We love the Brazos Star staff and the service we receive is excellent.

I have been a customer with FedStar for over 20 years and they are excellent. All businesses have growing pains as do people. Fedstar has grown from a small little facility into what it is today. This doesnt happen with bad service. They are top notch and have great customer service and their fees are less or comparable to any other banking institution. Oh my gosh like if I could give this place 0 stars I would like its so bad THAT NOT EVEN WORDS could explain this place! First of all there is a fee with literally everything even checking your balance is 50 cents and the website is terribly made! I never knew that a place could be so bad almost all of the fees they never told me about the hidden fees so I got stuck paying almost 1000 dollars! And to top it all off the customer service is horible the girl at the desk didnt even look up when I talked to her and when I asked her about my fees she made a face at me and started yelling at me! Please nobody use fedstar credit union!

Terrible service. Terrible hidden fees and the website where you can access your accounts was designed by a 4 year old and works as you would expect. Everything, I mean EVERYthing has a fee associated with it and most of them you dont even know exist! I half expected to pay for parking at this miserable place. Dont Do It!!

Worst place ever!!! SO MANY FEES!!! Save your time and money! NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!
