I scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance. On the day of my appointment I drove halfway across town just to find this note posted on the door. Apparently the staff got sick and so they closed up shop for the day. My phone number and email are in their system and yet no one bothered to contact me?!? I cannot overstate just how unprofessional this is.I highly recommend you do not use Quest Diagnostics and, if you must, you would be doing yourself a favor to call before you drive to their office in case they are unexpectedly closed for the day.FOLLOW-UP:And...it happened again! Its been more than a year since the Google review you see above. This morning I went to their office for my 7:45 am appointment and no one was there! (They were supposed to open at 7:30 am.) I finally gave up at 8:00 am; at that point there was a line of people waiting to get into an office that was not open. Incredible!

I went this morning. Was seen by Vesslin. Great experience. I almost changed my place because of the reviews, but it was absolutely great! Super easy checkin, could wait in my car if I opted to for safety. Blood draw was one of my best experiences. Vesslin did great tho I probably could have made her nervous with my phobias of blood draws and my bad past experiences. I would definitely recommend this place and choose it again for myself 👍

They dont update their automated system. Was told theyre closed at 12:30pm but I didnt realize they had a lunch. Had I known, I could had done something else during that time besides wait.

The lady taking blood was very rough and rude. They also stole my debit card information.

Unfortunately, this location does not answer their phone. I went yesterday only to be told they could not do stat orders. Called doctor and found it was a clerical error and they corrected in the computer to no stat. Since it is a 45 min drive to the lab, needed to confirm that they received the corrected orders and could do the blood draw today. However, repeated attempts to reach a person just resulted in hang ups on their end. Customer service is all about being able to handle the exceptions, not just the routine. An automated system only works for the routine case.

Went in this morning for a fasting lab. The young lady was very bright and cheerful. Found a vein the first time. ( Unusual for me) and sent me on my way with a smile. I hope she stays there and I will return. Very satisfied!

Went in with a sick kid. They said they couldnt do stat orders. Went back to doctors office, only to find out it was a standing order. 2 hours later we finally got service at another lab. I wish Quest employees could read! And do their job properly for us! Lazy and stupid...

The phlebotomist was amazing, the staff and their ability to do a simple task of sending results was absolutely lacking. Incompetent despite multiple phone calls and directions given in person. Never had such an awful time just getting results to a doctor.

Came to do a drug test and get blood drawn for a job and it was lost or canceled and I couldnt start work on Time!!

Been here many times. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes. Phlebotomists have always been courteous and kind. I like it that this lab is on the ground floor of the building & parking is easy.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can schedule an appointment or walk in.

Used this location for years but will never go there again. Severe pain and bruising still days after having labs done. Not using any quest labs after this horrible experience!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. They yelled and hung up on me (I was just trying to confirm whether the lab orders from my doctor had been received). I will drive to Houston before I will go to this place.
