I’ve gone to other Joint Chiropractic and this is the best. Dr. Michele does the CERVICAL TRACTION which is what ive been looking for. I finally found someone that can pull my neck and feel like they adjusted my whole spine down to my tail bone. I came out feeling amazing after a long time!! I recommend letting her do this technique its the best!!! Its my 1st time in this location. I just happened to be in this side of town and i will continue coming here even if its across town from me!!! Thanks again DR. Michele!!!

Dr. Michele is amazing, I feel so much better. The new receptionist is soooo nice, she helped me get in and out quickly and had great attitude.

Was very wonderful. One visit made my neck feel 1000 times better. I was incredibly scared too do this as Ive never been before. Dr. James Ploutz made me feel a lot better and relaxed. Not only did he educate me, but he made me feel good about coming back and I will be coming regularly.

As I walk through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. The front receptionist was so sweet loving and kind they helped you with all your questions. Dr Courtney was wonderful she listened to all my concerns about my hurts and my pains, she explained to me in detail the skeleton pelvis sciatica nerve situation. she proceeded to line me up and take care of me this was my first time ever at a chiropractors in my life I left feeling like a brand new person happy Im going to be returning once a week to have doctor Courtney adjust me. Anyone looking for a chiropractor the joint is the place they really take care of you they know what theyre doing

Really positive and genuine people. Very attentive and reaponsive, great service, efficient too. Front desk service is top-notch, chiropracty (MAYBE a real word?) itself effective and directive, no wasted time or pointless frills. THATS how you run a bizness. Am specifically reviewing the Garden of the Gods/Centennial Blvd. location, havent been to any other locations since pre-Pandemic days.

They got me right in with an appointment. I was very impressed how they followed all the protocols. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He told me in advance what to expect. I had a migraine for two weeks and now 30 hours later I still don’t have a headache it feels so much better. I read the reviews before I went. I did sign up for one of their programs. Everything was clearly stated in the paperwork and I felt comfortable signing it and believe it to be a really good deal. I have compared it with others.

Went in for my very first time today and left feeling great the lady at the front office was very very kind and the doctor was wonderful I will definitely be back thanks for helping fix my neck and my back!!

I used to go to The Joint regularly but today I went for an adjustment and the receptionist couldnt be bothered. She was dismissive and incredibly rude. Its unfortunate because I do like the doctors there but I will never return.

Everyone was very curtius and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease and in good hands.

Been a major supporter since it started but lately its become harder and harder to get someone to answer the phone. Even though its now appointment only. Dont know if Im spelling the name right but since Kaili left its been horrible. Multiple calls with no answer on a regular. I enjoy the service. Customer service is garbage as of late.

I would not go to this place. Unfortunatly the chiropractor has tore my fiancé’s tendons and now she is requiring surgery and months of recovery.

The receptionist needs to improve her customer service skills. The male doctor isn’t as good as the female doctor.

Very nice place clean and polite people working there. Receptionist was eager to greet and go over all the1st timer paperwork. Once I got to the adjustment it was firm movements and perfect amount of pressure.overall an awsome experience.

Went in on a Monday before flight now I feel great everybody was friendly and knowledgeable

I call ahead to be sure of NO ISSUES.IVE been going to joints for years & its NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. (some are BETTER than others)I Get there & wait then another customer comes in & goes before me saying she had APPOINTMENT. & they are behind TOO. NEVER said anything on the phone ABOUT NEEDING AN APPOINTMENT. The ADJUSTMENT Was ADEQUATE.

Last two visits were amazing dr plottts and dr Terry wow... both we’re gentle but made my issues in my neck and back so much better !!

I would be careful signing up for any plan here. They have it set up so you have to pay for a 3rd month on the plan i signed up for. Tried to cancel my account today and they cannot cancel it because i started on the 2nd of the month so Im not over the mandatory 60 days. Aka pay for another month. I feel tricked

Just called in to confirm my appointment time, at 4:30. the phone rang 3 times and then went to voicemail. repeated the call two more times and got voicemail at different intervals. any call after this went straight to voicemail, and it was only 4:36 at this point.lazyness.maybe you should hire some people that dont unplug your phones 30 minutes before closing time.not to worry however, ill be sure to let the GM know.

This is where I received my first chiropractic treatment. My doctors referred me for surgery, but the risks are too great for me to consider surgery. I am using The Joint Chiropractic clinic as a holistic approach to treat my bulging disc and severe sciatic nerve pain. I have partial paralysis in my right leg.The practitioners here are professional and friendly. I recommend this for chiropractic care and treatment.

Everything was quick and efficient; now I’m on the mend. Will be returning next week for another adjustment due to the convenience of it being close to my job. You folks were kind and courteous, and I appreciated it!

Great chiropractors who care, but one of the receptionists is very rude, and needs some training in customer service. If it wasnt for that, this would have been an EASY 5 star review. I see I am not the only one who feels this way.

After coming here for a few months i feel comftorable giving them my approval. Transparent pricing and friendly staff really make this place work. They have gone out of their way to give me advice on joint pain outside of just back pain and have been very helpful.

I had a GREAT first time experience at The Joint (Centennial & Fillmore location) after not going to a chiropractor for over 3 years & then pulling my neck out of whack this week. First of all, theyre open until 4pm on Saturdays and you dont need an appointment, which is awesome! Then the guy at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and made the intake paperwork (you only have to do the 1st time) super easy. It really seemed like he genuinely enjoys his job and believes in the service they provide. He talked to me in a way that didnt feel like just small talk, but like he actually cared about how my day had been going. Such a nice change from so many doctors offices that treat you like a number & ask for your insurance before they ask your name.Then I was seen immediately and the doctor was was very down to earth, making it easy to talk to about the problems Ive been having. Ive had some bad chiropractor experiences, but this doctor was extremely professional and found all of my problem spots that needed adjusted. He took the time to make sure all of my issues were addressed, even the pain in my thumb/palm that Ive had for years and never thought would feel better. My back/neck/wrists/hips feel the best theyve felt it years!What was really nice was at the end they didnt pressure me to make any purchases or commit to any additional follow ups, just gave me a recommendation and the information I need so I can make my own choices. It is because of all these reasons that I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending this clinic to everyone!

I am currently a student of chiropractic and I love the staff here! I also was skeptical because of the price to going into the clinic but I knew I needed an adjustment. As soon as I went I was welcomed by a friendly staff and the chiropractors come from different schools but all equally skilled. It does a great job of optimizing your health and making affordable care in maintaining a healthy nervous system! I highly recommend The Joint! Plus the walk-in atmosphere is unique and very convenient. Dr. Bryan at the centennial office is my favorite!

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, I walked in hurting and came out feeling a little better, still have to come back a couple more times, the doctor is very nice also.

I used to go to a D.O. to get adjusted and the crook charged me $200.00 for each adjustment (not including my co-pay)! I love the convenient hours and the location. All of the Docs are personable and knowledgeable. I havent seen Doctor Drew or Doctor Brennan in awhile. I usually see Dr. Brian. The support staff are terrific! LOVE THIS PLACE!

This was the best chiropractic experience I have had in years!!! Even in our small town back home, it was $30 per session WITH insurance coverage. Here at The Joint, I can get a high quality adjustment by a knowledgeable chiropractor for MUCH cheaper. I signed up for a package after the first adjustment, and I cant wait for my next! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you have back/body pain or not.

Went to this one and I felt fine leaving got home iced it just like they said and took a nap woke up could not even walk once I woke up would not use this location

I am VERY displeased and upset with the JOINT on Centennial in Colorado Springs. I RARELY write bad reviews. The chiropractors themselves are fine, however, the program they have not properly trained their staff to explain the program. My son signed up for the program in July. I used my HSA card and was there when the receptionist told both of us that in order to cancel all he had to do was call them within the last 30 days of the program he signed up for and they would be able to cancel the program. I confirmed it with her TWICE. Needless to say, he called and told them he wanted to cancel which the same receptionist said she would take care of it. Come October, my card was charged TWICE. He once again called them and there were no charges in November, so we thought it was taken care of. THEN in December, my card was charged, AGAIN on the 17th. He called and they told him they needed cancellation in writing. He signed the papers and sent it back to them via e-mail. On the 24th my card was charged AGAIN. Needless to say, I have frozen my card and was going to report them to the BBB, but they are not accredited. Next step will be contacting my attorney as these people are taking advantage and giving false information.

You cant beat this place! Quality care and an awesome price. My old Chiropractor used to charge me $40 every time, just to adjust my neck! I was spending about $160 a month. Plus I had to constantly set up an appointment.At the Joint I can just walk in at my convenience and get quality care. Check this place out.

I cant believe how much better I feel after visiting the Joint Chiropractic!! I was having trouble with my gait and my back was in pain. I plan on going a couple times a week for a month just to get back to where I was before and they have a monthly plan that fits my budget! I would refer anyone to them!

Wow. I come here 4 times a month because I’m on the wellness plan, been for a good couple months now, usually go to the one on powers but came here and the lady that was working today 6/18/19 at around 3 was just a waste of time and had no customer service skills. Didn’t say hello didn’t say how are you just asked “do you need to check in” after I waited while she’s conversating with someone else. And after that she tells me to pay 39$ for a walk in. “????? I’m on the wellness plan?” *goes back on her computer for further investigation* then tells me they didn’t charge me this month and by this point I was already frustrated because she’s being rude and I just started to leave saying I’ll come back another time. I leave and check my bank and she had charged me!! Without my permission and without verifying. I walked out and she still charged me for the month, I didn’t even get an adjustment. Just a bad experience and makes me not want to come back! But guess I have to since the lady charged me. I would have a serious talk with that lady before you start losing customers to her

Well Id have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of care at The joint and I say this as a lifelong recipient of chiropractic treatments. I love the convenience and affordability and am glad to give my recommendation to friends.

The Joint has been friendly and extremely helpful every time Ive been there. Dont listen to the bad review. I was arriving as this person was leaving. The last thing I heard was him screaming YOU MOTHER FU......ERS! Apparently he didnt want to fill out the paperwork required before getting adjusted.

Honestly I was a bit of a sceptic, Ive been a chiropractic patient for years and have in three different cities (including Los Angeles) found that paying a premium for chiropractic services was worth it. After visiting half a dozen chiropractors in COS I was somewhere between disappointed and disgusted. I broke down and tried The Joint (in Spite of their very low treatment prices) I was pleasantly surprised, they did a great job, properly worked areas more expensive chiropractors couldnt or wouldnt. The earned mt business by doing things right!

This place is the most morally contemptible place of business that I have ever visited in my 50 years as an adult. They will not do business with people who are 65 years or older. Even a cash business. They turned me away with excuses that were incompresensible. Furthermore, they have no conscience about it whatsoever. They are the veritable Scum of the Earth.

The Chiropracter that has seen me the two time I wen has a habit of wrapping up with the person he is working on the moment another customer arrives even if he is in the middle of a sequence of alignments. I despised being shoved out the door in the name of higher customer counts per hour.
