Far cheaper on my insurance plan than my doctors lab (like $7 instead of $400). Staff is variable from a complete PIA to helpful. Them copying your ID and Insurance card every visit is a ID theft disaster brewing. But manager not in this location and they are just minions with no control of this stupidity.

I must say the comments are quite deceiving. It was my first time visiting this place. The 2 ladies in the front were very welcoming from the time they checked me in to the time I left. I only waited about 30 minutes due to all of the women doing timed test. I can’t forget the plant room. Whoever keeps up with them does a fantastic job. Although no one wants to get their blood drawn, the atmosphere is definitely worth recommending to come back. If you visit this place, ask for these 2 ladies (Artensa and Teerica). Sorry if I butchered your names! They’re are PHENOMENAL. I will DEFINITELY be back.

This place never has enough staff. They open at a certain time and still take forever to get you in. There is always a long line and seems to be just one person in front. Yall need to hire more staff if yall want to run a business. This is ridiculous and very upsetting to your clients. I wouldnt refer anyone there.

If at all possible, avoid this place like the plague. The staff at the front desk is rude AF. She just snapped at an elderly man for asking the question, What time are yall open because the sign posted says yall close at 12, but I was here before that and the door was locked? She said that that wasnt true and that they locked the door at 11:58. Last I checked, thats still before noon. Anyway, thats the entitled attitude that was the difference in that man getting his lab done on time and having to wait for an extra hour here at the hospital.And as I was typing this, the same woman just got rude with my GF. LOL. They were rude to both of us last time we were here.So basically, she was rude to 2 out of the 4 people in the office and when one of us decided to throw some of it back at her, she got even cattier. Lol. This place blows

First let me say you need to update your hours. Sitting in your lobby for an hour was no fun.Love the folks here and they are real concerned that you’re comfortable.

They were quick. She took my blood fast and let me lay down as I was really sick. A few days later they called and said some of my samples didnt make it to Austin and I went back and got more supplies for more samples. Very kind. I couldnt blame them for the carrier that didnt get the samples to austin.

I have used clinical pathology lab for the past 2 years but used their lab years ago(15) when my insurance covered me there.I have been extremely pleased.I have been there in the morning around 8:30 and never had to wait longer than 5-10 mins.Facility clean, lab draw personnel professional and efficient.My results have been submitted to my physical in a timely manner.I am a cash pay patient and I have found them to be the most reasonable on their fees.I will continue to use this lab.

The only person working there is quite rude when she could just be a lot friendlier. Even though she’s the only one working, there’s no reason not to be friendly.

Worthless! Wife has been there a couple of time and so far both times they have either forgot to run some test or they let the blood coagulate and ruin before they could spin it. Now the time off my wife has taken and the critical lab test that needed to be done have been a waste. DO NOT USE THIS LAB. THEY ARE WORTHLESS.

One person on duty, 7 people waiting. Been sitting here for 15 minutes and nobody has been called on. Last time i come here. Make it 8 people.
