Dr. Luster is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, her staff will be the demise of her practice. Her assistant is rude and the front office staff has little to no follow up. If you value your health, DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE!

Dr. Karen is great down to earth and very nice. She made sure was comfortable to tell her exactly what I was going through with out judgements. Thanks for the advice and service. See you soon.

I have been going to Luster maybe 4 years and I use to absolutely love her work but ever since she has had her own practice everything has spiraled down. They intentionally ignore your phones call. They kicked me and my mom out of the office because we had so many issues we wanted to discuss about our health. Isn’t that that purpose of coming to the dr ? She has gave my mom the turn around about her problems .. she use to be very thorough with exams but now she just asks you “what’s your problem” and that’s it. .. I really use to like her a lot but now I have no choice but to go to another MD.

Dr Luster’s office is very unprofessional from her down to the poor management. The office manager can’t control her outside issues that make the office a unsafe environment. The medical assistance comes to work smelling like marijuana and can’t seem to do her job to the best of her availability. Patients can’t ever seem to get the proper assistance they need in a timely or professional manner. I’ve never known a office to have their staff to call and force appts upon patients for their own financial needs. It’s really shocking that someone could even have a office of their own and conduct this way.

Worst decision ever going this office. I didn’t pay attention to the bad reviews and I’m definitely regretting it. My anxiety has increased tremendously dealing with them as a new patient for a short 2 month period. I never had to experience so much chao. Currently finding a new pcp for myself and husband. The lack of communication, no follow ups,hard to get somewhere on the phone about a one minuscule prescription needing approval. The nurses or whomever runs front office are liars and not trust worthy. They will brush you off and tell you anything just to get you off the phone. The front is suppose to be your gatekeeper. I’m sure the turnover ratio of patients are high and better damage control needs to be done. Stay away to avoid headaches and subpar(lack there of) service.

I would never go back here. I was referred by a friend who has gone here for years. They took me at the last minute which I was so grateful. The receptionist was very rude she told me to step back out the door and read before I entered. After I read the note on door it said call the receptionist before entering. When I enter the receptionist started talking to me like a child. I finally got a chance to talk to Dr Luster. I had Ambetter insurance at the time, She was very kind in the conversation she referred me to one of her colleagues,a obgyn regarding fibriods that i needed removed. When i left the office and got in my car I called to schedule appt with obgyn but they stated they didnt take my insurance this was in July 2020. I immediately went back into the office to let Dr Luster know her receptionist said Dr Luster said I need to get better insurance and follow the plan of action she gave me. Please know if this receptionist is still working there the apple 🍎 does not fall far from the tree. Dr Luster is a under cover rude person and shes in agreement with her receptionist they play good cop bad cop and she will not fire her because she has her groomed that way.I call her office for 2 week straight and she would not return my call. The receptionist continue to tell me to follow procedure she gave me. Its was a dead end they had the nerve to charge my insurance 400.00 for bad advice. If could afford better insurance I would have it. These doctors have bad bed side manners......... Please find another Doctor!!!!!!Go to Dr Debra Haynes in Stockbridge she is very professional and read her reviews. This office will lose a lot of clients wake up Black people you dont have to accept this treatment!!!! GOD is revealing these Doctors. They are high paid killers!!!

Doctor Karen Luster is a true professional her dedication to patient care speaks volumes. Her attention to detail in regards to my health is heart felt. Her staff are so caring and helpful. I salute them and appreciate them. They are so considerate and available to handle any task given to them. It’s always a pleasure when I visit her office. Need more Doctors of her caliber.

Dr. Luster has a calming and caring demeanor that puts me at ease. She is knowledgeable and explains things so that I understand whats going on with me and how my prescriptions will help.

I was finally able to schedule an appt to see Dr. Luster today(12-2-2020) at 3:00pm. My brakes went out on my car yesterday, so I’ve been trying to call a reschedule my appt since 10:30 am and no one at the front desk will answer the phone, as usual. Had I not been forced to reschedule my last appt, by her rude, nasty, inconsiderate, malicious medical assistant( the tall light skin lady with broad shoulders) on 11-19-2020, when I drove 240 miles to see Dr Luster, I wouldn’t have this problem today. This MA forced me to reschedule my appt on 11-19-2020, after driving 240 miles to get there, just because I stepped outside in the hallway to take a six minute important phone call from a manager at the hospital. These woman have also been harassing me, by constantly calling my husband, and continuously lying to him about me arriving at the office at 4:00 pm on 11-19-2020, knowing good & well that is a bold face lie! I arrived at Dr. Luster’s office in between 2:49pm-3:00pm on 11-19-2020 and video surveillance and phone records will prove that. Yes I was an hour and forty fives minutes late, because traffic was backed up on I-75, but I called the front desk receptionist at 11:26 am on 11-19-2020 to notify her about my ETOA and to ask her could I still come and she said yes, she would simply put me in the system as a 3:00pm patient instead of 1:15pm. I have phone records and I’m quite sure Dr. Luster have video surveillance within her practice to prove that I am telling the truth, and her office staff are compulsive liars! These women are deplorable! Their repulsive, spiteful, destructive behavior towards patients is going to be the downfall of Dr. Luster’s practice if she don’t soon realize and pay close attention to the way her practice is being ran. Such a disgrace! Ever time my review mysteriously gets deleted I will simply repost it.

I’ve been on the hunt for a nice primary care physician in my area and ran into this one. Dr. Luster is sooooo sweet, upbeat, genuinely cares about you and your health. She is so knowledgeable, intelligent, and loves her position as a doctor. The environment is professional, although I do have to say that her staff is very young. Which kind of concerns me because you tend to question if their ability to keep information confidential, a priority. It’s a small office, with very limited staff. It’s very clean! Which is a major plus. They’re very nice and polite there. Overall, it’s a great place to be seen for the issues you may be experiencing. The only thing that kind of discouraged me is the fact that it’s only her, she’s the only doctor. So wait times to be seen can be kind of long.

Dr. Luster is professional,caring doctor. Very knowledgeable when it comes to updates in the medical field. She has my best interest. Thank you Dr. Luster for caring!!!

Dr Luster is the absolute best! She explains in a way you can understand. She listens to her patients. Shes honest, open and frank. Shes accessible and truly concerned about her patients. Shes one of the best doctors Ive ever had!!!

I loved my experience here. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Professional environment! Dr. Karen Luster exemplifies a great service as a medical doctor with poise, confidence, knowledge and she is very personable. Highly recommended!
