This is a great lab. They are quite busy but get people in and out. They are very kind and helpful. I am always nervous having blood drawn but they do a good job of instilling confindence.

From the moment I walked in the door to leaving, I felt every single person truly cared about my care and health, along with my daughters! Highly recommend Dr. Lasley. She really listens and takes time with you to discuss every step in the process as you grow your baby and any concerns you have!

Everything went smoothly. I like the staff and the technician. My arm was not mangled at all .

I had a very nice appointment visit at Printers Park. Everyone was friendly and treated you with the upmost respect, They answer any and all questions I had. They told me step by step what they were dong while taking the tests, Very pleasant experience.

I have horrible anxiety and ptsd issues when it comes to needles. I let them know that the moment I walked in the door because even standing to check in, I was gasping for air and feeling light headed.They sat me down immediately and we discussed placement of the needle. I turned my head to put on my music, looked back to be sure to brace for the stab, and the lady was already pulling the vile away. I WILL be coming back for more bloodwork. I seriously didnt even feel a tiny sting. Magic.Thank you so much, I am cleared for my impending surgery!

This is my 4th or 5th visit to Printers Park Medical Plaza location. I am really impressed with all of the very kind-caring professional assistance provided by the clinical staff members. Very reassuring to have these people helping me!

I am still having great experiences with UCHealth over the last 6 years. Dr.Nash, Dr. Lalonde, Dr.Book, Dr. Siddens, and pretty soon UCHealth will have a Urologist in Colorado Springs Dr. Williams, she is great. All the RNs and staff members are great, too.

Check in was efficient. Lab Tech was excellent. Took just a few minutes to take my blood. Great Staff

I went to the UC Heath lab to get my blood drawn. I hate blood draws. Usually, I get weak, and light headed every single time I go to a lab to get it done. It was different at this lab. The woman who took my blood kept me distracted by asking me questions, and was very caring and sweet. Also, I only got poked once. Ive had nurses blow my veins before, so this experience was fantastic compared to other blood draws that Ive had to do in the past. I most definitely will always ask if I can go to UC Health for all of my future blood draws. Thanks for being so caring!

I love this lab. Its my go to. For awhile I was going to a lab that was next to my doctors office and they were good. But, I left that doctor, so Im back at Printers Park Lab where I went before. Treatment is perfect from receptionist to Phlebotomist. Ive had Harry a few times and he is the best. Ive been ill for 26 years and have had a lot of blood work and IVs and he is the best yet. He is a kind person as well. Im grateful. Thank you!!

I was checked in by Pammy she had a very nice vibe, attitude and she was very nice. Also the one that took my Sam she was cool and had nice vibe so I had a good experience overall.

My first visit and I was impressed by how genuinely nice the staff was. I was in for simple lab work and from check-in to blood draw everyone couldnt have been nicer, while maintaining all necessary professional and COVID-19 requirements. Parking is very easy (and free) and the lab is conveinently located on the first floor near the front door, not in some dreary basement. I highly recommend this location, and this lovely staff. Plus, my results were in my portal the same afternoon. A+

No matter what department, day or time, all the staff are courteous and friendly. They always ask all the right questions to probe for more answers and input from the patient. If I needed to recommend a medical system, they are it.

I am taking the time to report a wonderful patient experience at UCHealth Labratory - Printers Park.I arrived at the lab to get some blood work done and a pulmonary CT Scan.I was greeted by Bennie, the intake administrator, who pulled up my file and prepared to arrange for the procedures ordered by my doctor.It seemed however, that there was some confusion regarding the diagnosis regarding the nature of the lab work to be performed. Bennie immediately got on the phone to my doctors office to obtain clarification and after exhibiting a determined amount of patience and perseverance, was able to successfully obtain the correct diagnostic information.I was so impressed by Bennies efforts that I decided to share this experience with my fellow patients.I highly recommend the Lab at Printers Park! Thank you for your personal and professional service. Also, thank you for the UCHealth Firemans hat. I am the envy of all of my fellow nursing home residents! OOH RAH!

Seriously well trained phlembotomists. I felt cared for and safe. They do a great job making sure patients are protected from the spread of COVID.
