The initial appointment last 10 minutes before scheduling my extraction. The day of my extraction everyone was friendly and restated what was going to happen 4 times (which I appreciated). The appointment literally last 1 hour with 30-45 minutes being surgery. Overall, great staff and great experience!

The best oral surgeons in B/CS hands down! The front desk and clinical staff are super friendly and the doctors treat you like you are family. Not to mention the office is gorgeous and well maintained. Dr. Bachoura made sure I was comfortable before my wisdom teeth were extracted and I’ve felt no pain whatsoever! If you’re looking to get your wisdom teeth removed, I 100% recommend these guys! They were very nice and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I had to use IV sedation and it felt like it was over in the blink of and eye, absolutely no pain at all! There staff was very kind and helpful to me. Friendly doc and tech. Office staff ignored me completely, as in turned her back to me and did not speak, rather than asking me to check in a little later, but the lady who did finally help was professional. I was surprised to be sent home without an after care kit of gauze and oral syringe for extraction site cleaning. I was also told I did not to schedule a follow-up, which I found odd but thankfully, havent needed. It was, overall, a much better experience than I had with another local oral surgeon about a year ago.

Dr. Price and his team were very helpful in making sure I got everything I needed for my wisdom teeth extraction before I had to go out of town. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, and told me exactly how the surgery was going to play out and everything I should expect from it. He even made a point to check in with me to see how the healing process was going the day before I had to go out of town. Even after some communication errors with the scheduling staff prior to the surgery, everyone here was very considerate with my needs and they made sure I was taken care of in the little amount of time I had. I had my wisdom teeth taken out last week and I have had minimal pain or discomfort. I was treated very well by all the staff and doctors throughout the consultation and day of the surgery. They made the entire process go very smoothly from start to finish.

( the dental office across the street can learn from this standard)Only issue I had was attempting to pre register on line. So many repetitive questions that can be pulled from existing information I provided. Dr. Price and his staff took very good care of me for my impacted upper wisdom teeth today. From the consultation to the day of my surgery every interation I had with Dr. Price and his staff was kind and professional. The procedure was explained to me very well, all of my questions were answered, and even though I was a little nervous about my surgery today I was treated with respect and kindness. The recovery has been going great, and Dr. Price even called me to see how I was doing this afternoon and to let me know he was available if I have any questions at all. This surgeon is excellent at what he does and I highly recommend seeing him if you ever need oral surgery.

I would like to say the office staff was kind and willing to help you with your paperwork and payment plans.The nurse staff were well on time and professional and clear with their directions,and proticalls The came in and briefed me what was going take place. The got me a blanket and administeredIV port and gas.Later after the procedure of extraction I woke up and was escorted out to my vehicle where staff briefed my family about following post op information and care. From consultation to post surgery appointment this is the place to be! I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Price. His bedside manner is great. He is fantastic at making you feel comfortable and explains everything so you are informed. This is a great office to visit!

The doctors and staff working closely with them were very nice and comforting. They helped ease my nerves and explained everything very well. The only thing I could complain about was the staff in the front. They were not as nice or personable which did not help ease my nerves in the beginning. (They weren’t rude by any means, just not friendly either).

I visited two oral surgeons before selecting you. Your staff was very friendly and helpful when I called. Also my dentist receptionist recommended you. I liked the way the surgeon explained it at your office best. He seemed more concerned about doing a good job. Even my regular dentist said when I went for the casting of my dentures that it was a good job. I have been told by other dentists I would be difficult to fit a denture. Its been a good experience. I am looking forward to getting my dentures soon

Great experience! I had an IV placed to remove a wisdom tooth very close to my sinus cavity. The whole procedure was a breeze, even placing the IV was painless due to a freeze spray they used. I was back home within 2hrs afterwards. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I will recommend this office to everyone!!

Update: the evening of 6/23/2021 Dr. Michael reached out to me and apologized for the events that had happened that morning. He wanted to make things right and rescheduled my appointment. The office manager Jackie also called me and apologized the next day and finalized my appointment time. 6/30/2021 the day of my new surgery I arrived filled out my paperwork and was taken immediately into surgery. The nurse that took me to the back could see I was nervous and on the verge of a panic attack she was super nice and helped me calm down. Dr. Howard came in and we went over any questions that I had. Surgery went well. Hardly any swelling and little to no pain. I’m glad that I gave them another chance. They went above and beyond to make me feel like I could trust them. I really appreciate that. They really went above and beyond.I needed to get a tooth extracted. My dentist referred me to this office. Before my consultation I filled out my paperwork annotating that I have high anxiety. The day of my consultation I sat in the waiting room for approximately 20 minutes before I was seen, even though I had a scheduled time. They apologized for the wait. After my consultation I scheduled an appointment thinking I was going to see the same surgeon. Not the case, because he is booked up and only comes in on Monday’s.Today is the day of my surgery 6/23/2021. I was scheduled to be seen at 10:15 am. I needed a driver. My driver was running a few minutes late. So I arrived 9 minutes late (10:24). I filled out my paperwork and paid. At around 11:03 I went to the receptionist and asked if I needed to reschedule. She said she would go and check. As I was waiting, the other receptionist asked me “do you want to reschedule?”I told her I was asking if i needed to reschedule, because I also was fasting (no food or any drinks) since the night before. She reminded me that i came in late. I said I understood and asked her did you put someone in my places since I arrived 9 minutes late. She said no (so I would have sat in the waiting room 9 minutes longer). She said that the doctor was running behind on the previous surgery and it would be another 40 minutes. I went outside and called my dentist office to see if I could have my paperwork sent to another office. I came back in a FEW minutes later and asked the receptionist if I could cancel my appointment. She said “yes, but we can get you back there now.” Funny how that works.1. It’s ok for me to wait 20+ minutes each time for my scheduled appointments, however it needs to be pointed out that I was 9 minutes late even though I couldn’t be seen at my scheduled time.2. Generally in my mind at least when you see a doctor for a consultation for surgery you would think he would be the same one preforming the surgery. I would prefer to meet the doctor and have him review my file before the day I go into surgery. That’s just me.

I got my wisdom teeth removed by a different oral surgeon in my hometown and had some issues after coming back to College Station for school. Dr. Bachoura was amazing. We saw me in a timely manner even though he did not originally remove my teeth. He did a procedure to fix the issue I was having and I had a fantastic experience with no pain at all. 10/10 recommend!

I attended the free extraction day event and I was beyond thankful for what they did not only for me but for the community. I was greeted by Miranda and Jacqueline they were so friendly and informative. I went in with doubt and fear thinking I was going to be in pain for several days and Dr. Michael and his assistant Unique assured me that I was in good hands and that they would take great care of me. I had absolutely NO PAIN after my surgery I didn’t even have to take my pain meds! Dr. Michael is an exceptional Oral Surgeon and he has a wonderful staff behind him. The establishment was a nice, beautiful clean and well kept facility.

Came here for a free extraction on a broken tooth and it was a fast, informed process! The doctor Alex was amazing and made sure I knew what to expect and even recommended another tooth getting pulled if I was comfortable with it. Due to complications of a small mouth with long roots and abscess spreading beyond the site, I had an X-ray, CT scan and extraction on an a rearmost molar. I was given NO2, put under and prescribed something beyond Tylenol #3 for post op pain along with intravenous antibiotics and a follow up regimen of same. This is just now the morning after but I can tell recovery phase is and shall be quick. All this for about $1100. I did have an endemic dental plan that kicked in $350.TRANSLATION: price and professional approach get high marks from me.

Salty I was NOT able to keep my wisdom teeth...But really, I shouldnt complain about the FREE removal of #1 and impacted #16 wisdom teeth. Dr. Young and Unique were very professional. NO PAIN. ZERO. ABSOLUTE MINIMAL SORENESS AND SWELLING for like, a day and a half. 13/10, would recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Price and his staff. They are very professional and “cover all the bases” when installing an implant. During the evaluation visit all questions were answered. Very pleased!

Dr. and staff seemed nice, fit me in quickly, were patient with me as I was in a terrible amount of pain. You couldnt see it on the x-ray because it was under a metal bridge, that would be the abscess that blew half my face up like a balloon the next day. Thankfully another oral surgeon in town was able to perform emergency surgery. So maybe paying cash for Botox might help some, but in my case, Im just glad the bacteria didnt spread to the rest of my body.

Everyone was so courteous and professional. I have extremely high anxiety every time I see a dentist/doctor. Overall, I was satisfied the friendliness of the staff and my wisdom teeth removal seemed to go smoothly. However, I believe there are a few details that were unorganized and if looked at closer by the staff, would improve patient satisfaction. For example, for my consultation I met Dr. Michael and was under the assumption he was the surgeon to perform the procedure, but when I arrived for surgery, it was a completely different surgeon who I had never met before, which was okay with me, but just a bit nerve-racking. I was also told by Dr. Michael that I would be prescribed something for my anxiety to take the night before my surgery and an hour before the procedure, but then was told by the women in the office that they only called in a tablet to take the morning of my procedure. When I went to pick up my prescription, there were two tablets, but the instructions just said to take one tablet an hour before my surgery, so I was a bit confused on what to do with the second tablet. Even though the prescription was supposed to be for anxiety, I was prescribed something for insomnia, so I was still extremely anxious, but just a bit drowsy. Lastly, I don’t feel like I was sufficiently informed on how or when to start cleaning my wounds after the procedure and was asked to schedule a follow up appointment immediately after waking up from my procedure, which I have minimum memory of (however I was provided a card with the date and time, but definitely wasn’t in the right state of mind at the time to know when we were scheduling). I was also very surprised to find the 3 electrode monitors still on my body 6 hours after my procedure, but no big deal.. I’m hoping my follow up will provide me with more information on how to keep my wounds clean!I will say that the office is very nice and clean and I appreciate the precautions they take during this pandemic. The staff is very friendly and did a lot to try to ease my anxiety and it was clear that they only have the best intentions for their patients. I just think if they looked at the smaller details in regards to their patients it would be a 5/5!

Office was beautiful, new, and open. They asked me if there was some kind of music which I liked to hear. They put on some Christian music that I had asked for & then started to work on me. They took all the time that was needed to get me pain free before they got started. Friendly staff, excellent atmosphere, superior skilled surgeon/doctor, doctor checked on me after hours, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) they got me into their office VERY QUICKLY for the evaluation & the procedure.

I went in to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted under iv sedation and Dr Bachoura was an excellent Dr. The staff there were very helpful Miranda took the time to explain everything and the assistants were super helpful. I would recommend if you’re needing oral surgery services they are the right people to call.

The people who work here are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met! I was scared to get my wisdom teeth out because the dentists I’ve been to before have never been the best. Wonderful Dentist and Dental Assistants. Very professional and engaging. It was My first time to visit a dentist and they made Me feel completely at ease. They checked in with My daughter to let her know how the surgery went and that I came through it just fine. And they asked about her on every subsequent visit. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. The only problem I had was with the prescriptions not being called into the pharmacy in a timely manner. My surgery was on a Thursday and I didn’t get my antibiotics until Saturday afternoon, after getting the run-around from the receptionist, I ultimately had to contact the weekend “emergency” On-Call Dentist to call them in for Me.

Dr. Price and staff were excellent. I had an infected tooth extracted on the same day of referral from my dentist. The experience was better than having a filling. Their Electronic Medical Records was great. I was able to review history as well as the 3D CT. I would highly recommend them.

I dont know what devil-pact black-magic sorcery Dr. Michael has to operate on teeth so smoothly but whatever it is, worked pretty well for me:4 teeth removed, one fully impacted, minor soreness peaking on day 3, no complications or major pain, felt completely normal by day 5.

I was really anxious before and Katie and Dr. Michael took such great care of me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

The people there were very nice and helped me a ton while I was getting my wisdom teeth out. They answered all of my concerns and made sure that I knew that I was in good hands. Overall, a very clean, organized, and caring place. I recommend them highly!

Super thankful for this place! I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, must less to an oral surgeon and this office made me feel so comfortable. They were able to schedule my consultation and surgery on the same day and even though they were squeezing me into the schedule Dr. Bachoura took the time to explain every part of the procedure and answer any questions I had. Dr.Andrew is AMAZING. The entire office is clean and all of the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone I know. It really made me feel comfortable.
