The staff here are so professional and kind to everyone. Unlike the Oak Ridge location! I highly recommend Clinton over Oak Ridge. True compassion is hard to find. Here you will find that compassion most place lack now.

I was so thankful that I could be seen, especiallyon a Saturday! The Fast Pace employees were very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. I really appreciated the PA who informed me about my illness and gave me good advice about my care. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Fast Pace!

Kim and Jamie are absolutely wonderful — professional and more importantly, kind — even with a long line of patients on a holiday weekend. I encourage everyone to give Fast Pace / Clinton a try. I went in for a rash that popped up all of a sudden while helping my Dad clean up some brush. Before I went in I washed it with dawn dish soap and put some cortisone cream on it. After waiting for over an hour to see the Dr. the rash had cleared up on its own. The Dr. was in and out of the room in less than four minutes. I was told that I have a 35.00 dollar copay. Then they billed me another 215.00 dollars. Because of the way that they billed my insurance company it was not covered. If I could give them a negative star I would for sure. I didnt have a problem with the staff they were nice. Its just the fact I had to pay for absolutely nothing. They should have said that they were sorry it took so long to see me and because it was all cleared up and there was nothing they could do they would not bill me. They tried to bill my insurance 667.00 dollars.

Ive been here 4 times, all of which were great. Experience wise. The staff is always nice, and understanding. After I collapsed a lung they even tried to check on me a few days later. This is by far the only Urgent Care I want to use from now on.

From the second I walked in everyone was so nice. The receptionist was nice, the gentleman who was the nurse put me at ease even though I am sick and the nurse practitioner was so reassuring and comforting. I can say enough good things about this place.

It costs more with my insurance to go here as opposed to my regular doctor. I will probably go again on occasion because it is very convenient. The staff and medical personnel were very nice, professional and efficient.

Took my son in for a sick visit for what was likely a sinus infection. They tested him for COVID (negative). While the nurses and the front desk staff are nice and competent, the doctor was terrible. He came in and never had my son to remove his mask to look at this nose or throat. He didnt listen to his lungs, heart or anything. The only time he touched him was to tap a couple times on his sinuses to ask if it hurt. My son said no. He prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid, as well as shots of each since hes already had one round of antibiotics and didnt improve. Then he left. The treatment may end up working - not sure yet - but there was no medical examination at all. Ridiculous!

I have been to this clinic on more than one occasion for different reasons. I don’t even go to a general practitioner for the minor things anymore. This place says Fast Pace and they mean it. I love it here. I haven’t met anyone unprofessional yet. Thanks to the staff there. A+ in my book.

Everyone including the entire staff was beyond the most kind, helpful, pleasant and compassionate. Made my experience with everything fast, easy and was a quick in and out process. All concerns and questions as well as treatment and knowledge of everyone and the willingness of everyone wanting to listen and help was genuine. Exceeded my expectations by far.

My daughter was not only suffering from an ear ache, but also a sprained ankle and the staff was able to get her in to be seen really quick. We would not have made it through the weekend without them. They were quick, caring and got her the medicine she needed.

As I went feeling horrible and moody, every one there was very professional and sweet. I understand how people can be in our world of COVID right now, but I did not feel unwelcome or rushed in and out. I will absolutely use them again if needed for any immediate health issues.

Very nice staff… I had just got off work and they were closing in 20 minutes, my two children both had horrible ear infections and ear pain… they saw them anyways and we’re very nice about it!

Had been going here since they opened. My DOE Aetna insurance decided to code them as an Urgent Care instead of a Walk-in Clinic. It wasnt an emergency - just needed some antibiotics. Couldnt afford the $75 co-pay. Had to make an appointment with my pcp

Definitely do not recommend this location for any reason after today. My wife goes to ask to get her blood pressure medication refilled. They take it her blood pressure, say its ridiculously high, then direct her to the hospital. We get there and 2 hours later, they say its fine. This clinic was 60 points off from the hospital. I will never go here again for any reason.

I injured my hand at a campground- John the NP took great care of me, the entire staff was friendly. The front desk person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t get her name but she had relocated from up North to Tennessee.

I called at 9 told the front desk clerk my situation. I get down there she doesn’t know who I am. (She’s not wearing a mask.)Then she said she’s having a off day. Which is fine. I’m in the lobby having to resign in through the phone. Next appt will be at 10:20. But what made me so uneasy the most was the covid patients was in the lobby with the non covid patients. I spent most of my time hiding in the bathroom until my name was called. The clerk then forgets the reason why I’m there an asks again. They need to get their act together. No wonder my blood pressure was high.

A pleasurable experience in an uneasy world! Nurses, staff, and physicians were very quick and friendly! COVID testing was easy enough! Dr. John Scates was friendly, thorough, and prompt! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!!!!!!They were little backed up due to incoming patient load. But who isn’t right now?Bottom line: they live up to their name and promises (which are posted in the wall)! Fast Pace earned a 1st Place in my book!

My only complaint was the billing they did not bill my prefer insurance but instead charged me the 30 bucks didnt realize it and after cuz I was so focused on getting tested... My neighbor and friend called me this afternoon late as had worry about her children. Who both were having issues with breathing and coughing as the eldest had been complaining of chills and had lost their desire for food. Since have history of childhood a asthma and treated for such per allegist. She gave her child time to rest and meds for such and seemed to be getting worst. Since the afternoon was late reguluar provider would be closing before she was able to arrange transportion. The person who helps out from time to time was unavailble then. This was very worrisome to her as seen her child have major problems and needed someone who could take them in to the Fast Past Health Urgent Care in Clinton Tn. She called me in a panic knowing I would help out if possible little past 5 PM. I tried my best to access what was going on and get details plus calm her concerns as Mother myself. Then I had my child go over stay outside with another parent. We left 10 minuter later to get kids check out as quick as possible. Our apartment complex is on North side of town and traffic is brual with constiction on Charles Severs being one lane. Upon driving in we talk few on plans and how get them back home. I understand the situation of being stuck without a ride. That is not a good feeling to have and with children even worse. She went inside for paperwork was informed it be around 45 mins for services as came back to let me know. That to text me info and how long taking and what was going on with the kids. It wasnt until half past 7 when found out the it wasnt allergies or breathing problems. Upon her getting back home she informed me on how the nurse had questioned certain behavior from not only her but myself as adults. And how she got to the Urgent Care then. I find these questions out unethical and down right rude by this middle aged female nurse. We both will be contacting corporate office as well legal counsel of advise on this matter. I understand questions but this level is extremely overstepping boundraries on my personal character. she needed compassion as Mother who cares unconditional for the well being of her children.t

I scheduled an appointment for 10:28 am and it is now 1:43 and I have yet to be called in. I would not send a dog here!!!!

My local urgent care clinic was not open and we barely arrived at Fast Pace before closing. I was very worried about coming so close to the end of the day. However, everyone was so nice and caring and encouraged us not to worry. Thank you so much for assisting my son and thank you John for being so nice and caring !!

The receptionist that checked me in explained the medical assistant was busy so she went ahead and got most of my medical history filled in ahead of being called back. My physician was excellent, very kind and gentle. My medical assistant (Sue?) Did an outstanding job. I have 20+ years previous experience working in a physicians office, Im not a great patient. But youre entire staff went over and above and truly worked as a team. Thank you so much.

Do not recommend I spoke with a lady name Hazley that said they could not see my child over a laceration on her elbow because I would be getting there at 7:50 but yet they don’t close until 8 I think it’s ridiculous seeing that it’s a URGENT CARE

The front desk service was exceptional. However they did not clean one time I was in the building I waited almost two hours.There was several patients that asked for a COVID test that touched the counters,doors,and bathrooms. Most businesses are required to clean in 30 minute times none of the staff cleaned. They separated the pins in a bin that have to be sanitized and I watched a lady and child have to pick up all the dirty pins off the floor the lady’s at the front desk didn’t help. This is by far the worst urgent care I have been to they treat COVID like it doesn’t even exist.

Very clean building, polite and effective staff. Worked hard and were very concerned about giving proper care. 5 star! Very much appreciated. One of the best walk in clinic experiences I have had. I do have good private insurance and a PCP in Knoxville, but chose this clinic due to convenience around the holidays, and do not regret it at all. Grateful to have this location in Clinton, we needed something like this in town.

I had Covid and dealing with the effects of a fever for at least 10 days, a hospital ER visit due to dehydration and nausea, coughing with shortness of breath and dropping O2 saturation. They saw me in their office after my Dr office would not see me due to fever and only 12 days being Covid +. They took my vitals noting low O2 saturation, did chest X-rays and gave me a breathing treatment in office with immediate increase in O2 saturation during treatment. I truly think I was on verge of a medical crisis and would have been hospitalized without their administered treatment interventions. I not only recognized my need for help as an individual, but I work in healthcare as well. They have my respect and gratitude for giving me the medical attention needed in a prompt and caring manner. Highly satisfied with the services provided. At first I thought the visit price was a little high but that included EVERYTHING! I was given an in room breathing treatment and 2 shots for bronchitis so it was well worth it!

The staff and provider were very easy to talk to! They made me feel very comfortable. They even went out of their way to fax over my physical for me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family!

I spent an hour in the waiting room and the doctor came in. Looked at my injury and wrote me a prescription. Literally took 10mins of there time and was out the door. Prescription worked great.. but i got a bill for $667 for just a walk in for something so simple. After insurance I owed $175... but still ridiculous for a walk in.

I went to Oak Ridge, Tn for a Covid test the lady up front said I was already considered positive because I live with a person that tested positive. I then went to Clinton to try to get tested and set in the parking lot for 2 hours trying to get them to take my insurance. I even had my insurance call them and they still wouldnt take me. I wouldnt go back to a Fast Pace Urgent Care if I was bleeding to death. I was already feeling ill and to have deal with this made it even worse.

Medical services great but the reception service is terrible! Trying to call and receive results to tests is a absolute nightmare. 11 minutes on hold twice and now Kelly has a attitude about my persistence to getting my records and questions answered. One star!!!!

I have been here for an hour on a Friday afternoon and have still not been asked what I am here for. Only one patient has been discharged in that time. Only two has been about filling in forms that I had already filled in at another location. Plus they included a form that suggested J had to give them a copy of my living will and power of attorney.Very very poor. Avoid unless you have no emergency, not urgent, and no requirement for fast. Still waiting.

There was a huge possibility of me having covid, so I called before hand asking about covid testing and letting them know I might have covid so I do not want to come in. The receptionist told me to just come in because its going to be about 10 minutes before I can come out there to you. I might have covid and I told you and your still telling me to come inside?

Was not impressed at all with the service we received here. Came in for a simple COVID test which I was quoted over the phone and my dad came back to the car saying Man you didn’t tell me it was gonna cost 100$!!!!! Guess that’s why it says on the sign only the sick people can come in so you can take advantage of senior citizens. SMH never going back.

I received my statement it has no detailed description only says medical services and the amount is 667.00. I went back down there with my bill and they said I would haft to call billing. When I called billing she said that is the charge for a medical visit. So no matter what you are being seen for that is the price when you walk in the door. Also while on the phone with her she was talking to her kid while I am trying to discuss my bill. This place is a ripoff!! I do not recommend their services. 👎🏻

This place is awful. Both times Ive been the receptionist has been so rude and has really just brushed me off like sis if you hate your job that much then work somewhere else.

Dr Webb is a great doctor and Im glad to have met her. She made me feel right at home and was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. A lot of doctors are hard to communicate with but she isnt one of them.

Was charged full price for a 3-5 day covid test then was told I was given a 7-10 day test that the health department does for free. Would not recommend.

Great Clinic! The staff is very kind and helpful. I love Dr. Ammie Webb!!! She actually takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. I didnt feel rushed out of there and best of all I am feeling so much better after my diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend!

I visited right in the middle of flu and stomach virus season; so, needless to say, it was a long wait. HOWEVER, that is to be expected. It was still MUCH faster than the ER. The desk attendant told me upfront that there would be an hr to hr and a half wait. The nurse was very thorough, and I never felt rushed. The doctors diagnosis was spot on, and the prescription cured the condition. Hopefully it will be a long while before I have to go back to a dr.; but when I do, I will be going to this Urgent Care. Thanks for making it a positive experience!

I went there for the first time on 10/22/19 and the entire staff was very nice and pleasant to be around. They made me feel as if I had been going there for a while...Doctor Jill took the time to listen to me and explained my care plan to me very well...I will definitely be going back and will tell all my family and friends to go when they need a doctor.

I was in immense immense worst pain ever didnt know where to go and ran in there and they took me in immediately and helped me right away and got me an ambulance in no time. Everyone was so sweet and caring and helped me so fast I was so scared. Thank you all SO much I felt bad for rushing in like that with other patients waiting but I thought I was dying and felt lile something was going to burst in my stomach. When the ambulance got me to the ER the Drs did a bunch of tests and also did an ultrasound on my stomach and turned out I had a huge Gallstone in my Gallbladder the size of a golf ball and I had to get immediate surgery to take out my Gallbladder. All because of you getting me an ambulance and checking me and you were right it was my Gallbladder. Cant thank you enough Im home now recovering!!!!Love, Andrea

Christal, at the front desk, was exceptionally welcoming and kind to everyone who approached the desk. The medical personnel were attentive and caring, even considering the lateness of the day. While the wait to be seen was a bit long, I would still recommend this clinic.

Spent HOURS here. Very slow service. Nothing Fast Paced about it. They did give me a shot, and then basically said go to the er. So all that time and money was wasted. Told me to call if I needed a doctors excuse, which I did, and no one has ever called me back!

The triage lady complained to whole time about short staff and satellite internet. We were not even worried about the wait-honestly no more than an e.r. Which because of your clinic we didnt have to go to. Doctor was super nice- desk lady was sweet. Will definitely use this clinic as often as needed! Medical attention is not fast food!!! People that are in a hurry need a hospital! Don’t slay this place-let it get on it’s feet!!Christa Jackson

Love love love the NP and nurses. Would give 5 starts but the receptionist is straight up rude! I’m a receptionist myself and would NEVER act like that.

Honestly, I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was seen recently and the service was beyond horrible. The front desk staff some how charged me 3 TIMES for my co-pay, and have yet to receive a refund after calling their billing office 3 times. The woman who worked me up had about as much sense as my left toe, and was incredibly slow. The NP/PA whatever that saw me didnt even look up my nose when one of my main complaints was drainage and a burning nose.. I honestly cant believe this place is open. Hopefully theyll get their act together but for now, BEWARE.

Rude Staff- Pleasant doctor.I thought going to the new Fast Pace Urgent care in Clinton would be better than going to the ER for my sons arm injury at school. The medical assistant was absolutely rude and short. Absolutely would not reccomend!

I went to the clinic today and it was a mess! i waited an hour to get to my room and waited another hour to see the doctor who was there today! they didn’t even tell me what i had going on! they just gave me a shot and medicine for headaches!

Ive been sitting here for 2 hours waiting to be seen with only 2 people in front of me. I notified the woman i am vomiting uncontrollably and a high fever. When I filled out my paper work, I provided my ID and insurance card. The woman behind the desk called out a different name several times attempting to hand over my information to her. Im not sure what the problem is but with 100+ locations, youd think someone might have their stuff together.Edit: im still sitting here and the receptionist didnt ecen have my name in the system after i filled out all my paper work. BUT she did have my husbands name and insurance info attached to someone elses account.Wow.

My daughter was treated like a bum. I will never go here again
