Since I have been working out with Stefon, I was 10 lbs heavier. My health was in jeopardy. I recently had a follow up appointment with my doctor. Basically he said my numbers has decreased tremendously. He encourage me to continue to workout with total you. Few more things since i have been working out i can hit notes i havent been able to hit when singing. Today during praise and worship normally i can jump during one song, but today i danced and jumped for 30 min and still had energy to keep going. Stefon thank you so much for working with and encouraging me to meet my goal.

The staff is awesome and they make you feel like family. I had a lot on my mind which was affecting my health. Dr. Vincent is a wonderful listener and provide recommendations based on her observations. She also put me to work with personal trainer Raestefon. Stefon is very personable. He dont allow me to get lazy with my mind or my body. He says...think before you eat. I work out twice a week. I was so happy to get in a lace body blouse for my birthday. I was smokin!!
