I wish I remembered the names of the DR and what I’m assuming is the nurse practitioner. She’s a sweet little pregnant lady. Either way. This has been the best experience I have ever had at any Medical office I have ever been too. The most caring and nurturing people I have ever met from the moment you walk in the door. I wish I could buy them all flowers or dinner. They deserve it! They took so much time in talking with me and going over my medical history and symptoms to provide exceptional care. I don’t even get treated this well at my regular Dr Ofifice. I hope St. Joseph recognizes their job well done and has all of their offices takes notes on this location. Beyond exceptional care. Thank you guys for giving me some hope.

The building was very nice and well maintained, everything seemed new. I took my daughter here under the advice of her school nurse who sent her home due to issues breathing. After waiting about 20 minutes in an empty waiting room, we were directed to a patient room. There the nurse checked us in and we waited a little longer for the doctor. The doctor spent about 5 minutes with us basically said she had allergies and told us to swing by the grocery store on our way out for some local honey as a treatment plan. Fast forward a month later and I received two bills, one from the Doctor for almost $500 and one from the hospital for almost $400. An almost $900 bill is a bit over doing it for a honey prescription and a hang out session in the lobby. I wont ever use a St. Josephs facility again.

My husband just went in for a sonogram for liver. He was treated awful. Then witnessed the receptionist also be rude to an elderly woman who needed help. Couldnt see in room because it was dim. She continued to tell me husband that she was not wanting to deal with her. She was not a morning person. Then was charged 400 up front. Then asked for my insurance after I paid. The worst service. Maybe Ill stay at Scott and white.

Weve been to this ER too many times to count. Every time, we are seen quickly. Sometimes weve waited in a room if a major trauma comes in, but that is the case in any ER. The staff is always great with our special needs kids. When weve brought in foster children, the doctors and nurses have handled them gently and helped ease their fears. Weve been to other ERs in the BCS area, and the St. Joseph ER in College Station stands out ahead of the others. (I cant comment on CapRock because they dont see foster children).

Rude staff. Here all night with my Dad. Asked for some coffee and they wont even check to see if any us made. Or offer water. I bet they send a hefty bill, though.

Unimpressed. ER charge nurse, VERY rude and unprofessional. Lacks compassion and basic communication skills. Complete absence to provide any kind of proper or effective treatment for patient. Unsympathetic. Very condescending attitude. Overall terrible experience.

The only good thing about this facility is the nurses and front desk staff, who were polite and knowledgeable. Other then that , dont come here for breast pain because you will not be tested ..... Dr. Rodrigez came in asked me to make an appointment with my p.c.p. which I told tim I had for next week the pain was just unbearable, he proceeded to tell me that he couldnt do anything more and sent me on my way.....when THEY HAVE A FULL IMAGINGING CENTER! And an empty lobby.

We have been waiting more than an hour, and we still have not been registered! They say that the ED and the outpatient portion is only staffed by the ED after 3:30 pm, not sure when we will get any service. We asked the person that answered the bell at the desk and were told they dont have enough staff!

Dr was rude. Nurse was unprofessional. Performed a surgery knowing that I am immune to morphine also if its not widely known as I was told, the doctors that work there are not employed by the hospital they are contractors from another company so expect 2 bills one from the hospital and one from the contractor...ps the contractor wont contact you they will wait 4 years and send it to a collection agency wtf
