The amazing staff at Etio helped in a time of desperate need. I was unable to move my neck to the left completely and was suffering from tension migraines from previous trauma I experienced. I’m 1/3 of the way into my initial care plan and I haven’t had a headache or a migraine in a month! I used to have them daily. Time will tell. This was my first visit. The staff was very polite and efficient. Dr. Kent was professional and very thorough in his evaluation.One thing I did not care for at all. The music in the waiting room. I dont begrudge anybody their religious beliefs, but I really dont care to be musically proselytized to while I sit in the waiting room. I would feel the same way about any overtly religious music played in a business. I almost walked out before we began but I gave them a chance despite it.I am looking forward to my next visit but will show up right on the dot instead of early and have some earbuds. Im pretty sure Yo Yo Ma can drown out the praise music.

Having a lot of physical issues and health problems, Kent has been a life saver. In his care I have regained control and movement in my body. My quality of life had gone down so much before I started going to see him. I am so happy to have that back and then some!

I was sceptical as to whether Etio Chiropractic could solve the multitude of issues I had going on with my body. Id suffered migraines daily for several months, a long term injury that constantly ached in my shoulder, couldnt sleep well and was constantly fatigued. I couldnt turn my neck to check for blindspots while driving, had to move my whole body. I couldnt walk far without issues. In short I was miserable. Within three weeks my migraines were gone! Within three months my shoulder pain was gone (and did not come back) and I started being able to swim and take long walks like I used to. Within four months I started actually sleeping through the night. I had injured my wrist to the point of permanent damage and limited movement, doctors were talking about surgery. At Etio they treated my wrist and within three weeks I had almost full functionality with my wrist. Today, it is nine months since I started treatments at Etio, and Im active, sleeping every night and have no more constant pain that previously I was just used to dealing with. My quality of life has improved amazingly! I feel like Ive had a second chance at life given to me. The staff are all so warm and inviting. They are so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. If youre in pain, I strongly recommend them, chances are good theyll be able to help.

If you are looking for a compassionate and caring chiropractor, this is the spot. Dr. Kent, his wife Kat and the the entire team care about your health. The front desk always greets you with a smile and a good word to start your visit. The office isnt quite zen but the sounds/music help to relax you for your visit. When you meet Dr. Kent he is very up beat and gets to know who you are, not only in the health sense, but actually who you are. He wants to know what you do throughout your days, weeks and any previous injuries that could help him help you. His findings have helped me immensely. I have pretty bad neck and lower back issues and he has been able to get my neck realigned to where I have excellent maneuverability almost back to my younger years. He uses an accutator and occasionally a soft touch from his hands. He is gentle with what he does giving you an explanation as to what he is doing. Upon completion of your adjustment he goes over remedies that you could do to help yourself between visits that may include stretching exercises on your own. Remember you are part of the solution and so if you dont do your follow-up exercises your improvement time decreases. The cost is in line with most chiropractors youll find throughout the city, if you are able to pay in advance it reduces the cost. Overall this is a great compassionate filled chiropractor and staff that actually cares about your well well being and wants you to be able to get back to normalcy.

Staff is very friendly, Dr Kent is very thorough and truly cares. My 19 year old son had been suffering for about a year. He not only saw his primary care doctor, but 3 other chiropractors. None were able to help him get relief. Dr Kent took x-rays, found the problem, and for the last month my son has had relief and is healing for the first time in a year. No one else would take x-rays or thought there would be an issue because of his age, had he not gotten help, he could have gotten much worse and possibly been in pain for life. Now my husband and I are also seeing Dr Kent. The results have been pretty amazing. I suffer from several ailments, one being planar fasciitis. The last few years, Ive been in pain upon getting out of bed. I know the first steps will just send shocks up my leg. That is no longer the case. About a month ago, I realized that when i stand up in the morning, I can walk like I used to, with no pain. Ive started hiking again and I now walk 5 miles per day with absolutely NO pain. Drove half an hour as a new customer for an adjustment because I have a stabbing pain in my lower back due to pregnancy. They spent an hour asking me questions and never even gave me an adjustment and charged me for it. Said I had to come back for my adjustment but couldnt get me in for another week. I asked if i come back do I have to pay for my return visit since I paid today and never had an adjustment...said yes if we do an adjustment that day. So why would i be charged first day if I didnt have an adjustment and not the 2nd time if I didnt? Also when I first arrived they said my first appointment would be complimentary if I had insurance otherwise its $47. When i went to check out she stated with your co pay today you owe us $41 with your insurance. I was so mad when I left I was fuming. Im not returning and will find another chiropractor.

Etio is absolutely amazing! My family has been seeing Dr Kent since they opened their doors. I am picky about chiropractors, but I LOVE them. The office is such a beautiful welcoming atmosphere and all the staff is all smiles and all about making you feel good. I saw them throughout my pregnancy and I couldnt have gotten through my pregnancy without my regular adjustments. I also recommend them to all my birth doula clients!

I have asthma. Since I was not able to be adjusted for a couple weeks, I started having a little difficulty with shortness of breath. After being adjusted, I was able to take deep breaths and felt a lot better. I also have back issues and I could definitely feel the difference once I am able to get seen at Etio. I started going to Dr. Kent early in my second trimester of pregnancy and he has been amazing! I’m now into my third trimester and I don’t know what I’d do without his help. I paid $1779 upfront for 36 sessions in 3 months ($49 a session) since Dr. Kent told me paying in full was the least expensive option. However, when I cancelled services instead of refunding me at the agreed upon price they up-charged me to $60 a session for the sessions I had already received. So for the 18 sessions I had remaining, I only received $585 instead of the $882 I was expecting back. The paper you sign for the agreed payment option states if you decide to discontinue care before the recommendations have been completed the balance of your account will immediately become due and payable. Any amounts remaining from the pre-payment will be refunded within 30 days The only 2 payment options available are $1972 with a 10% discount for prepayment or $730 a month for 3 months on auto-pay. Nowhere does it state that if you cancel then then you will be charged at a higher price for the services received. These are deceptive business practices . I was robbed of $300. For that alone I would never recommend Etio chiropractic to anyone.

As a mom of 4 young kids it’s hard to go anywhere without making a ruckus but at Etio we feel like we can be ourselves. Go see Doctor Kent and the whole team at Etio, you will be glad you did!

Mostly nice staff but you shouldnt believe word they say. They said they submitted claims but my insurance company had no contact with them ever by any method. They set up a monthly payment for services which they said I could cancel at anytime, but I cancelled two months ago and they are still charging me. I was treated for four months trying to give it a chance, but no improvement--maybe it was because they only spent about 1 minute with me each visit. Watch your wallet!

There are not near enough stars to rate Etio. They treat you like family everytime you walk in. I used to have problems sleeping, back pain and my hip pooped in and out of socket. Ever since I started there I can get a goodnights sleep my back doesnt hurt anymore and my hip stopped popping in and out of socket. I would recommend Etio to anyone and everyone.

Etio is wonderful. The staff, the treatment, environment, everything! I went in there due to debilitating carpal tunnel and trying to avoid surgery. Prior to starting and receiving treatment from Dr. Kent, i couldn’t write for more than maybe a minute without pain, my hand going numb, etc. and i would be woken up multiple times every night from numbness and lots of pain. yesterday i wrote for nearly 2 hours! This hasn’t happened in years! And I have been sleeping through the night! 🙌 please don’t wait as long as i did to have a better quality of life!
