I have been a patient of Dr. Russell Bacak for eight years. During that time he and his office have been very responsive to my health issues as they occurred. His staff often scheduled an appointment the same day I called. They have keep meticulous records, and informed me in advance of every 6-month well check.As I’ve move out of Texas, I realize I leave behind a special advocate for my good health. My whole family goes to Abundant Life Family Practice and we LOVE it there. When arriving I met a nurse at the door and told her who I was, the time of my appt , that I was Deaf and another nurse appeared and took me in. I felt safe going in with my mask on know that they were wearing masks too. It was a great experience and Dr. Bacak is the most kind, caring and passionate about his patients.

I value his straight to the point no sugar coating anything way of talking to you about your health, while at the same time no coming off as distant or overly clinical. He is a great doctor and has a good manner about him. I hope we always have health insurance that will allow us to see him. We will be very sad if anything ever happens and we cannot have him as our primary care physician.

Our family has been going to this practice for about 9 years. We have mainly needed check ups and the occasional cold, strep, or flu treatment. But this last year, I had a major medical diagnosis after having my daughter. Not only have they provided excellent care to me but have checked in with my son during our appointments and explained it to him where he could understand. Even though Im not a first time mom, this child is so different and they hear me out and find solutions and take all the time needed to hear me out. Top notch for care for our entire family.

The entire staff AMAZES ME and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anybody complaining about this office or its staff is completely insane or is just a straight up jerk. When we were struggling to pay a high deductible the office manager blessed us by allowing us to make payments towards the bill and Dr. Bacak continued to see us despite the fact that we had a balance. This office works so incredibly hard to make sure we receive results quickly and takes the time to explain things that the average person wouldnt understand. Dr. Bacak is so incredibly smart and has excellent bed side manor. Such a wonderful group of people and I will never see another Doctor ever again!!!

As our family is self employed, it is difficult to obtain quality insurance. At Abundant Life Family Practice they go out of their way to be transparent about costs upfront. The office staff is incredible and truly works with you. Most of the time, you can get in to see a doctor on the same day and the quality of care is also top notch. During certain season of the year, they do not take new patients, but keep calling. Worth it to have your family seen by this practice.

My three small children and I are very new to the area and unfortunately our insurance does not start for another week. Unfortunately we became ill with Strep throat. My poor 3 year old had a massive sore throat and was vomiting. She was in pain. So I called the only doctor I could find online who would take a cash patient. To be turned away with absolutely no pity, because they are not accepting new patients and even if they were, they do not have appointments today. (Which she did not mention when I first asked). Thankfully St. Josephs Express Walk-In care is willing to actually look at a patient who is ill.Updated:Oh my, a response 4 years later? Lets see, within days we had just moved 1400 miles and had not even had a chance yet to establish care anywhere. I can be certain that we will never establish care with your organization. We have happily been seeing a great pediatrician at Scott and White. I highly recommend Scott and White to anyone reading this.

My experience with the front desk was great they were very helpful and pleasant. The young lady who took my vitals was just as kind and friendly. The pholbomist was excellent and painless. The doctor has a great team to work with. Great visit.

Only great about this place is the front office answering phone lady. Felt judge by the doctors if you are on medicad and they dropped me as a patient without my consent or notice.
