If you’re considering taking a COVID test here, don’t. You’ll be charged $200 for their telehealth visit that’s required for you to take the test. I never received my test results. $200 for a test result I never received…go to CVS.

Soooooo I am being told to wait 3 hours to see a doctor even though it is Urgent care! What a joke this place is!

COVID-TESTING: The registration process is not as straightforward as it should be; if youre a new patient they quickly follow up with a phone call once youve made an appt. . I was sent a follow-up email asking for additional information to complete registration but there isnt a secure link to upload/send over sensitive information. In any event, you do it all at the site. Most frustrating was that neither of my two tests (I took two because I may tested too soon after initial exposure) were sent as promised. I walked in to the clinic to get the first set of results because they were not sent after the promised 24 hour period--and no one answered the phone.... and I still had to call at 8 am the following day (with at 48 minute wait time) to get the the results of the previous days RAPID results. Yes, you read that correctly, I had to call them (14 hours later) because the results I should have had in 2-4 hours had not been sent--again. The location is convenient, the in-person staff are friendly and gentle enough, but their system of reporting, which is just as critical as the test itself, is very flawed.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES HERE! Wish I could give negative stars!! I should have learned my lesson. I went for a RAPID and a PCR since I attended a wedding this weekend and wanted to make sure I kept my loved ones safe who were at home. I went at 10 am and here I am at 6 pm having been on hold for an hour with no rapid test results. I seriously need to find a new place to test by tomorrow since I have things to do and I highly doubt Ill get my PCR results either because I always have to call to get those results.

Scheduled an appointment online for covid testing. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time. They asked me if i had an appointment gave me paperwork to fill out confirmed i was in the system and directed me to the drive thru. Once in the drive through they told me they couldn’t test me because they no longer make appointments through the site i used and sent me back to triage. Spent more time in triage trying to figure out what happened. They sent me inside only for the onside staff to send me a link to the same site i scheduled my appointment on. I registered AGAIN and went back to triage. They STILL couldn’t find me in the system. They made me fill out a paper registration and get back in line( this time on foot) This process took over an hour and a half. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I used to swear by this place. I went for a covid test for an upcoming surgery and still haven’t gotten my results. I’ve called and gotten no answer, I left voicemails if I was prompted to do so, AND I even put a message in the virtual assistant. The virtual assistant said they’d have someone calls back. Still no call. I guess I’ll have to go up there to get my results. I’ll update this once I do.

Getting a covid test is relatively fast through their drive-thru, and they have improved the process over the past few months, but sometimes you can be stuck on hold with them for 30 minutes to an hour just to answer some basic questions about yourself. Generally, their wait times are pretty long but the doctors are skilled and can help even with unorthodox issues.

Absolute favorite place to get covid tested. They’re very personable and make sure you’re comfortable. The results are quick and reliable every time. This is the only spot i recommend.

**Be Cautious If You Are Getting A Covid Test**I had already taken a RT-PCR covid-19 test this past Friday 8/6 at a facility I frequently go to for covid testing. I am traveling to see family on Monday, so I just wanted to make sure my health was in order before I drove. Well, I got a little worried/impatient so yesterday I scheduled a test at this facility because of how fast I saw the turn around time was.Today, I reached out to Express Healthcare because I hadn’t heard anything. I was on hold for an hour and spoke to two different people then I was placed back on hold. Finally I was told that I had tested positive and needed to virtually meet with a doctor. I asked if they could email a copy of my results and was told they couldn’t and to talk to the doctor which I found odd but I just thanked them and got off the call so I could log onto my computer and speak to the doctor. I had to wait quite a bit but eventually the doctor joined the video call and she also confirmed that I was positive. I was crushed. I had been quarantining, but I did still get groceries, so I thought maybe I got it from one of my grocery trips.A couple of hours after I spoke virtually with the doctor from Express Healthcare, I got an email from the facility I normally go to stating that my results came in and when I logged onto their portal, it showed that I had tested negative. At this point, I’m sitting in my living room very confused. I went ahead and scheduled a same day test at Same Day Health in Georgetown, DC. I had to pay, but I didn’t mind if it meant clearing up any confusion. That PCR test also came back negative.I find it odd that if I allegedly tested positive, no one from this facility immediately reached out to me to let me know. I had to reach out to them, and only because I was getting antsy about my results. They did not want to email me any documents at the time and even now, I still have not received a pdf or portal link to view my results. The turn around time may be fast, but it’s very sloppy. If they gave me a false positive, think about how many false negatives they’ve been giving others. I’ll stick with testing at the facility I normally go to and just learn to be better at remaining patient!

Terrible service. I was one of two people in the waiting room at the time, but the staff had a party so it took 2 hours before I was able to be seen by a nurse. The only useful person that was helpful was the doctor who I saw for 15 mins out of the 3 hours I was there for. The front desk forgot to give me my prescription for about 20 minutes. I was the only one in the waiting room; they were just too busy talking to each other. Do not go here for anything but COVID testing.

Went here for pre-travel Covid PCR testing. Called in advance and the staff was super nice and explained the whole process. Did the telehealth appointment easily and then went to the office for the test. Drive through process was quick! Got results back in 24 hours. Highly recommend for pre-travel testing!

I visited the College Park location and the service was excellent. Especially Niylah Collins. She was most helpful, understanding, patient, and kind. It had been 24 hours and I still have not received my results from my COVID-19 PCR test. She immediately found my test results and emailed them to me. I’m so thankful to her because I am traveling and needed that ASAP.

I am more than impressed with the professionalism of this office. I called in to make sure that the site provided the care I was seeking and they were tremendously supporting and patient with all of my questions. I was able to sign in online, was in no time directed to a telemedicine provider, then sent directly into the drive in testing center and tested by the caring and patient staff. Within an hour or tow give or take, I received a follow up call by a competent and very caring Nurse Practitioner. I work in the same setting and I must say I have never seen demanding care so seamless. Hats off to you and your staff! KUDOS!!!!!!

Good for covid tests but don’t come here for a doctors appointment - they’re frequently understaffed and the wait times are massive. I’ve come here three times for actual sick visits over the last two years, not sure why I didn’t learn my lesson the first two times, but all three visits have been over three hours of waiting.

I couldnt be more grateful for this place for providing myself and 5+ family members with COVID-19 testing service for traveling purposes. The country we are traveling to requires a PCR test to be done within 72hrs of our trip, which let me tell you is near impossible unless you pay a large amount at other places. Express Health Care made it super easy and such a pleasant experience, dealing with the airline had already been a huge nightmare, missed our 1st flight and so we had to comeback a 2nd time, again same pleasant, speedy process, a video visit with a provider then come drive through to have your test done, within 24hrs results are emailed to you. Fast covid testing, register on their website, upload insurance and ID and you will shortly receive a text with a link to have a video visit with a provider. You can come anytime through their testing drive-thru service and youre done. They email you within the next 24hrs with your results, which is super fast compared to other places. You will not find another place as efficient as this one for covid testing, trust me, I had my mom travel a long way to have her test done with them since no other place was able to provide results as fast as Express Healthcare (for traveling reasons). Also Id like to mention their hours of operation is like no other, M-F till 10pm, Sat/ Sunday till 7pm. I am amazed at the hours of dedication they put in, especially during this difficult time. so, thank you Express Healthcare for your exceptional service.

Quick and easy Covid test! Very friendly staff

Ultra long wait time about 2hrs.. No one other than me was in the waiting area. Receptionist told he has informed Doctor. But I waited there for quite a long time this is not express health service.Receptionist checked my insurance card I used to get in-network providers in the urgent Care. But, I think that day, they alloted a provider who is not in my insurance network. They did not even inform this to me. Now, I received a bill statement of huge amount ~$500 from my insurance company. This is very disappointing. Atleast they should have informed me that the doctor they alloted is not in my insurance network. So that I could have avoided that visit.

Went for COVID testing and got my results back the same day! They have a very efficient process - you sign up for a quick telehealth appointment, drive through nasal swab testing, and emailed results. For the telehealth screening, you may have to wait on hold for a while during your time slot, but the conversation itself is only a fee questions. The nurses and staff are professional and friendly.

I definately had a great experience with Express Healthcare located in College Park. The staff were very professional, warm and customer service was awesome from beginning to end. Dr. VIVIAN is the absolute best!! Her personality is perfect for patients and especially patients that are scared with concerns grom COVID19. She is soothing, professional and thorough. I could write alot but this is the place to go for great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Got 2 covid tests done and never got results back. I have called 7+ times, put on hold then gotten hung up on. Every time I call now, I get sent directly to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. There is no way for me to get my covid results. This is really not good under these circumstances and probably a great way to let people spread covid.

I came to Express Healthcare for a drive-up COVID-19 test. My information was lost in the system so I had to leave the drive thru line and wait inside to speak to the staff. The staff was incredibly helpful, made me feel welcome and throughly explained the system error that caused my information not to be seen. I was immediately helped by receptionists, the administrative director and the owner. I had to wait a few moments for my information to be re-entered into their system, but other than that, the staff was wonderful. There was an alarming amount of people (+ many college students walking from UMD’s campus) waiting to be seen and the staff worked with urgency yet were extremely calm and attentive.

I never write online reviews, but my experience at Express Healthcare, LLC was so bad that I felt required to. My visit lasted nearly two and a half hours (to simply get my vitals checked post COVID-19 quarantine period), and the staff was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. As a UMD student, I liked the idea of having an urgent care so close to campus, but, I will never return to this location.

Such long and unnecessary waiting times both during actual testing and calls for results following up. Literally only go here bc i dont have a ride to a further place

I respect that the labs must be totally swamped processing COVID test results, but: It is unsafe of this place to *guarantee* results back in 24-48 hours when they are unable to deliver on that.
