The drive thru is always insanely slow. Always a long line and takes at least 20 minutes before I get to the window each time. I used to work at a pharmacy and I NEVER had people waiting that long. Hire more efficient employees. And if someone has a complicated order as them to pull to the side and wait.

Best Walgreens store I have been to! High volume store but still manage to take care of my pharmacy needs. People need to realize, filling a prescription is not like making a sandwich, there are certain guidelines the pharmacy has to follow. Great job to all the staff at this location.

Young lady literally helped me with my list my wife sent to me while doing her job, and constantly I came back to her because she always wanted to help me! That woman needs a raise! Thank you again for all you did! You know who you are!

Seriously the worst service I have ever had! Canceling prescriptions for no reason, saying they are ready when they arent, waiting 2 hours after perscriptions are supposedly ready, trying to give me the same pwrscriptions multiple times in one month, rude and disrespectful treatment, dont call doctor for autorefills until you come to pick them up, have been told multiple times that I have no insurance or must pay full price when indeed I have tqo insurances. Walgreens used to be the best. I will be taking my families business elsewhere.

Extremely rude staff 90% of the time. Very short, impatient, and annoyed. Zero willingness to help work through issues or work with the doctor. Enormous amounts of problems with basic refills and prescriptions every single time. 0/10 would not recommend.

I just switched back to Walgreens Pharmacy out of convenience. After my experience last night, with a VERY RUDE, guy on the phone, I think Ill be switching back. I shouldnt have to feel judged, and belittled trying to get a prescription.

Ive been going here for over 4 years. Ive always had friendly service up front as well as from pharmacy, even when they are really busy, which is most of the time.

Walgreens pharmacy assistant refused to fill my wifes prescription.It was for a ninety day blood pressure supply. ( 90 pills). She tried to sell me six pills instead.After twenty minutes of arguing with me l had enough. I walked out and drove forty-five miles back home.CVS, Hy - Vee didnt treat us that way.What was she going to do with my other 84 pills ?

Waited 25 minutes on hold just to talk to a pharmacist... now been sitting in line at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting, not one car has moved.. hire more people or hire better people.

Good store. Has lots of stuff. Tons of candy. A nice old Chinese man is usually working when I go.

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes every time you come to the Pharmacy. There is never enough people working, and after the wait you will probably be told there was a problem with your prescription and youll have to do it all again in about 40 minutes when they finally start your order. Does not if it has been a short time since the doctor sends the prescription or days. Oh yeah and have fun doing this while you or your kids are sick.

Lines get really long. Hard to find employees if you need help. Now they have a space nearby the entrance dedicated to beauty products, with at least two employees during peak hours. Ugh!

I had to get a battery for my garage door, when I got home I realized I got the wrong one, it was easy to.come back and exchange to get the right one. Thank you for making it easy.

Today is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with a specific pharmacist. She’s extremely rude, shook her head at me and acted as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. Has given me incorrect information many times, unfortunately I can barely understand her I try to be patient with the lack of communication but in return she ends up screaming at me.

Pharmacy technicians are extremely rude! Use Hy-Vee or CVS down the street!

As someone else mentioned, the pharmacy staff is apathetic at best. I got rude and condescending. Lady next to me got overly sweet and empathetic. Same employee. This was at 5:30 today. She did express concern when somebody from another car approached me so I added a star for that - otherwise they would’ve gotten two stars. I usually go to Hy-Vee, but they had already closed. For a long time, I used the Ingersoll Walgreens, but finally stopped due to the pharmacy’s ineptness. I now only go to Walgreens if it’s absolutely necessary.

Wow your phone robots sucks! How about pay a human to answer phones or is that outside of big pharmas budget. Jeeeeesh

If there was a half a star I would go with that. Even with insurance over rides they were not able to give me a refund because they said their refund machine was down and that they would call me back when it was working which never happened of course. When I went back in once it was clear I was never going to get a call from them and they said because it was over 14 days now I have to wait 6-8 weeks to run it through corporate. Terrible service. Go to CVS down the street.

The employees were a huge help in locating where everything was located. The pharmacy didnt have a long line either!

Cant wait for CVS to open at 142nd and Hickman down the street from this store. I hate writing bad reviews but this store needs to employ ex fast food workers because they have 2 drive up lanes open at the pharmacy but only have 1 person working. They do not know how to ask a patron to drive around while waiting for their prescription to be completed so they can help the next person in line. When you call to talk to a manager all you get is they are very busy. If you cant handle the business then you dont need mine.

I have used this pharmacy for years, and they are excellent. They always answer any questions I have and explain our medications thouroughly. As for the reviews on being slow, the only time I feel I have to wait longer than I would like is when everyone picks up prescriptions on the way home during rush hour. While this is convenient since you are out already, you must realize everyone else finds it convenient as well. If you chose another time to pick up/drop off you will be happier with your service. They have great hours, so MOST everyone should be able to pick an alternate time to pick up. As for the comment that said to have people pull a head while they are waiting for their meds, there is no door for the pharmacy people to run out of with your medication when it is ready, like there is at McDonalds. The pharmacy staff would have to run around to the front door, which is time consuming and they would not be in the pharmacy serving others when they are running back and forth all the time. I do not see where this would speed up the traffic/service. It is just best to avoid high traffic times when you can.

Catherine is horrible. Denied me NyQuil and accused me of being a drug addict as I stood there sneezing and coughing. Will never go back.

Long lines, apathetic employees - which is not what you want in a pharmacy. Switched my business to Hyvee and couldnt be happier.

Often have to stop here on my way home from work (every day). Seems like they have one person running the whole store in the after work crunch time. Long lines and a poorly trained staff it seems.
