F45 has become one of my favorite places/gyms. The coaches are so kind, encouraging, welcoming and they challenge you! I definitely loved it on the first day, and despite being ridiculously sore, couldn’t wait to come back. The workouts are difficult(but can modify which is so great) and they are SO fun!! They really focus on health and habits and I love that it is one of their main focuses. They do a great job with cleaning and communication also! Like I said earlier, the coaches really are the best and they are doing an incredible job! One of the absolute best gyms in town!!

You wont find a better workout, better environment, or better team in town then at F45 College Station! The coaches check in with you before, during, and after the workout, and they are always there encouraging and helping you throughout! Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming, the facilities are spotless, and the music is always jamming. If youre looking for the best workout of your life and a great team of coaches to help you meet your goals, look no further. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!!

Such a great facility. The staff is very welcoming and provide cleaning supplies so you can sanitize every station once you are done.The trainers were super hands on and are able to modify any exercise to fit your current level of fitness. I will be back !
