The staff here are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. From the time I walked in, I felt like this was the place for me. Dr Clyburn was thorough in explaining my problems and he listened to my concerns when developing a plan of action. All other staff I’ve interacted with have been equally helpful. Dr. Bryan Garrett has performed two oral surgeries on my son- one in the hospital setting at 8 years old and one in the clinic at 9 years old. Both experiences were outstanding! So I got referred to Brazos valley oral & moxifacial facial surgery through a friend. I had a very traumatic experience from a dentist from the town that I live in. It caused a lot of pain and damage. So I showed up here and they took very good care of me. The wait is never that long. All the staff is always so friendly and well informed. The dentist themselves the oral surgeons themselves are absolutely wonderful. And I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you all so much!

Great experience. I was quite nervous about oral surgery, I can honestly say that I experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever during my surgery. We used only laughing gas and numbing injections. I had no bleeding afterwards and never had any pain at all after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett he is very warm, friendly and I cannot sing his praises enough.

The staff here is amazing, I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was put under for the very first time and I felt completely comfortable the whole time, I had pre op, the actual surgery, a day after phone call, and a follow up, and they ensured that everything was taken care of for me so that I didn’t have to worry. I definitely highly suggest this office for anyone who is nervous around dentistry, has extreme anxiety, or straight up don’t like the dentist. This place will calm your worries :)

Id rate higher if I could!!I got referred to by a friend. They worked with me as best they could since I didnt have insurance. They allowed me to do what I thought was necessary for my teeth and reassured me through every step. The staff was incredibly friend, clean, and organized.Dr.Clyburn was a super sweet guy and answer any sort of question I had.I didnt like the experience of getting my tooth OUT since it was close to the nerve, but even under local anesthesia they made it as painless as possible and listened to me the entire time.

Everything was done in an extremely professional, very friendly and very caring manner! I had 2 extractions and bone grafts- and everything was over before I knew it. The pain level the next day was moderate- proving the work that was down was done gently, carefully and professionally. Brazos Valley Oral And Maxillofacial surgery center should be your number one choice if you need oral surgery. They took every necessary precaution to keep their patients and employees safe from COVID-19. All of the employees were informed on the extra precautions and the staff never missed a beat logistics-wise. I had an appointment to extract a tooth/possibly get an implant. I arrived on time and had zero wait before I was called back. The dental assistants were waiting for me and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bryan Garrett was able to come in and immediately start after briefing me on the procedure. Dr. Garrett was excellent, he was able to extract my tooth, remove an abscess, and install a bone graft while I was under local anesthetic and I barely felt a thing. Dr. Garrett was always checking on me to make sure nothing he was doing was causing me pain and made sure to give my jaw frequent breaks during the procedure. If you need oral surgery this should be your only option.

Dr Clyburn is top notch! My 22yr old son was in a plane crash in Aug 2020 and has been under Dr Clyburn’s care since. Dr Clyburn is readily available, very knowledgeable and has answered every question I’ve had and does so in language I am able to understand. He has an extremely great reputation and I see why. Dr Hanley and the entire staff were great. I have had a lot of dental work In my 71 yrs of life and have had several teeth extracted in the past at different times. This time with Dr Hanley was the easiest extraction I have had. Not only was he very professional, Friendly, and courteous, but he also explained what he was doing every step of the way, which eased my stress. And indeed there was “no pain” during the procedure, as he promised. By far the best dental experience I have had in a long time. He even called me at home several hours after the surgery to check up on me. Dr Hanley has my highest recommendation!

In a facility such as this, given the seriousness of its purpose, I find it interesting and calming that the staff, administrative and healthcare, makes certain patients are made to feel welcome and cared for. I called in on Friday looking to have an appointment sometime early the next week. I was having severe pain in one of my wisdom teeth. I did not think this would be that big of an issue, being that on their website it states, We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.When I called over, the front desk associate completely dismissed my pain and stated something along the lines of, the pain is normal and all babies go through this. She told me that the soonest I could be seen would be in two and a half weeks.I lasted the weekend by going to Urgent Care to get prescription pain pills and was prescribed antibiotic, due to the amount of inflammation, blood and even some pus on my gum.I called over to Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Huntsville Monday morning and they were able to see me THAT DAY! Not only were they able to see me for my consultation on Monday, but he also was able to pull out all four of my wisdom teeth that afternoon as well to help relieve my pain. The care I received upon my initial phone call was not of someone being brash, but rather someone that was full of compassion and empathy.Come to find out, my tooth was infected, which is why I was in such severe pain, and it was NOT because I was simply teething like a baby. I DO NOT recommend this facility, especially if this is the way a front desk associate is allowed to act to a potential patient calling in. Take the short drive over to Huntsville, and see Dr. David J. Hoffman. Their staff from the front and throughout the surgery was spectacular!

The service i have received at this place was phenomenal . i recommended anyone to go here before going to ASPEN or even Bryan modern dentistry. I was sooo nervous about the sedation with my tooth extraction, but, i cant remember the nurse name to save my life, but she was so caring, calm, and Dr. Garrett, omg AMAZING.. knowledge, quick, you can tell in his eyes he is passionate, and a man of God. i could trust him with all my dental work. Hands down best office staff... willing to work with you with payment options as well.. I just love it...

Changing my review because of an incredibly unhelpful billing department.I received a bill 4 months after surgery even though I had already paid an insane amount out of pocket after insurance. This bill showed up in my mailbox on 7/10 and had a due date of 7/14. I emailed the contact email on the bill, asking for an extension since I had 4 days notice, along with some other questions about what was on the bill and this is the response I received.“Yes, you have a balance due on the account. You may make payments on the account by calling the office or online through our website. (Click HERE to make a payment online.)Your account has been turned over to our billing service. If you make payments on the account, no further action will occur. Please call if you have any questions.”This response answered zero of my questions and did not even offer an apology for the extremely late bill in the mail. I have NEVER heard of a medical office expecting a bill to be paid in 4 days. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service of this business and do not recommend their services.*** I will also add that the billing department refused to talk about the bill through email after the very unhelpful email and was only willing to talk about it over the phone.***Update: Paid the bill since I was given no other options and received a phone call saying that everything was handled. Not two days later I get another bill in the mail for even more money. I do not recommend this business.

When I first decided to come here I was under the impression that my insurance would cover some of the visit because they made it seem that way over the phone. I asked multiple times and every time I asked about my coverage I got mixed responses. When I got there they made me fill out more information regarding my insurance which furthered confirmed that I would be somewhat covered. When they called me into the back I asked the first girl I was with, how much was this going to cost me before i did anything. She said she did not know. I then asked the doctor he said the same thing. Then a lady comes in and finally tells me it’s going to be $230 for the consultation because my insurance didn’t cover any of it. Then she told me that the procedure would cost more than $1000 because my insurance would not cover it. My co worker got the same procedure done for $200-300 because his insurance did cover it. If I would have been told that my insurance would not cover any of it from the beginning I would not have done anything. I could have saved my $230 and kept looking for a place that did accept my insurance. Horrible experience! They need to be upfront about pricing and coverage before they do anything.

The service I received at this location was excellent. I had been struggling with great pain over several months to keep a tooth, when I decided to change doctors and go here. They efficiently showed me details of why that tooth had given up and it needed to be pulled. It was done the next business day and the beginning of my healing started then. I was upset that I had not done this sooner. The office was clean, modern, friendly and the assistant at front named Savannah was excellent and was on top of all insurance questions. I could not have asked anything more from any clinic - and Im pretty picky. Yes, I recommend them completely. Thank you.
