What an amazing chiropractic office! Walking in to be greeted with such adorable dogs had me smiling from the moment I stepped in the door. The front desk was extremely helpful, my adjustment was splendid, and everyone in the office was extremely pleasant. Dr. Little helped me set up an adjustment plan to help relieve my scoliosis symptoms and excellent advise on recovery! I’m so happy to continue my care with Dr. Little.

Normally, I dont write review because Im always reading others, but I hope that what Im about to share will help others, so here goes...I am a healthy individual, no meds, and exercise regularly. As a mother of 2 girls, Im quite busy holding up work, taking care of the kids and do my own house chores.On April 2, 2021, I was doing simple house chores and moving a headboard in my kids room. I felt a twinge on my lower back and decided to take some Advil and rest. The next day, I could not get out of bed. I was in extreme pain and barely was able to walk to the restroom without crying. It was the worst pain that Ive ever experience in my life, worst than childbirth.I tried to make an appointment with a previous chiropractor that Ive been seeing, but he was booked up two weeks in advance and was on a tight schedule. My husband found a groupon and Dr. Little was willing to see me right away, the SAME day!. He cleared his schedule to see me because I was in so much pain!With the help of my husband, I barely was able to make it to the car and walk into his office. Every step was like a knife going down my left leg. I literally cried the entire time at the first visit because the pain was so bad. Dr. Little stated I was one of two worst patient he has ever seen...lucky me. He recommended that I get an Xray and MRI right away because he needed to understand why the pain was so severe. I went to Southwest Diagnostic, which I highly recommend because it was reasonable as I was paying out of pocket with no insurance. ($600.00 for both Xray and MRI). They saw me within the SAME day as my first visit to Dr. Little.MRI is attached for your reference. My disk between L5 and S1 was a buldging disk and it was pushing against my spinal cord causing it to have severe pain. (See white box outlined). So my choice at the point is to have back surgery, or take the slow method and try Chiropractic care.I decided to try the Chiropractic care first to see if it can help get me to walk again. So begins the weeks of torture and lots of Netflix and Amazon movies ( I recommend the Queens Gambit on Netflix to start).Week 1 and 2 - into Dr. Little care, visiting 3x per week, still had severe pain, but saw little progress as we had to take it extremely slow because I was in so much pain.Week 3 - I was able to walk to the bathroom, but still in pain, no longer crying each time i go; started seeing improvement.Week 4 - I was able to walk to the bathroom and now the kitchen, still in pain, but no longer crying each time I go.Week 5, 6 - started to see slow progress in that the pain was getting centralized from the left leg ankle to slowly up above my knee. Still pain when walking but the pain was getting better.Week 7 - Had to sign up for another package with Dr. Little because I used up all my visits from the package deal. His pricing is very reasonable. Still seeing him 3x per week. Started on heating element on my back along with stretching the back and using the roller bed. By now I was able to walk with pain centralize to my hip area.Week 8 - Finally able to drive myself to see Dr. Little, walking now with little pain and now feel that I can get back to normal. Starting to add Foundation Training program and Mckensie stretches (See you tube) to help in addition to Dr. Littles care, working on strengthening my back.I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Little to anyone who has a back problem. Dr. Little and his staff, Josie the receptionist both have been excellent in helping me to recover from being literally paralyzed in bed to now walking. Its a struggle with the pain and a tough road, but I was able to avoid back surgery this time. I am truely grateful that Dr. Little and Josie helped me emotional, physically and mentally get back on my feet. Thank you for your time in reading this review.

Great in all aspects! I started going here under different ownership/doctors. I loved them, and I was very concerned when they decided to move and sell the business. I am a loyal patron when I find a place/person/service I like and can trust. I decided to give the new person a chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Little. He honored the pricing we were receiving which meant a lot to us. He came with eagerness and fresh ideas and tools and has helped our bodies (my whole family) a lot. Aside from being a great Chiropractor he is extremely welcoming and personable... as is Josie (his very helpful and loyal receptionist)! And the icing on the cake is that we get to visit with Dr. Littles dogs while were there. We love dogs! My husband, two daughters and I all feel like we are visiting family when were there. I can be a little choosey when giving my business to a company. Dr. Little and Josie have earned our loyalty. Thanks, yall!

Dr. Little is an amazing chiropractor. He listens to you and assess you each time to make sure you are cared for properly each session. This is not your million dollar roll in and out Chiropractor, I highly recommend him to everyone that is seeking the best care.

Purchased a $10 Groupon. Got two adjustments from it. Very Impressed with Dr. Mike. The consultation was very important. In the end I purchased five more adjustments to use once a week. I have sent them some referrals. I recommend you use them to get your spine back in line. Thanks Dr. Mike.

First time seeing a Chiropractor. Dr. Little was awesome and really took the time to explain everything and came up with a treatment plan.clean and awesome friendly staff.

10/10 would recommend!  Dr. Little is professional and personable.  He cares about patients and takes the time to explain his diagnoses and treatments at each visit.  He does not use a one size fits all approach like some chiropractors. Dont wait any longer to start feeling better!

He is AMAZING! He will work on your entier family and give you a discount for it. He has this fancy table that can do diffrent types of adjustments so that he can work with all types of injurys. There is a little kids area so you can always bring your kiddos and the staff is great with them. The beat part is you get 10 min on the massage table at the end. Dr. Joseph Tolisano was unbelievable from knowledge to skill. I have had the worst back pain for years and literally had relief after one session which was last week. I decided to try them after I kept walking by their location at University Village and their reasonable prices and healing chiropractic services have made me feel so much better. While I went in for some rib problems their hands on approach also brought unexpected success in helping my knees feel better then they had in 5 years! I have seen numerous chiropractors over the years and while I started as a skeptic with them (because they are so friendly and nice) I will never go to another chiropractor. The office experience is so warm from the time you open the door with Nancys smile and Charlies welcome that I sometimes think Ive walked into a friends home. Today was my 23rd adjustment, & I have to say Ive been to several other chiropractors here in the springs over the last 3 years since sustaining a very bad work-caused injury (you try pulling a 200 LB pallet jack up a flight of concrete stairs & youll see!!!!!) ---- & they are the best in every way!!!!! I have been dealing with really bad sciatica for over a year and half. It got to the point where I was in tears on a daily basis from the pain and I couldnt deal with it anymore. I had almost given up until I went to Dr. Mike. I will be honest, the results of his chiropractic care were not immediate in my case, but he encouraged me to not give up. So I listened and continued going. Best decision ever. I am SO much better than I was the first day I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend going. Could not be not be happier with the service and quality of care we have been given. My husband, my son and I all go here. My husband first started going in June 2013 because after a year of constant nausea, losing 30 pounds and being miserable, the doctor said there was nothing more he could do because it was a vertebrae out of alignment and pinching a nerve. He decided to go see a chiropractor and found immediate relief. My son is started going because he has a mild case of scoliosis and I started going to help relieve my anxiety. The customer service is above outstanding. Nancy, Lindsey, Dr. Joe, and Dr. Mike make you feel like family. I highly recommend if you need chiropractic service or massage therapy to come and check them out.

Dr. Joe, Dr. Mike, and Ms. Nancy are all wonderful! The day that I found them I was suffering severe neck pain that had drawn on for about three weeks. After my first adjustment my pain level dropped significantly, and even more so after the second visit. After my third and fourth visit I am finally pain free...and feeling amazing!! I am 69 years old and had fallen, the thought I had fractured my hip so I went to my doctor and had x-rays, just to be told no fracture take Tylenol. The pain was unbearable for days, couldnt even sleep. I one of my customers told me go see the Chiropractor Tru Health Dr. They take care of you. I called immediately and told them I was referred by this gentleman and the rest is history. I walked out a very happy man. My hip had been James along with other problems. I now go frequently and feel young and full of energy. I walk 5 to 6 miles daily and meeting these wonderful chiropractic doctors was the best thing happened to me in a very long time. If you are in pain call and go see them. You will be doing yourself a favor.

I had suffered from my neck and spine being being out of alignment for a long long time, I used to not be able to turn my head to the right very well without getting tense. I had a constant knot in my muscle on my right side near my shoulder blade that would appear everyday and cause me frustration. I never really thought about going to see a Chiropractor before because I have to say I was a bit skeptic and a little nervous. My girlfriend had been talking to me about going for the longest time, and I would come up with excuses to not go because its too expensive or its a scam or something. I eventually came into the office after much debate, but after a day when I slept wrong and woke up in so much pain where I had to be assisted up I wanted to give it a shot.I went into the office on a walk in to gather information, and was able to set up an appointment quickly. During my first visit I was a bit nervous, but afterwards I felt wonderful! It was nice to feel a sense of relief getting re-aligned. I will admit after my first visit, all my aches and pains did not vanish, as my body had got so used to being out of alignment. After my 3rd visit I can tell you my improvement was incredible. I could turn my head to the right again, and my neck muscles began to relax. My should knot was not feeling pinched anymore. I could sleep and move my neck with no pain! I cant tell you how happy I have been with my results. I highly recommend this office if you are needing assistance with any aches and pains!

My husband and I are so happy weve found a Chiropractic office with doctors who have made a remarkable difference in not only our alignment but our overall health! I personally have been a patient of chiropractic care since 1989 which started in Tucson, AZ. Now living in Colorado Springs, CO we have found an office with doctors who really have made a difference.Dr. Mike is thorough, attentive and has a more traditional style of chiropractic that suits me most often. My husband usually has Dr. Joe adjust him. We both often alternate between both doctors though which is so beneficial for us since we are able to get the most from our visits depending on what our particular needs are at that time. Dr. Joe not only uses touch as does Dr. Mike to zero in on areas that need attention but also uses various equipment to help loosen up areas that will make the adjustment more effective. Their office is always very neat, clean and equipped with therapeutic roller tables as another option to help prepare to get the most from your adjustment.I have had a mini massage from Nancy, the massage therapist for the practice. Boy what a difference even that mini massage made! Its great having that option as well as the therapeutic roller tables, both within the practice. Pairing massage with the adjustment really makes a difference. Muscles can be relaxed beforehand so that the adjustment is more effective.All of the staff are kind, friendly and make you feel like family which in itself Ive found to have a relaxing effect on me from the time we arrive to the time we leave. Theyre always willing to answer and/or explain any questions you may have about your treatment and the process of adjustment as well as the relation of muscle and spinal balance to your overall health and wellness.We have purchased extras such as Bio Freeze and a chair support for my back while sitting for long periods in front of my computer which my occupation requires. They also offer optional supplements as well!We always feel welcome and cared for....ALWAYS! Having been a chiropractic patient for over 2 decades and having experienced great chiropractors over that time span, I have to say that this office and the staff are the best! A comfortable, clean, friendly office and very capable, accommodating providers!Our insurance company does not provide coverage for chiropractic as is very common. Deciding to go to Dr. Joe was without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made in years.Back in December, I came down with a severe incessant pain that radiated from my lower back all the way down to my toes. Determining it was a pinched sciatic nerve, I tried all sorts of things to rid myself of the pain and get my life back to normal, including stretching and powerful pain medication, neither of which even dared touch it. I was in misery to the point where I would spend several hours a night in tears; my bed became a torture device. I work a retail job and am on my feet for 8 hours a day, but during this time, I absolutely could not stand for even half of it before needing a lengthy rest.In early February, finally at the end of my rope, I decided to try one last-ditch effort and stopped in to see Dr. Joe at Tru Health. There was a very gentle, yet honest and informative consultation about the likely scenario which I was facing. He recommended an MRI, which I could not afford at the time, so in lieu of that, we decided a very conservative adjustment treatment.I realize I may be the exception, but here I am three months later, nearly back to where I was half a year ago. For the most part, my pain has almost completely gone, and the quality of the sleep Ive managed to get between December and now has improved dramatically as well. I can walk rather than hobble as I once did, and can even stand flat on both feet again all day at work.He has been more than accommodating the entire time, willing to work with me on my schedule as well as my budget. Everyone in the building is absolutely lovely to be around, friendly, and informative and the facilities are also bright, open, and comfortable rather than cold and clinical. You truly do get the feeling like they are more concerned with your health and your comfort than they are about your payment, which was something I feared in scheduling my first appointment.If youre looking for a chiropractor in the area, please at least stop to talk to Dr. Joe. The first consulation is very affordable, and there is no pressure to schedule a second if you do not feel that you are a fit for this clinic. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I came in walking like a little old lady - not good for someone in their early 30s! After a few sessions I felt like a normal person again. Id only ever had adjustments done using the activator and was nervous about manual adjustments, but they put me at ease and never pushed when I was uncomfortable.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Office has a great atmosphere and everyone is very pleasant. First time getting an adjustment in years and I felt automatic relief. I will continue to visit past the Groupon that I purchased. Awesome experience! As a side note, I did not feel that I was treated differently just because I used a Groupon, as one reviewer mentioned. I was also very open that I am moving soon and wouldnt be a long time customer, which they were completely ok with. And the dog in the office was a cherry on top. So friendly and made me feel relaxed immediately.

I went in with a Groupon thing and I feel like I was treated differently because of it. The coupon was good for 2 visits and the younger doctor made up a rule on the spot that I had to come back in within a week to be able to use the second appointment. Im on the market for a new chiropractor and wanted to meet the second doctor anyways to see if he was any better but he wasnt. Both of them rushed me in and out the door. Other customers were talked to politely and were given extra attention which just made me laugh. Theowners/doctors even bring their dogs into work which is weird. Dont get me wrong, I love dogs but a chiropractors office is not the place I want to see one. Im going to keep searching around for a new chiropractor.

I was hit from behind in traffic last April and dr. Joe took awesome care of me and I ended up in better condition than I was before the accident.

Came in after I re-injured a deployment injury roughly 10 weeks ago. My limp was so bad that while I was walking with customers they thought that I had lost my leg. After my first visit with Dr. Joe I was able to walk a little better. After my second I was actually able to jog short distances. Now after my fourth adjustment I am able to run up our stairs while Im holding my son.When my friends and co-workers asked what I did, the only thing I find myself saying is Dr. Joe.Thank you to everyone at TruHealthDr. Great and wonderful team, always warming and welcoming. I was pretty hesitant going to a chiropractor but I couldnt stand being in pain for much longer. For ten years, i hd debilitating pain that caused paralyzing spasms and I pretty much accepted this to be my normal but thankfully i found a groupon for Tru Health Dr. I was happy to find a deal so affordable due to the fact that Im pretty poor and I cant even afford insurance. At first, I really was just interested if this doctor would actually help figure out what was happening with my body and I couldnt be more thrilled to have had Dr. Mike as my physician. He was so accommodating and seemed to care more about the patient than money which was a breath of fresh air. I hope that my finances allow me to see them every week because not only has Dr. Mike helped me with my daily pain but the environment there is so welcoming. Absolutely fantastic chiropractic service! Dr. Joseph is truly and artist and an exceptional chiropractor. I was a little weary about seeing a chiropractor as this was my first visit and experience with adjustments. After meeting with Dr. Joseph I was immediately relieved of all worries and doubts. He explained the process and benefits of the adjustments in terms that even my six year old daughter could comprehend. I walked into his office feeling stiff and crudy but, left feeling absolutely phenomenal. Im 30 years old and feel like Im 18 with each visit.
