Dr Phillips is wonderful. I came in as a new patient with quite a few issues and she took the time to go through every one of them. She put in 3 referrals as I sat there and I’m finally hopeful about my health and wellness. She gets 5 stars from me!

These idiots have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to scheduling.I called to set a very important diagnostic appointment, I am in constant pain, they set a date for a few days away.Then less than 24 hours before my appointment call me to inform that I have to reschedule because THEY double booked a time slot.They kept saying they dont know how it happened. And no, it doesnt make sense. Any sort of scheduling override like that would require admin permission and yet SOMEHOW whoever scheduled it did so, and yet I have to suffer the consequences for it.They had to reschedule me a week later due to THEIR negligence and poor training leaving me in agony for several more days.Use another clinic

All was fine, I’ve nothing to add!My hardest thing going to the the Dr. at this facility is the location in the building. The distance from the parking lot to the Dr’s office is quite far!I barely can make it in and out I have to sit and rest along the way!

This was a wonderful place. parking was easy even the non-handicapped was not a long walk. Dr Phillips and her staff are amazing. They were constantly sanitizing, watching and taking temps. I made an appointment as a new patient and was told by the scheduler I could download the UCHealth app and do all my new patient paperwork on there. I did so which took about 25 minutes to complete (it is lengthy). I then received a text message about my upcoming appointment and to arrive 10 minutes prior, so I did. I thought this was a clinic but when I arrived it was a large multi-story building so it took me a few minutes to find the office but I entered in plenty of time and was then told by reception that I should have been there 20 minutes prior to the time. I explained that I was told 10 minutes and though she was apologetic, she insisted that I couldn’t be seen for my appointment. When I was turned away, I asked for another appointment and was told the earliest would be another 3 weeks from then. This is unacceptable service and poor treatment of a patient. I won’t go to any UCHealth facility again and am upset I divulged my entire health and family health history for nothing.

Quite good in general, One suggestion that would make the experience much more comfortable. When Im offered to leave a text comment, its annoying that I can press the left/right keys without moving to an entirely different survey page. Fortunately when I return the the page Id been typing in, at least my text wasnt wiped out!

Im using UCHealth because I think Dr Heather Senna is an extremely good doctor. She has a nice manner,is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients.Any lab work needed is on the premises and thats useful.too.

I appreciated that the lab is located on sight which is not always the case in Colorado Springs.  For example, my previous primary care office (Dublin Primary Care) required patients to research insurance and locations on their own in regard to how to get blood drawn and then to make another appointment at an offsite lab. The online access through the UCHealth app makes communication, scheduling appointments and getting test results highly efficient and convenient. My previous primary care office wouldnt allow scheduling an appointment a year in advance, only 6 months which seems inefficient for annual exams. I also appreciate how this facilitates a paperless process. My experience could have been improved with better on-sight signage to direct patients back to the parking lot they parked in.  I got lost because I parked in the east parking lot. The provider Robert Masao Tanabe, MD was nonjudgmental, engaged and efficient. He was warm and friendly as I left the appointment and was prompt in his after care communication. Comparatively to my experiences with establishing care in Colorado Springs with a primary care physician, I was pleased with my experience and consider it high quality.

It is nice to have lab, radiology and provider all under the same roof.

Had an excellent virtual visit with Dr. Smith and I have been thoroughly pleased with all aspects of my care from her and the team at Printers Park. It is not the closest place for me, but it will be worth the extra miles when these things matter.

This is a class A+ medical facility. They are covid prepared and the staff is highly efficient and friendly. Dr Tanabe is a fabulous doctor. I am very pleased with my experience.

Maria Smith is an excellent NP. She listens to you and makes sure she hears what you are saying. Shes very knowledgeable and knows what tests, treatments, meds, etc. are appropriate to order for your medical condition

I just moved to Colorado Springs and needed to find a new doctor, the staff and Doctors here at UCHEALTH were great, I felt they really listened to me during my first visit. I would highly recommend them.

UC Health has adapted extremely well to the pandemic and their approach to providing very positive and safe medical care. Prior to my catching Covid 19 at a family gathering, I had day surgery with a few followup visits. During my follow-up visits, I felt very safe and comfortable with their precautions as I entered and exited the facilities.

Dr. Tanabe is an excellent physician and a great listener.

Ive seen Dr. Robert Tanabe for many years now and no matter where he is, I will follow him. Dr. Tanabe and his staff have always been positive with me even when Ive failed to follow the given advice. I am not a perfect human being at all and never once has Dr. Tanabe made me feel anything less than perfect, even after I admit my failures and thats important to me. I always leave feeling better than when I went in and that says a lot, in my opinion.

Best experience ever getting in and out of my needed Doctors appointment. Highly recommend!

I already shared in detail about my visit in the survey. I saw a student who was excellent, thorough, a good listener, caring, asked appropriate questioned, listened well. The PA wasn’t thorough, not too concerned, checked my vitals. Bc I have many complex issues, I wanted to see my dr. Why establish a relationship with a dr when you cannot see that person for 6-7 weeks When you have multiple issues. We just moved here and are very disappointed with medical care in Colorado Sp. In KY I never had a problem seeing my family dr when I had problems or within a day or 2. The Drs there were as busy as the Drs here. But they put patients first. They maintained a few same day visits. There I would have been seen by my dr instead of being sent to the ER and waiting hrs in a crowded, uncomfortable Covid filled petrie dish for hours

Really great staff! They were easy to talk to and really do care about their patients. Also, the whole office takes COVID-19 precautions very well.

Good physician here, but stay away from central location. Horrible experience there. At this place, very attentive to each patient even if upset, they make it easier to explain why.

Had a great experience with the doctor. Easy getting the appointment and test results. However, a few weeks after my routine visit, I got a bill for $80!!!! I went in for an annual visit with no issues which should have been completely covered. I dont take any meds and have no systemic health issues. Unethical with their billing methods. Will not be coming back next year. I used the same insurance at another office last year and did not have to pay anything out of pocket for a routine visit.

I googled GYN accepting new patients with my insurance I have Blue Cross blue shield and UCHealth came up with a variety of appointments available which was excellent and very much convenient. I scheduled my appointment online on Sunday morning for Monday morning, how much better than that does it get? Also you do have options after scheduling to complete paperwork/ medical history in advance. Once I scheduled my appointment I was informed in detail how to get to the clinic Id be seen at and when I arrived it was very well designed to navigate patients to their provider, laboratory, radiology ect.I absolutely recommend Maria F. Smith, NP she took the time to listen to all my concerns explained any information to me in detail and was very polite I definitely feel I was taken care of. I received some lab results within 24 hours. UCHealth has an excellent patient portal where I seen my labs as they came in. Lastly the facility was very well kept, very clean and any employees I encountered were very professional. Thank you UCHealth!

I had another great experience with my PCP, Dr. Kinsman, yesterday. He is truly a professional..direct, caring, and knows his patients..He treats you as a person and not just another number...and its always this way.

I am seriously surprised by the bad reviews. Four of my family are seen here and have always had good experiences. My dad has serious issues including diabetes and Parkinsons and he gets great followup. The rest of us come for regular checkups and never have a problem. I do prefer to see my primary but if he isnt available I can get into the PA no problem.

Love this clinic, it seems well ran and reception is always friendly and checks me in quickly. Dr. Tanabe is always on time, and spends a lot of time with me, discussing all my concerns and medications, and possible ways forward. I will he coming here for a long time!

I was a patient here for approximately 16 years before my primary care physician retired. Practice then sold and staff/service deteriorated significantly. New physician (Jonathan Huang) seemed totally disinterested in me as a patient and I was billed for medical consultation at my annual visit because I answered his questions about my background and information in file (his first exam with me - I expected some questions. Caution - if you answer questions, you will be billed for an additional office visit! Better physicians out there - shop around.

This office is seriously the worst. Ive only been a patient with them for a year and a half. At least two occasions I had another patient inform me of a major change with my doctor. Ive also had numerous times I had tried to either get prescriptions released or lab results relayed to me from them with zero returns of phone calls. I was referred to a rheumatologist, however they failed to provide my contact information to them. It took three phone calls to figure out which rheumatologist I was referred to so I could follow up directly. However, after finding a new doctor I cancelled an existing appointment with this office. They contacted me within fifteen minutes upon cancellation to find out if I intended to do so. Five days for lab results. But fifteen minutes to verify a cancellation. Their priorities definitely are not about your health but about your money.

I had an awful experience at this place. I called the receptionist to let them know that I was going to be late due to traffic and the girl I spoke to told me that my appointment, which I thought was at 10 a.m. was actually at 10:30. I asked her if it would be okay and she said it would be fine. When I got there which was before 10:30 I spoke to the same receptionist and she told me that I was late and that my appointment was actually at 10 a.m. and because I was late Dr. Nash was not going to see me and that I cannot reschedule. I proceeded to ask the girl why she did not tell me this information when I called her so that I could cancel. She then said, with a smile, that she was just the messenger and just relaying the same information the doctor told her on what she could not do. They lied to me about my appointment and tried to give me a bogus excuse. My grandmother and I have had numerous problems with doctor at that building and I would give her a zero if it were possible.

Don’t complain about their lack of promptness or make a statement about how uncomfortable you may be about discussing your very personal medical issues with their dime a dozen medical assistance. How miller has such a high rating blows my mind seeing as how the whole office only gets a 2.5. Thats the problem here. He has not to worry now that he is just an employee

Ive been seeing Dr Shepherd for a year and am so sad he will be leaving the practice. Im a complicated patient with various, serious health situations, and a book-full of Rx allergies and side effects. Dr Shepherd is always sensitive to my reactions to medicines and to my thoughts on how something may interact with meds and symptoms I already live with. He has helped me feel empowered, and has made me want to do better for myself by allowing me to have an opinion over my health, and, by being a provider that doctors from the heart, not the prescription pad. Ive been totoally happy with the practice in whole, and my husband is scheduling in for himself, also.

Awful staff. Awful practice. This place is not here to help you if you need medical help. They just want your money. I cant get even a phone call back after you have to listen to 15 minutes of automated systems concerning my sick elderly grandmother. Shame on this place. Stay far away!

Very thorough visit with PA; easy to make appointment.

Stay away from this group. The staff is nasty, prescription refills are a nightmare, and they cancel appointments with little or no notice. I stuck it out as long as I could, but my time is worth something, too. My wife had a worse experience than I have....they cancelled her the day of her first appointment. Guess Im a sucker, and tried to stick it out.

You are to busy to take the time to listen, let alone provide acurate treatment. You shame the medical profession everywhere! I will be taking my health concernes and my money elsewhere.

Horrible. Always messing up my appointments, having to wait 45 minutes after my appointment to even get in a room and they randomly dismissed me from the practice without telling me. Had an appointment two weeks ago, they put it on the wrong day, so I remade it and went in and they said it had been cancelled because I had been dismissed from the practice. No call. No letter. Nothing
