Basically the definition of a money grab. Had to pay $300 to get started for my three month commitment and then after the three months I wanted to stop coming and so then I had to pay an additional hundred dollars just to cancel my membership. I have to leave town for a family circumstances and explain that and was told over the phone my fee would be waived and then whenever I get there That story changed. Frankly I wouldn’t waste your time trying to come to this gym it’s clean and everything but the workouts are the same 5 videos on a continuous loop so if you plan on working out more than two or three times a month you’re going to get bored very quickly since there’s no variety. Just go to Tru fit and sit in the sauna

I love HOTWORX!!! I have only been going 7 days and my abs and shoulders are sore but in a good way and I wake up looking forward towards getting in the saunas and sweat dripping off me!! I cant wait to workout every day!

Ariel, the store manager is great! The workouts are really great and intense

This place is pretty unprofessional. The owners yell at their workers while guests are in the studio which is uncomfortable for both parties. Today, I went to go workout and they were having a grand opening party inside the studio. (The studio was also opened all semester long last year.) They said I should have checked their instagram and then I would have known. I dont follow their instagram. Why would I? I book my appointments through the app, the way they tell you to.. so why would they not have that listed there? Overall it wasted 40 minutes of my busy day that ended with no workout. Total letdown.
