The Colleyville Facility is nice. Staff was mostly pleasant upon visits. Although, I am unsure of the skill of staff - multiple issues experienced.1st issue: Defective Trial Lenses. Ultimately resolved with a call and another follow-up visit.2nd issue: Billing issue. After my follow-up, there was an additional substantial charge to my account that was not disclosed to me when I paid for original services/product. I had to call the office multiple times and I was not given a call back when I was promised one.3rd issue: Months later my issue was unresolved, I paid out of pocket, and was yelled at by billing agent. Agent was easily angered. Be sure not to interrupt as they will threaten to send you to collections and to not help. Once the threat was given, I opted to pay just to be done with it.

Thank you for taking my daughter in on an emergency the same days. i’m a healthcare provider myself. An emergency is just that… an emergency. So many places would schedule an emergency 2-3 wks out. If you are in need of an eye exam this is definitely the place to be. I received the most detailed eye exam I’ve ever received in my life. The environment and staff were amazing. Horrible horrible horrible. Just plain horrible staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS EYE DOCTOR!I have worn the same exact prescription for 15 years and they tried to force me to switch to an outrage daily contact that costs over 500 dollars AFTER insurance! Then I finally get them to use the correct prescription and they are trying to with hold it from me!They are in network for my healthcare provider and my healthcare provider tried to send them the money for my visit, but this office billed for an uninsured patient so there is over $150 dollars of outstanding Bill. Now they are trying to keep the money from my healthcare provider AND make me pay! And they won’t give me my prescription without paying this fee which is against the law!Now I have no contacts for the year and my benefits are used up! They screwed me over and are breaking the law.I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for breaking the law.Do not patronize dishonest companies like this one.

Dr. Choksi is very thorough and patient focused. I totally trust him with ensuring my eyes are monitored well since my cataract lens replacements so I get the best vision and tracking of any problems that may come up. Very easy to communicate with and so nice as well.

I have been coming here for over a decade. Ive moved 30 minutes away and still come back here. Their service is impeccable. Every time that I come in here, Rona greets me with a smile and remembers personal information about me. I love to walk in to positive vibes. Staff is great! Kay makes me feel comfortable in the chair while waiting on the doctor. She is very caring. We always have great small talk and she makes me feel comfortable. Before I leave, I get the pleasure of dealing with Alexis who is very knowledgeable with the the frames. I would recommend Total Eye Care Colleyville to any one.

I wanted to use my vision benefits prior to the end of the year and waited until the last minute. I hadn’t yet established with a vision provider, so I looked on the VSP website and called a couple of places. Two didn’t answer and Total Eye Care answered the phone, offered me a same day appointment, and took very good care of me. The staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was knowledgeable and also listened, which is seemingly rare. I left very satisfied with the service and care, and the new glasses I purchased. I will recommend them to family and friends, and I will be back!

Getting an appointment was easy. Insurance was verified quickly. The doctor and all staff were very professional and friendly. The staff that help with eyeglasses, their selection and order, was fantastic. I didnt feel rushed; they educated me and helped me to make a good decision. I have been to a lot of eye doctors. I have been a patient at Total Eye Care forever. Today I stopped by for their holiday event. In addition to their normal (and extensive) eye glass collection, they had vendors present with even more frames to chose from. With the help of Lisa and Carrie, I walked out with a new pair of frames that I am excited about. They also had a really nice variety of finger foods and giveaways from other Colleyville businesses. I got new glasses and my husband got a free hair cut!

From exceptional service regarding my familys often unique optical needs, to providing a product that drastically exceeds expectations, this practice truly merits and deserves its outstanding reputation.Sadly, there are always those of an undeserved entitlement that find it necessary to discredit and leech the benevolence of others. I, however, cement my claim (along with the many-years-worth of other satisfied patients) by stating that I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone in need of optical health.

The glasses and frames here are phenomenal. The prescription I got from Dr Driskoll was wrong from the beginning. I will always get my prescription from his associate. I will not let him prescribe my eye exam again.

Dr. Etame and her staff are amazing. They treat you with so much respect. I had an amazing experience. I have been to other doctors but Dr. Etame by far is the best. She was very patient with me and she explained everything to me.

Jymie and Amanda really helped fit me properly and Lisa really helped with my billing. Dr Driscoll and the man that helped me with the exam answered all my questions and was very honest and kind. Ive never had a $400 eye exam. Funny thing is that its exactly the same as a $150 eye exam.

I was unhappy with communication from here. I called 3 places to get prices for eye exam and contacts. Was told $30 for eye exam and contacts would be $218. My insurance pays $200. So my cost was $48. Get there, go through the usual, go to check out and they person says $162. I was like what??? I paid and called the next day to see why that happened with the manager. Manager didn’t call me back. I did get a call from a nice lady a few days later but she either didn’t understand why this bothered me or didn’t see the problem. Meh. Just kinda felt like a bait and switch.

The entire is experience is so professional and efficient. Very thorough exam. I would not trust my eye sight to anyone but Total Eye Care.

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient online.....no response. I then tried calling. Spoke to a gentleman to did not seem all to familiar with the process and then said someone would call me back shortly after verifying my insurance to book an appointment....never heard another word.....They must be so busy and disorganized that they cannot take new patients. I called Colleyville Vision Associates down the road and they were very polite and efficient and had me booked in 2 minutes ! Now that is customer service!

Great customer service Tech assistants Fabi and Mariah were so friendly all other staff will walk by and constantly give you update on wait times and offering water even asked if the room temperature was fine ! very pleasant experience Dr Driscoll seems extremely knowledgeable I have terrible vision and this is the closest anyone has ever had me to 20/20.
