If you have the slightest curiosity about getting a colonic, DO IT! I did some reflecting and wanted to be more aware and in tune with my body and I’m so glad I found Valerie! I’ve done 3 treatments and every time I leave from her office I feel much better. She’s very knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable through out the entire time. Ive never written a google review before, but I had to for Valerie here. Shes literally saved my life. Ill try and make my long story succinct. Ive dealt with extreme, chronic constipation for the better part of my life, and I am only twenty one as I write this. My issues are so bad theyve cost me jobs, worsened my mental health, reduced my daily energy, gave me a regular foggy brain, and hurt my self-esteem so badly before that I became hopeless enough to consider ending my life. For years, I had (forgive my language) impacted rocks of $#/%, bloating my gut, continuously releasing toxins into the rest of my body. When I was sixteen, my primary doctor prescribed me laxatives for over a year, and never really helped with my issues, in fact, the laxatives worsened them. My doc inferred, that basically, nothing of significance could really be done, and my heart sank, as I felt my chances of living a normal life where over. Then my chiropractor recommended Valerie. ABSOLUTELY MUST DO A COLONIC BEFORE A COLONOSCOPY!I had to add another edit to my previous review, because I can’t say enough:I got a colonic the day before a colonoscopy. It saved me from the crazy side effects of the laxatives (I had zero cramping!) It was the easiest/painless prep I could have imagined. So thank you! I wish there was a way to spread the word to for everyone to get a colonic in preparation of a colonoscopy.Valerie has saved my gut multiple times over the last 6+ years! I’m getting personal here but I want to tell you why I keep coming back. I have IBS and every once in a while, my system gets backed up and I have crazy intestinal pain that’s unmanageable with over-the-counter remedies (including Miralax, essential oils and healthy eating).
