I had an emergency pop up and the frost desk staff went above and beyond to get me seen and I believe a doctor stayed over lunch to see me. The physician was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. I am so thankful they were willing to squeeze me in and get my eye in better shape.

I usually do not write reviews but I really felt like I needed to commend the team on how professional and friendly everyone was, even when I heard them dealing with customers that did not want to follow their protocols and were being difficult. I was in and out and got a really nice pair of glasses that Im excited to see when they are done. I was seen at Pikes Peak Eye Care two days after my VA out patient care request went in and they scheduled me right in. I was impressed with the service and care at Pikes Peak Eye Care and would absolutely recommend them to my friends. Though my eye appointment was a few months ago, I wanted to ensure that potential clients know that Pikes Peak Eye Care provided great service. The staff are friendly, the Drs. are great, and you receive good, quality eye care. They work hard at keeping the office and rooms clean and safe which is a plus.My only suggestion is that they have a wider variety of sun glasses but other than that Ive been satisfied every time Ive been seen

It was good first time visit, they worked with me to get the right lenses for the Oakley glasses I already have instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Good place will send my family there.

I have to say that I was very impressed and I was treated extremely well. Im on Medicaid and Im not ashamed to say it because I got my Medicaid going through the system back in 2010 and I actually went in front of a federal judge to win a case against Social Security who continued to deny me any assistance. Yes I won. Its not a full benefit win but it helps a lot to be able to get help and care and medical treatment when its absolutely needed or otherwise. The staff and the doctor at Pikes Peak Eye Care treated me extremely well and I appreciate it greatly. Very nice people.

I was unimpressed with this vision center. While the front desk staff was professional, helpful, and courteous, I did not have a positive experience with the optometrist. She was argumentative when I asked if she could prescribe the same brand of contacts I was currently wearing and when she told me I may have a dangerous complication and needed to be referred out, she was flippant when I expressed concern and had questions.

Simple yearly eye exam. I like how they explain what they are going to be doing before they do it. No up selling of services, just kind and friendly service.

Leaving a review on behalf of my mother. Apparently the medical staff is nice, but to call the sales staff incompetent and untrustworthy would be an understatement. Spent around 700 on glasses that they SWORE would take 2 weeks, AT MOST, and they would *rush* them so she could hopefully get them before leaving on vacation. (Do not believe them if they tell you that.) Then she leaves for her trip, and they tell her theyll ship them. After I watched her call countless times, with her old glasses broken, they are FINALLY done after 3 weeks from date of sale. They havent shipped them. They couldnt even be bothered to notify her theyre done. Im wildly not confident at this point theyll even be correct. I saw another review likening the sales staff to sleazy car salesmen, and that is unfair to sleazy car dealers. Because at least you get the car when you leave there. The icing on the cake is that she found all this out on Saturday before they closed, but they still couldnt be bothered to put these rushed glasses in the mail before they left for the weekend. I would make a pair of glasses myself before Id recommend anyone give these folks money.

Pikes Peak Eye Care did a wonderful job! The check in process before my first appointment only took a few minutes and everyone was very friendly and professional. Though it seemed to be busy, everyone was enthusiastic about addressing my questions.

The nurses and doctor for my vision check up were super nice. I felt very comfortable and they answered all my questions. BUT after that they sat me down with their glasses sales team. It felt like a sleazy car salesman showing me all these options and prices for glasses and payment plans, add ons etc. I had to ask for my prescription to go and buy glasses somewhere else. I will not be coming back even though I had no issues with the medical team.

Excellent experience. Great detail went into finding the right fit for my needs. People saying the sales team were bad are just unhappy with anyone who tries to upsell them. The options were all good and fit almost all budgets. Seems some people are offended by shops that treat them like they might be there to buy something....

Called and made an appointment, super nice staff. I called 15 minutes before my appointment and said I was running 10 minutes late and if I should still come, they said yes. I arrive and stand outside on hold until someone comes outside and brings me in. I give them my ID and I fill out the paperwork. They now tell me that they can’t see me anymore. Yes I was late and if they told me not to come I would not have an issue but I called and told them I would be late, they let me sign in and fill out all of the paperwork before they finally told me I couldn’t be seen.

Dr. Jost is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend his practice.

Both my 91-year-old mother and I see Dr. Jost for all our eye care needs. He is a very knowledgeable optometrist and is able to explain in lay terms what needs to be done. Hes also patient and friendly. I feel confident in putting my mothers and my care in his hands. The front desk and technologists are much improved. There was a time when they werent, but the company has responded to negative reviews by improving their competence and demeanor. There is, however, still room for improvement.

They had the wrong number and texted happy birthday to “Nena”. I am not Nena. Jokingly, I told them to text me on my actual birthday. Surprisingly they did! So kind of them to remember my birthday. Good customer service and attention to detail and I’m not even a patient there. Thank you for making my day!

The eye doctor was great. Very professional but also explained everything about my eye exam very well. The young man who helped me pick out my new glasses was also just great and very helpful.

Chelsea handled most of my care prior to seeing the doctor and she was terrific, made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained everything. I went to Pp eye care today to get my hearing impaired son glasses and since I am parent of another son in a W/C and medically needey he had to go with us Hes unable to wear a mask they would not let him in we have gotten glasses there before we all have our shots this is the 1 st time we have been refused entry into a place we always secluded ourselfs from other My son had to sit outside where i could see him while my other son and i where inside i ask to speak to the manager by he time she was able to speak to me my son who i interrupt for was finished picking out glasses and I was paying for the them the manager. came to speak to me according to the manager they will come to the car and service your needs but no one told me this when I entered we had a RX all we meeded were glassed The tech that waited on us was as helpful as he could be I will probably not get glasses there again and I have notified agenceys and the Resource exchange of my experience

Availability was immediate, and worked perfectly with my work schedule. The assistants were so friendly, and Dr Jost was very thorough with my exam. And, the fella that helped with picking out my glasses -- awesome as well. Everyone was awesome. It was a safe process the whole way through.

My appointment was at 10:15, but I was not taken into my examination nation until 11:00. Everyone was efficient, polite, and competent.

The doctors and front desk staff were great! What I didnt like was the way the guy who fits the glasses and orders them presented the prices. Im on Medicaid, and he started off telling me about the glasses that cost over $1000 first. As if I could afford that! By the time he got to the cheaper prices, I was almost in tears because I thought I wasnt gonna b able to afford them. I left feeling frustrated, and ashamed of being on assistance. Not cool!

During the Covid shut down in April of 2019 I accidentally sat on my glasses. I called every Optical store and Pikes Peak Eye Care was the only store open for emergencies. I took them my glasses and they met me at my car and fixed them with no charge. I told them I didnt buy them from them and they still said no charge.I decided after that, the next time I need glasses, Im buying them from Pikes Peak Eye Care!A few weeks ago, my glasses broke. I took them in to find they could not be repaired. My concern was I had plans to be out of town and could I get in and get glasses before my departure. The friendly staff got me in and I got my new glasses a week before I was suppose to leave.Im a small business owner and I know how important good service is, it can make or break you. I am so happy with the service and care I received at Pikes Peak Eye Care and would highly recommend them

So I took out my left contact on Sunday evening. Instantly had a irritation that felt like a foreign body in my eye. I called Monday morning at 8:00am. Dr. Just and team got me in at 9:30 and removed a foreign body out of my left eye lid and had me feeling great again. I love my eye doctor. You will too!!!!

They took the time to make sure I understood what their procedures were they were very friendly during my visit and the gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was very knowledgeable of all the procedures for that considering I was a veteran so I got a veteran glass discount. We are new to the Springs and this was our first visit. We got an appointment for the next day after we called. All the technicians and the Doctor were professional and friendly. Great, efficient service all following COVID safety practices. I needed a new RX and my husband did not. They had plenty of fashionable frames to choose from and I got a great pair. This will now be our eye care place since it was a great experience and we highly recommend it to others.

We were taken care of quickly, no upsales like weve had at other places. We actually saw a doctor and not just an assistant. The doctor made sure we understood what was going on before leaving the room and when I went to check out and told them Id buy glasses somewhere else they just said Okay! Have a great day. I really appreciated all of those things and will continue to drive ALL the way across town to see them again.

Was having headaches and pain. Found out it was excessive pressure on the eyes. Dr. Jost was fabulous and prescribed some medication to relieve the pressure and take care of the infection. The nice lashes from the medication was an added bonus.

But I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again.
