenex and zero childrens Tylenol. Only aspirin. When I asked I got a weak all we have is what you see. Try harder, youre in a dang hospital!!!!
