UPDATE 2/25/2017 My questions and/or concerns have been addressed, in full and personally, by this business owner. I thank Kate publicly for her honesty, professionalism, and humor through this confusing way to meet. Cheers!UPDATE: I stopped by the office yesterday (2/22/17) just to make sure it was still there and it is. Its an awfully big office for just one person, too. I could hear singing when I walked in so I knew she was with a client, but there wasnt anybody to man the front desk. Also, I received a follow-up to this review from the owner. Thanks.Ive been trying unsuccessfully to reach this business for months now. I just called the office (again) to leave a message, but the mailbox is full. Ive e-mailed them, received a rundown on how much it would cost for classes and when the next class opens...and thats it. When I responded to the e-mail about setting up an evaluation Ive heard nothing in reply. This business does not answer the phone, respond to e-mails, or questions asked via their website. What I find strange is that theyre making updates on their Facebook page as if all is well. Not sure whats really going on here.

The owner needs training to say the least. They cant handle a meltdown and wont let you interject. If you hit one of the plastic drums to hard you get punished. Im strict with my child, but this woman doesnt understand anything about autism.
