I went to this facility in September. My first night there someone stole my stamps and a mask. I was so mad that I called my husband to come get me. I went to Compass Health to get some help, I was very disappointed. I thought the groups were good but there were times when all we did was color. I felt like I was in kindergarten! Then on top off everything else my husband mailed me a box and here we go again I had stamps that was in a card stolen by staff. How sad! My husband and I continued trying to call for some sort of resolution but our calls were unanswered. How rude and unprofessional. The director Mellissa Edwards never did not return ANY of our calls which is also unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility to anyone if you plan on going dont have stamps or a box sent to this place because some of your belongings may come up missing . SAD SAD SAD SHAME ON THIS PLACE!

Took my daughter to a dentist appointment today. Every person we talked to was excellent!!! Office staff- super friendly and willing to work her in on short notice. Nurses- best I have ever seen with kids!!! Doctor- professional and kind. I was very impressed!!

Dr Kara is hands down, the BEST physician I have ever had. Her bedside manner, as well as her knowledge and dedication to her patients can not be compared to. I’m going through a bit of a journey, and Dr Kara has gone above and beyond to try to figure out a diagnosis for me. I’m from Maryland, and I’ve had doctors at Hopkins give up and give me false diagnoses leaving me with a continuing, worsening condition where I was going through unnecessary treatments. I HIGHLY recommend her as well as her husband Dr Jason Meler.

I had such a fear of dentists after having a bad experience but honestly the staff here are absolutely excellent! I couldnt have asked for better. They explained everything that needed to be done, the steps wed take, and during the procedures consistently checked that I was doing ok. They were thorough with aftercare and explained everything that needed to be done and what to expect. I have made my next appt and am ready to have my beautiful smile back. Thank you guys so much for what you do, for your professionalism and compassion. Youre AMAZING!!!

Very rude and condescending staff. We were ran out because I cant wear a muzzle due to health and religious reasons. The secretaries can take their muzzles off whenever they want though and thats okay apparently. Its the dentist, so whats the point of wearing a mask when youre going to take it off anyway so they can work on your mouth? Its also funny none of them have an original thought of their own, but can only regurgitate what the seedy c an the who and the Gates say on the telievision. They want everyone to wear a muzzle so they dont get closed down. Well, you all should get shut down. Youre all witches and demons working for Satan.

I drove an hour to get two fillings and told them that I would be able to pay them the next day and they said ok we will check you in. Then they told me I would have to pay before I could be seen. I had called two hours before my appointment to verify that it would be ok for me to pay the next day and they said it would be fine. Then I show up and all of a sudden I have to pay immediately. They do not care about their patients, I will not be back.

If u love your family, never, ever send them here...ive left another review explaining so.e of why youll regret this place...Anywhere else would have to be better

This place is HORRIBLE! I sought help back in April for severe depression and anxiety, I told them how bad it was, and they insisted they couldnt see me until July. This led to a mental breakdown shortly after. When I was FINALLY able to be seen, my therapist did practically nothing to help me and simply wanted to put me on medication. When I asked about returning to work months later, she said she would write a recommending letter stating I could work again. Never got it. I have requested my medical records to give to my new therapist MULTIPLE times and have yet to recieve them. If you need mental help, FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO GO! They will only add to your depression, anxiety, and anger issues with their complete lack of professionalism and disinterest in actual patient care!

My daughter was in their outpatient program and from what I seen, it helped my child and the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Getting someone on the phone was really hard, a lot of the time we played phone tag, which was very very frustrating.
