Very nice and professional staff. I do believe this is the best and nicest the staff has ever been. I could definitely feel and see an improvement. The building was even cleaner and more organized than it has ever been. This has always been the best hospital and most definitely is now.

The physicians and nurse made me feel comfortable and decreased my anxiety about my surgery. After my surgery, the nurse caring for me made sure I was stable enough to go home and was was quite caring. I wouldn’t choose a different group of professions to care for me or my family. I am appreciative for the care I received.

Went in to get my stomach looked at I was concerned about my appendix, turns out I was right about it being the problem was scheduled for surgery the next day. Every one was super nice and very helpful. Asked my questions in confidence and got the same energy back. Thank yall for taking the best care of me.

I think they are great!! they are good with kids I have been taking my kids there for a long time everytime I have an emergancy with them I like the kids room they have the only thing I wish they would of stayed college station MED.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and told me everything that was going to happen, everything I needed to know. The technician was also very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very well-oiled machine!! Went smoothly, no complaints at all.

I have had several surgeries at this hospital and have found that all of the nurses and support staff are great.

The whole staff was just wonderful and I’m totally thankful! The nurses and doctors kept me up to date with what was going on and why they were doing things and the purpose of each thing. It was very educational and appreciated to understand the why.The nurses and doctors were all so great and friendly. They really helped ease my nerves with the surgery! Way to go StJoes!

Called the emergency to tell them about severe abdominal pain and they said we cant tell you what you have. That is why the person calls you so you can show some concern and sujest something.

This place was wonderful, Everyone was very nice and helpful, they would explain all the details from starting to ending.Everyone there does a great job and really care about their patients.

I called the ambulance because I have extremely bad arthritis and both of my knees were swollen. The only time I was treated for my illness was ON MY WAY to the medical center, one I got there even after the doctor look at how bad my knees were swollen she stated that they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me and that I needed to go see my doctor. I asked could they give me something for the pain and the doctor and nurse said no cause I was giving something while in the ambulance, even tho the emts stated that was only temporary. I kept yelling for a nurse to get a blanket cause the cold air was worsening my condition. After 20 mins of that one of the nurses came in and asked could I walk to the outside bed, I stated that it was difficult for me to walk, she then just moved me in the hallway which was very uncomfortable. I even asked for crutches and some water and never got either, the whole Sunday midday shift should be fired. I left there in the same condition I arrived.

Always been greeted quickly and with a great attitude. I have visited multiple offices and it has been a very pleasant experience from the office staff, to doctors, and referral staff.

What a great experience. I spent the last two months doing cardio therapy at St. Joseph Health here in College Station. They were professional and yet personal in their approach to my therapy and my recovery.

I had a wonderful experience when delivering my second child here. The staff is very attentive and supportive.Of note to anyone who delivers here: the newborn hearing screenings are done by a 3rd party private practice company, not the hospital itself. It might be considered out of network by your insurance, but they will not tell you this! Sign the waiver to refuse the hearing test in the hospital. Your childs pediatrician can either do the test at their first appointment a few days later, or they will get you a referral to a doctor in town thats covered by your insurance.

At Saint Joseph Cardiac Care the medical teams were outstanding. They really took good care of me and my wife.

I struggle with seizures, so one day I was brought in by the ambulance to this hospital & I couldn’t remember if I took my medicine or not & these people did not do a blood test because “they couldn’t get a good poke” but also said I was dehydrated & they needed to put an IV in but didn’t! No urine test nothing they only called my boyfriend & when he got there they discharged me so fast. We both looked at the nurse she said they believe it was caused by a missed dosage. But how could you tell if you didn’t do test? My boyfriend & I were highly upset I couldn’t even walk right leaving. I ended up going to another hospital because I was not feeling better. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL !

I had a horrible experience with two day surgery nurses and a rude doctor. The doctor yelled at me “Don’t talk.” I was left with little confidence with him for my surgery. I was bullied and intimidated by a nurse supervisor who threaten to cancel my surgery due to apprehension on my part. Next, I meet the most rude, and non team player of a nurse named. Mary Lou. She was asked to help place an Iv. She came in and insulted me, with no compassion. She yelled, “ The answer is no, I won’t help her and left because I would not allow her to belittle me. I did not receive dignity of care until my Angel of a nurse , Lori Pope. She helped me. She was kind, understanding, and supported me. Thank you Lori. She care about helping all of me and not just my broken part. Cancer is a scary thing and perhaps the doctor and nurses in question can take lessons from Lori

They charge a tremendous amount of money!!!! And all they did was draw a little blood from my arm! And they were gonna charge $500 but got a discount and only paid $200 and now 2 months later they wanna charge me $50??? Are you serious ???? They didn’t really seem to care about my health either

From the entrance to ER to the exam, to the various people who looked after me, I received top service in customer service! It almost made me feel like a very important celebrity!

When visiting my sister in-law in the labor and delivery the receptionist at the ER desk was being so rude not to only me but everyone that came in for an actual emergency. There was a mom that came in last night 6/26/21 with an unresponsive baby and she was rolling her eyes at the mom and acting like the mom was over reacting and I thought that was really unprofessional and to be that way towards that mom is in my opinion not Ok as I work with children and families everyday at Texas children hospital. In my opinion I feel as someone who works in the ER should have a caring and understanding to everyone that comes in no matter how BIG or small a problem or situation is, And she was not caring or nice to anyone.

They charge too much for an ultrasound. We never paid beforehand for doing an ultrasound at other hospitals, but here they asked us to pay almost 100 bucks before at registration. Later when we received the full bill, the amount to pay was way higher than what we pay at other hospitals. We will never visit a CHI facility again. Other hospitals have better services and lower charges.

I realize I am small I am 57 and had many mammograms. The girl who was very young, so may have been new. The girl was VERY rude that she could not get the photo correctly. Kept saying it was my fault? Here let me move so we can smash again. Did not move! I just wish if they are new they would keep another person working with them till they know how to get the scan correctly the first few smashes!

The majority of the staff were excellentBut 2 nurses, they called themselves supervisors, but I doubt except for title only they could supervise anything.They would not completely identify themselves except for first name only.They are in the day service part of the hospital, but they like to attempt to threaten, intimidate and straight up lie to you.I will never willingly do any business with this hospital again, definitely not by choice.

My husband Is in there with covid pneumonia the first 2 days they treated him great but the last 2 days hes barley saw a nurse hes been pushing the button all night long just needing water and No one ever came! Im sure its because he has no insurance, EVERYBODY SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT INSURANCE! I believe its inhumane to ignore someone who is deathly ill and basically strapped to the hospital bed and in need of water. Where was the nurse all night ? Something needs to be done about this.

The nurses and Dr Ragu are the best!! Everyone was so kind and caring.

Made an Emergency room visit and from the time we entered until the time I was discharged the staff and services far exceeded anything I would have expected. The display with the status of services being provided keeps you informed thru the visit. Loved Nurse Natalie and Dr Cochran were outstanding.

It was well organized! Every one knew their area of responsibility and performed it efficiently! They were friendly and helpful! While there was a large number of people in line every one wore masks and stayed on their marked places! You all are to be congratulated !

I was told repeatedly how busy they were while in the ER and after being admitted to a room. They didnt need to keep saying that with all the covid problems. I told them several times in the ER that my head ache was horrid and I needed something for it. The doctor and I had discussed the medication he gave me for my condition would cause a headache and he would for pain meds ordered. After I was moved to a room and bedded down with oxygen and monitor it was 3.5 hours before I saw anyone other than food service. The monitor was beeping, my head was hurting and I needed to visit the necessary room. The people who answered the call button assured me that someone was on the way. After 30 minutes I disconnected myself and went. I asked whoever answeredthe next 6 calls to tell me how to stop the beeping-someone is on the way. After 2.5 hour I unplugged the monitor since it wasnt working anyway. After 3.5 hours I told whoever answered the call that I was going to get dressed and leave since I was there to be monitored. And that I could at least get myself something for the pain. A nurse did come quite promptly. She reset the pulse/ox monitor and brought me something for pain. Seems the long delay was because housekeeping was waxing the floors in the hall and didnt want the floor walked on. I called the concern phone number for Customer Service and left my number and a message to call but no phone call equals this review for all to see. My thanks to all the many Health Care Warriors who helped in my time of need. But this waxing the floor thing from housekeeping was over the top. My husband confirmed that they were waxing the floors and had large loud fans blowing in the hall.After seeing the admitting doctor in the ER about 9:30 am where he ordered multiple tests, I never saw nor heard from him until the next morning. No explanation on any tests results or why additional tests were ordered only causing more concerns.

Horrible you come in complaining of a issue they want to sit there and pump you of pain meds and then push you out the door. I could have took pain pills at home. The issue was not resolved and I will be going to higher ups regarding how they handle things!! On top of that the restrooms were horrible.

On Friday the nurse called and told my mom that her colonoscopy appointment move to 6:00am on June 21th not 8:00am. We arrived at 5:45 am on June 21th,2021, at the check-in table the lady told us that the appointment is tomorrow not today, i had to prove her from my phone that today is the 21th but she still ask us that not today. She is definitely unprofessional and just plays on her phone all the time even while we talking and while I proved her the date. We came to pre-procedure window for check-in at 5:55am to told that we already her for the 6:00am appointment. The clark told that my mom appointment still at 8:00am. WE HAVE TO SIT HERE WAITING FOR 2 HOURS.

I was staying with my disabled daughter Angela Sites, 1 of the nurses were very rude and the couch they have for guest is like sleeping on a concrete slab, I have had 11 neck and back surgeries, I got up this morning and could not even walk, I had to go to the drs to get help to control my excruciating pain from sleeping on such a ridiculous bed I know Im only a guest but still should be treated better than a dog no one cares about!!!

Lobby entrance representation was rude. Couldn’t help me register and when she called registration she didn’t even ask for the appropriate information for me to complete the form online. She just wanted me out of the lobby because I had my three year old daughter with me. I know she could have helped me better than this

The sign process for the vaccine was OK, but there was not physical distancing between people waiting in line to sign in. There was added spacing while waiting to receive the vaccine, but we stood in line in a narrow hall to get scheduled for the second vaccine. Since the hall was narrow, space was tight as new people came to get in line. All the people working to sign in, provide the vaccine, and schedule the second vaccine were very nice and helpful.

Extremely well organized from start to finish. The whole process took less than 15 minutes (plus 15 minutes of recovery time).The staff people were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.Highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the fact we were notified by text that the vaccine was available and just as pleased with the service of receiving shot. Everyone was extremely helpful and so well organized. So refreshing for current times.

The worst NP Sarah Bickers did not give my mom anything for pain but sent home with prescriptions and a high blood pressure I hate this place and Im filing complaints as we speak.....

Can not get get any help on changing my subscription for insulin through who subscribed them nice lady but I just keep getting the runaround and Im 3 days late on taking my medicine

The worst experience! Very unprofessional and the 2 women behind the counter were laughing very loud and cutting up with a security guard or officer. I thought it wouldnt end. I have never written a review before but this was note worthy. A woman was yelling down the hall that she couldnt breathe then another woman in a room threw a glass across the room shattering it all over the floor. I could not wait to get out of there! In that same hospital Labcorp did my bloodwork last Thursday and I ask twice if it would get to my Dr.and the lady said yes by that afternoon or Friday then I found out it still had not got there on Monday.

I was very impressed with the efficiency in the team managing the registration and vaccination. Such a positive experience. My hat is off to all of the volunteers and professionals.

Had a visit for a small diagnostic procedure that required sedation and had a great experience. From start to finish, even with Covid restrictions, everything went smoothly. Family that was with me were treated with respect and compassion. I will use them again.

Very friendly staff! I was in and out for a mammogram in less than 20 minutes. My doctor’s office called with the results in the same day.

Service was efficient, professional in a caring manner.

I had a mammogram and a bone density scan here and was treated with courtesy and respect. The dressing room is large and the bathroom is accessible without leaving the room. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

OverallA good experience from making the appointment to actually having the exam take place. Everyone was very polite and helpful and I felt the Covid protocols were adequate. One stand out fact-it was the quickest breast exam I have EVER had. In and out in under 30 minutes. No results a week in, but, I recommend everything else up to this point.

I wasn’t familiar with that area, but I found the building at the last minute. The facility was very nice and not overIy crowded. I was pleased about the experience of getting my COVID vaccine there. There was little wait time before I got my shot. The staff was friendly and efficient.

As a black physician the disrespect is immense from management. Done with this place. Jennifer Bravo is a joke and wants power , she is a department secretary. What a joke of a place. A lot of people are over this new management.

The doctor that was assigned to me was rude. The whole time I was at this facility I was not treated for my pain. The doctor never gave me her name, which to me is unprofessional. I was told as I was being discharged that I could stop at a retail store to purchase Tylenol for my pain! News flash, my liver doesnt activate Tylenol and I informed the staff and doctor this while I was there. I am unsatisfied about how I was treated at this facility! If I have another injury while in this town, I WILL NOT BE USING THIS FACILITY!

My stay at ST. Joseph CHI outpatient surgery was a very pleasant experience! from the nurses at check in to the nurses and Dr. in the surgery and recovery Room were all attentive concern and very very nice and professional! They all made sure I was comfortable! One happy patient ❤️❤️

Excellent location, great signage for vaccination location, quick, professional staff. Only downside was one staff member at desk wearing mask incorrectly and coughing. A bad look for vaccination clinic.

I went to St. Joe’s (Maturewell) toobtain our COVID-19 vaccination. The clinic was very organized and professional. All of the people were friendly and kind. Tremendous work was done in serving the public! Congratulations St. Joseph’s!

Good care, Odd as it seems Dr and staff were as much interested in satisfaction as medical care. That is a shame that admin now pushes staff on driving service like experience verses what really matters—excellent medical care. I’m less the type to want A—kissing ...am more interested in getting medical care.

My daughter primary physician is located here and I have not seen any other establishment that can compare to the qualt of care we received here.

I went to CHI St. Joseph for Covid testing, and ended up needing additional services while there. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Little wait time, a very smooth procedure. Staff was professional but very caring.

Days before Thanksgiving I visited the ER for a non-life threatening reason. They took my vitals and put me in the waiting room, which was not crowded. 5 hours later, I was seen. I brought a book, so I did not mind the wait. Once in an exam room I was seen in minutes by Dr Turkington. He was efficient yet took time to discuss my condition thoroughly. He prescribed meds that cleared up my problem in 5 days.

They were quick to get me, a college student and new patient, in and completely finished with my paperwork and the appointment within an hour. The staff were great and I felt as though I was going to be taken care of.

I am 100% pleased with my visit earlier this week. Everyone from the Covid table to the doctor performing the procedure could not have been more professional or courteous. Everyone involved in the procedure visited me in the pre-op area, introduced themselves, explained their roles, asked the pertinent questions and asked if I had any questions. I could not have been treated better.The waiting time was minimal. I understand some waiting is necessary since there are ten or more professionals, not to mention an entire days schedule, depending on a timely workflow. I mentioned to the nurse in pre-op that I was really bad at waiting. She left and returned with a newspaper for me. They put a sticker on my shirt that said Patient when I first checked in. I wore it for the rest of the day so I could prove that I was doctor-certified patient to those who always accuse me of being otherwise.

The experience was great! Very efficient and everyone was so friendly and kind!

This hospital is awful. My sister sat in the emergency room screaming and crying in pain, and no one would even check on her or try to get her back. Brought her to caprock, they took her right in and transferred her to Scott & White for emergency gallbladder surgery. Not to mention this hospital is so dirty and nasty. No one even cares about the patients.

This hospital is terrible end I would never recommend going there for any type of care. They have a horrible OB/GYN department and everyone on their stuff is extremely rude -I have not met a single nice person there. Please go find a different hospital if you can.

The staff was friendly enough but I saw the dr for about 30 seconds and did not even see him for discharge instructions. There was absolutely no exam done. They were not super busy so I was disappointed that they were not more thorough considering I’m still going to get charged for as if they had.

The staff were very professional as well as kind and accommodating. They informed me of exactly what was going to happen during the procedure and prepared me for everything that I would experience.

I would give a ZERO!! This hospital was horrible. I went to the emergency room one year ago and paid in full at that time. One year later, I received letters and calls from a collection company that I still owed College Station Medical Center 344 dollars. I was super confused! Then I called College Station Medical center to ask what was that bill for. The billing office said they had already delete all my information since it was one year ago. It was the most ridiculous ever.

The day nursing staff, physical therapy and surgical staffs were great.My medical charts did not reflect the detailed list I gave the hospital during registration. which included the medication, dosages and times. The floor staff had no knowledge of meds. The night staff admitted that they never looked at the charts.The facility is under staffed. Now I was I.in a wellness unit. Mine was an elective surgery- knee replacement. So I did not have other medical issues and didn’t require an extraordinary care.Facility is in need of maintenance and I would say at least minor renovation.

The staff was great! I get high anxiety at the thought of anesthesia but the anesthesiologist and OR nurse talked me through it. They helped ease my fears and helped me relax.
