They are so unorganized. They have this online thing where you can pick which time to pick up your prescriptions, but will close at that time you pick. If they are going to be closed at 130pm-2pm, they should have that online as well so patients will not have to drive 30 minutes out of their way to wait an additional 30 minutes to open back up. Very frustrating when on a time crunch.

The pharmacy staff are always friendly, and courteous, they answered all my questions and assist me with any concerns that I my have, and there are also animal friendly my dogs love them. Thank you pharmacy staff for all that you do!!!!

My husband went to pick up his prescription been in the drive thru line over 10 minutes. I called the pharmacy to see why taking so long and representative that answered the phone very rude and said high volume but wouldnt say why. Sorry but if someone is waiting to have a prescription filled have that person pull forward and wait and then help next car in line

Ive recently become a Diabetic and they have gone out of their way to help me. Getting all the insulin pen injectors. etc. In a timely manner ( and even sooner) . , and helped me to map the things I need. Such as glucose tablets for when my glucose dips to low.. And the Diabetic vitamins and mineral packs that give you all the things you need for metabolizing carbs to helping your vision. I have had problems. With my Rxs from an Insurance stand point but have nothing bad to say about this pharmacy. Hope you have the same experience that Ive had.

We transfer our prescription from Sams to this Wal-Mart. They have been very helpful and answered all questions and address all concerns. This past Saturday February4th went to pickup my husband prescription and i had been sick since January 23rd with the crud that everyone has had. Have been taking everything over the counter and helped but not quite. So i asked pharmacists Derek and he recommended Mucus D which is only available behind the counter. So i got it you take 2 pills every 12 hour and as soon as i started the next day started feeling so much better. Derek is a awesome pharmacists.

Ragingly incompetent, doesnt handle challenge well. They cant seem to get the idea that they cant run federal insurances as a private payer and expect it to get honored. Rules are enforced sporadically, leading to extreme frustration when picking up or dropping off prescriptions for family members.

Terra at customer service is incredibly rude. Didnt say hi, how can I help you instead I was greeted with what do you want? How someone like that can be a CS manager is a real reflection on Walmart.
