I have been banking with BVCU for over a century. This year has definitely been the worst. I’ve had so many issues with my accounts and my brothers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank. The crazy thing is I have before and regret recommending such a bank.Remember just don’t take their word and some of my issue aren’t even in writing in my contacts ( that’s been proven when I requested)and don’t know who to reach out to.Beware 😬

BVSCU is a good bank and one of things that makes it good is the wonderful, personable tellers at the drive through and inside, in particular Jasmine. Her cheery voice will light you up in a second, even if your day is not at its best. Jasmine just makes you feel good! This goes for both my husband and me and thats really saying something because we differ on opinions half the time, but not on this one. She is A+, #1 in our book, a precious person!

I do enjoy being a part of a credit union compared to a bank. Ive been able to keep my accounts positive, and their customer service is very well. I only wish they would add the ability to use Apple Pay, but otherwise its a great credit union.

Ive been with this bank over 10 years and I Love this place! The workers in the drive-thru are very nice and they make me feel special by knowing my name when I pull up. The ladies inside are very kind,professional and helpful! Especially with loans!

This place has the finest people working here. They go above and beyond personal service. They also helped our son with financing options that was super helpful to him with his vehicle. All other credit unions should aspire to reach the personal level of service here. Thank-you!

I would give 5 stars for the local office and zero stars for the dummies that coded the new system. It is absolutely useless.It used to be great with information about how much you had in saving, checking, etc. and on deposits that were made and checks on one page along with access to your credit cards including due dates, charges, and amount due.Now you get a largely useless page and all sorts of need to add information to get anywhere. Were Steve Jobs in charge of these duffices, would be fired.Now rather than a half hour once a month you have to suffer for hours to learn what you need to know. I should say that the workers at the CS office have all this information at hand. Those banking there only are denied such information. I dearly wish I could go back to the Lane County, Oregon CU.I have three credit cards for various purposes and am going to have the bank that issues them to put them on one statement at the end of the month and four days prior the end. Im also going to be the only person on my account, and going to demand a list of deposits and checks cashed from the clerks toward the end of each month.Please, oh please go back to the old system that valued peoples time. You are now at about the level of the Aggieland Credit Union and they are working to get better.

If you have never owned a credit card, they will NOT let you apply for one unless you co-sign up for one with someone else. EVEN if you have a full time job and have no debt. I am planning on taking my business elsewhere.Update: They cannot change address over the phone, nor can they halt mail if the wrong address is listed. In other words, they cant do jack squat.

Ms Medina is very rude and not much of a help. I had to drive to another location for assistance.
