Bad service, unprofessional on the phone. Front Desk lady cut me off when I responded to one of her questions. System is slow and service was excruciating. Was on the phone 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment which never happened due to problems with their system, terrible.I see why they have late office hours, thats about the only thing theyve got going for them. Would not recommend.

I must say that the attention to detail was superb! The quality of the work was top notch. Dr Jones dove is an amazing clinician that believes in quality care! Highly recommended !

Dr. Jones-Dove is an excellent dentist who has helped me to better understand how to care for my teeth. The convenient evening hours are a great benefit to me as a working adult.

I dont like brushing my teeth but when I get my Teeth Cleaned they feel good refreshing. They get all the spots I miss to keep my teeth protected

This was my first non Medicaid dental office visit, Dr Jones was so professional and kind. She assured me that I will be ok and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like my aunt was cleaning my teeth. She provided a lot of education about cleaning my test properly.

Always punctual, and always have a great tips for a healthier life. ( teeth, body , and overall long term health ) . Everytime I leave I feel like a new person and a smile that lights up the room. I will recommend everyone to visit.

Dr. Jones-Dove is great and she talks a lot! She makes me so comfortable in the Dental Chair. She has always given me a regular Toothbrush every three months but now, She has upgraded to an electric toothbrush. Fantastic!

I went to Dr Jones-Dove and she told me that she didn’t take Cigna insurance but my insurance would pay $50 for my teeth cleaning so my out of pocket is $95. Long story short, my ins wind up paying $105 and now it’s taking forever for them to refund me the difference. They claimed they mailed the check out over a wk ago but I still have not rec’d. I only live in the town over it should have arrived my. Ow. Someone else told me thei billing was unstable & prices high.

This is my first dental experience here. I called to schedule the appointment, I also confirmed with reception that they accept my dental insurance, United Concordia. I came on time and was told to pay around $100 except insurance. If I gave up the appointment, I was also charged $100 for cancellation. I paid and had my tooth cleaned. Two weeks later I received the bill from the United Concordia which showed the whole treatment was $105, the insurance covered $56.18, the amount I should pay is 48.82. I came to the dental to confirm with doctor that there was a item named desensitization of $45 disappeared on bill from the United Concordia. It is wired ... no matter whether the customer wants, it is one of the package of teethcleaning of this 5* dentist, although it is definitely uncovered by your insurance. ....So make it clear about the cost before you come.

Dr jones dove was a great help i came in with so much tooth pain and she put together a plan for me that worked and i left with no pain she was also a great person and great conversation :)
