I had a great visit today. Despite not taking my insurance anymore since the time I made the appointment, office manager Ada came to the rescue, got me in, and told me they will make it work! Hygienist and dentist were both very nice and personable, my teeth feel great!

I want to thank you very much , Kiera the receptionist, she’s kind, helpful and patient to speak to me because English is not my first language, also I want to thank my dentist Dr .Wong, she is very nice and patiently exsplained all my problem and gave all the option to help me. Felt exstremely safe in this office to keep everyone safe from the Covid-19 situation. Looking forward to see you next visit to solve my problem.

I have been a patient of Dr Magid since 2009. He is personable, funny, and best of all a GREAT dentist. I cannot count how many people Ive referred to him and everyone comes away with him as their new dentist.Recently, when my bridge broke I didnt even think I called Dr. Magid and left a message on his cell phone close to midnight. The next morning I got a call back and he was able to see me on short notice. Thats when I met Noshin who is the most patient person ever! It wasnt easy to get the impression of my #17 tooth but not once did she exhibit any sign of frustration. Instead she kept apologizing to me and doing everything in her power to ensure I was comfortable. I love her! She patiently got the impressions she needed to send to the lab and did my temporary bridge. Even though she was wearing a mask the entire time, I could see her smile in her eyes when she spoke with me. She is the perfect pairing for Dr Magid.The entire team at College Park Dental did an amazing job. Receptionists, Billing Agents, everyone was welcoming and I left happy as usual. Thats odd to say about a visit to the dentist for most people. Go to College Park Dental if you want a similar experience. Youll thank me.

I came here to get a filling as recommended by my dentist when i visited my hometown. The dentist at College Park Dental immediately told me I needed a root canal after a quick glance. I ended up going to a different dental office, where they were shocked to hear that they recommended a root canal. At College Park Dental, I felt taken advantage of and felt like they were in a hurry to get to the next patient. The technology is not updated and offices are not as clean as other dental offices Ive been to.

I had some of the kindest dental hygienists attend to me today (ida and shera). They were cheerful and did a really good job putting me at ease. They communicated really well and told me what was happening every step of the way. I’ve been coming to this dentist for about 5 years, but this is the best experience I’ve had so far. Overall I’ve noticed a big difference in how the staff at this office is interacting with its patients. They are much more kind than when I first started. It’s fantastic!

Tl;drThis places scheduling is more disorganized and incompetent than a high school yearbook committee.Heres what happened.I made an appointment on their website two weeks in advance my desired date (lets call this appointment 1). On the day before appt 1, a person left me a voicemail to cancel it because they dont accept online appointments any more.I called them the next day to make another appointment (appt 2). On the day before appt 2, which is 1 week after appt 1, the same person called me to cancel again, because they dont accept my insurance. I insisted that they do because they are listed on my insurances website. After 5 min, she told me they do accept my insurance but she had already given my time away.So appt 3. Appt 3 is scheduled 10 days later than appt 3. 2 days after appt 2, I received a text confirming my appointment on a different, much later date. So I just decided to skip it.Now, heres funny part. Yesterday, I received a text from them: We are sorry you missed your appointment. Would you like to reschedule it online?

I have had a lot of different dentist and had many bad experiences but when I came to College Park Dental I felt that Dr Majid cared more about the health of my teeth rather than the work that could be done. I have been going to College Park Dental now for about 7 years and trust that my teeth are properly cared for. All the dental hygienist and office people are all friendly and I would recommend this place.

Its taken me personally about fifteen years to find the right team.I am also very impressed with their IMMEDIATE and now somewhat permanent Covid-19 action plan. We feel safe. Our needs are met.And, most importantly, the management and staff know exactly how to discuss and debate out of pocket and insurance coverage.Its not an overstatement to say that College Park Dental is the best practice in town, for all ages, for routine and extreme (me) needs.

I am very sad. This dental office has been wonderful every time I have visited and Dr. Tiwary is fantastic, but this last time I was disappointed. I have never been offered fluoride at this office before and the office has been implementing changes, which include having the dental hygienist perform the cleaning instead of the dentist, so I thought the fluoride was a new service being offered, and the dental hygienist did not let me know that it is not covered by my insurance. After my visit, I received a notice from the dentist office letting me know that I was charged for the fluoride. I feel taken advantage of because I was not informed that I would be charged, and after doing a bit more research, fluoride is not necessary for anyone in my age bracket or for my level of oral health, so it should not have been offered to me at all. Please make sure you know your dental insurance plan before you go to this office and it is ok to refuse services that are offered to you.

Dr. Tiwary and her dental assistants are top notch. Always professional, punctual, and offers sound advice. She even tells me when I can wait for a procedure even though she stands to gain from performing it. I appreciate her so much! She is one of a line of dentists I’ve had at College Park Dental since I moved to the area in 1993 but I’ve stuck to her for the longest of any other dentist there. Probably 10 years or more.

Ive been getting my dental cleaning at the College Park Dental for years. All the staff are professionals and customer service exceptional. Shout out to Yan, Dr. Kim for an awesome cleaning and Indrian for her quick and amazing customer service. She was able to quickly assess the schedule and get me im sooner than later. Definitely make an appointment for your next cleaning.

I have always had such great experiences at this location, both when I’ve gone in for a specific issue and for routine cleaning. Dr. Tiwary is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Bemani made my first visit to College Park Dental an extremely pleasant one which is more than I’ve ever been able to say about a trip to the dentist. She answered all of the questions I had and was very thorough in walking me through the things I needed further explanations for. She was very gentle with my gum measurements and cleaning and I am very happy to have a meeting dentists with a great attitude who seems to genuinely care about her patients. Her assistant Nooshin was a delight as well!

My new dental insurance severely limited my choices in dentists, but Im glad I was forced to search for a new one as everyone in this office great. Ive only ever visited while pandemic safety measures were in place, but Ive felt very safe and comfortable despite how busy their office is. Staff always clearly explain all dental work, treatments, prices and other considerations — theres never any pressure to buy a certain thing or have a certain procedure done. The office building may not be the newest, but all patient records are computerized and everyone uses modern tools/equipment. I havent had any major work done, but if/when that happens I know Ill be in good hands.

Dr Majid is the best dentist I have ever had, in more than 60 years.

Need to continue improving on time in the chair vs actual being served. It seems that staff is scrabbling between patients and simply trying to keep up. Similar to the I Love Lucy - Chocolate Factor Episode. Please ensure that a patient has the full allotted time instead of being worked in amongst other patients.

I am a nervous dental patient but let me tell you, College Park Dental put all my fears to ease with a dentist who was patient and kind. I appreciated how employees treated eachother and explained everything completely. Highly recomended.

Times are tough right now, so I am taking this experience with a grain of salt, but today I had my first bad experience here. For the safety of the staff and other patients, patients now wait in their cars. (Good.) Today, I arrived early (12:34. Why? Because traffic on Baltimore Avenue is terrible during the day!). Per their instructions, I called to let the office know I had arrived for my 1 pm appointment. I watched patient after patient pull into the lot, get their temps checked, fill out a form, wait, then go in. (Great COVOD protocol BTW.) But, now its 1:31! I thought they forgot me, so I called, but was given no information, Theyll be setting up a room for you soon. Time ticks by and now its 1:47??? I called again. They already said my session would take an hour and I have to get back to work! This time Im told the doctor is running behind and theyre not sure when theyll be calling me in. So I had to reschedule...miss more work...again. Im concerned because they said the new appointment time was the last one of the day. Does that mean the doctor will be rushing to get rid of me??? My last several trips have been quick and easy -- in and out with no trouble. Maybe its was just a case of the Mondays. Hopefully.

During this pandemic, keeping your wellness appointments are very important, so if you can, please go. That being said, after putting off for an entire year getting a new crown due to the cost, I had to go get it done and figure how to pay later because I did not need to damage the tooth any further and definitely add to the cost. Everything worked out. I cant stress enough the COVID protocol that is in place from arrival to departure. Now as for my Dentist, Dr. Bermani, she is awesome!! Her and her Assistant are a great Team!! Very detailed from start to finish. Tells you the procedure and then asks if you have any questions. Wants whats best for you and want it to be a perfect fit!! Had to come back a couple of times though to take better impressions, but I had no problem with this because for the cost of what I paid, long lasting is the goal!! The doctor is knowledgeable and answers all my questions patiently. The only reason I gave 3 stars is I think the scheduling is overbooked. Several times I waited more than 30 mins before being called in. Dentists will be busy and working on more than one patient at a time. (They switch among patients and patients have to wait in between, could be long if you are unlucky) and they seem to rush things like cleaning

Dr. Su has been my dentist for many years. Shes always been very skilled & professional. She takes her time with whatever procedure Im having done. She informed me that she is retiring from dentistry in June. I cant tell u how sad Im about this.😢 It wont be the same without her. Right now, I cant imagine going there & Dr. Su not being there to greet me with her warm personality. The other staff is great too. I have a special bond with Dr. Su.

The place is clean and staff was nice. First time there and scheduled for a broken tooth that was very painful and starting to swell. I had called them because I got the impression they were full service dentists. However, after taking xrays they said I needed a root canal and needed to see a specialist. So obviously I wont be getting this fixed today. I did get prescription for ibuprofen for pain. I guess I just assumed emergency dental work was taken care of that day. They didnt seem very concerned about my tooth being fixed any time today. They informed me upfront of any costs there might be, but luckily my insurance covered the xray and visit.

This review is in no way directed at Dr. Sue, she is an excellent dentist. I went in the office in October 2020, for a broken crown. Unfortunately, I was seen by Dr. Haghighiyan, and was charged over $6500 for bridge, in which Metlife Dental paid approx. $1219, because this doctor charged me for items that were outside of the negotiated in-network fees. Word to the wise, please make sure you know what your dental insurance will cover; read your Services rendered document and pay close attention to so called material upgraded and panoramic radiographic images. These charges were never authorized and Metlife will not cover. This was a lesson learned!

They charge you extra each time you go there. I paid for my crown in full and when I went back the said my policy changed and charged me another $500. I also got deep cleaning which again I paid for full and they sent me another bill in the mail for $60 . Everytime I go there I have paid for my treatment and then two weeks later there is another bill in the mail. All they do is take money.

I have NEVER had a bad experience. I will continue to come here ALWAYS!!!

Staff incredibly unprofessional and rude. Had me sit on the ground in the parking lot for 45 minutes before canceling my appointment on me because “their system was down”. When I checked in for the appointment that day, there was no warning about this even going on. I was promised a return call on the same day to reschedule the appointment this office cancelled with NO notice, but since it has been about a month and I have heard nothing, I assume that call is not coming. Please do not come to this office.

What started as a regular dental check up ended up being a nightmare. At first it was their system having issues which then turned into months of them blatantly just not charging the insurance and harassing us with invoice letters. Wasted a lot of time on th phone with them trying to get it sorted. Youre better off going to other dental clinics in the area, skip out on this one. Save yourself time and effort.Update 12/17:Still trying to figure out why they keep billing a person in my family WHO HAS NEVER BEEN THERE.They also had a data breach recently so fingers crossed I dont get my identity stolen.

Staff appears very disgruntled. The staff immediately ask for payment before they even ask what my dental issue is. The dentist at this location will not even supply me with a letter of my dental diagnosis. Do not go here. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Also the phone lines and internet were down when I went for my appointment. This dentist office also charges you a 10 dollar fee to cover THEIR use of protective mask and gloves. After I left my appointment I came right back to ask another question to the dentist and the dentist got frustrated with me and told meNot to make her come back outside again for a question. Just don’t go here save yourself the time and spend your money at a dentist office elsewhere.

I honestly hate coming here now your appointment time is never correct you can get here 15 mins early from appointment time and they still will see you until a hour and some change later . If I didn’t already start my treatment for my Invisalign I and pay for it in full already I would go somewhere else . I also came for a cleaning which they said my insurance covered got here and had to pay 200 out of pocket for a rushed 5 minute cleaning I’ve never had a cleaning done that fast in my life . After Invisalign treatment is done I will not be coming back to this location

This place is so unprofessional and overbooked. I waited almost an hour after arrival all for the dentist to rush through my cleaning and send me on my way. I get a bill in the mail for a routine cleaning when at every other dentist I have been to it was fully covered. Apparently they charged me for a panoramic film xray that I did not ask for. I hope that $66 was worth it. I will never return.

Dr. Sue is an amazing dentist. She is thorough and has the perfect bedside manner. The College Park dental team is consistently courtesy, thoughtful and very kind at each visit. From the receptionist to the assistants as well as the finance team; you can count on each member to take personal care in your dental needs in the most respectable and courteous manner.
