I got an upper endoscopy & two biopsy..I felt great after the procedure no pain. Dr. Focazio always showed his concern with me & definitely helped me with my acid reflux! The medicines he prescribed me healed me immensely! I can swallow my food great again, minimal heartburn & I feel healthier after a month. To anyone with stomach issues I recommend him 😎

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, competent, and fairly quick to get you in the examination room. The doctor, or physicians assistant (not sure, just because they never said doctor), Maria, was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk to me for a relatively long time about my symptoms. Also, the nurse, was very nice; I did not get her name. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I am a new patient. Soon, I will be doing some procedures. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable and the staff seems very nice. I will come back to update my review after I get all my procedures done. Hope all will work out for the best.I m back. First I must tell you that Manny the driver that picked me up & took me home was very nice. The place (upstairs) where I had my procedure, everyone was very nice & friendly. They took good care of me. I was very pleased with everything. Dont be scare to have your procedure.

I made the appointment through their website as a new patient. I got a conformation e-mail about my appointment. The next day I got there, first the receptionist ignore me for five minutes. She was aware that I was there but decided to be on the computer. After 8 minutes of trying to get her attention, she was rude. She told me that the doctor was on vacation and didnt know when he will be back. It was just bad customer service and I would not go back!

I had very bad experience here. I felt staff was bit rude. Doctor seemed to have no concern on my condition at all. They initially said I was pregnant that is why I am having all the gastro symptoms! then got blood test done only to reveal I wasnt. Each time I visited here, It was felt like I was given huge favors. doctors had no time! and I really had to wait long for my test results.. and beware.. if you need to get your medical reports , you really have to pay a dollar per sheet of the report after waiting over 2 weeks for the report. They treat you like you are no body.. I will never visit here again. Not worth wasting your time here.

This place is the absolute worst. My dad has been trying to schedule an appointment since July and it is now October. My dad got pre blood work done and papers were sent from his GP to this office and they claimed to have not received it SIX times. It has taken so long, with countless back and forth that he had to get blood work done again because the time lapse was too long. They also first alleged the doctor is only there one Monday a month, the day of the week he has off from work. They’re now claiming the dr doesn’t work on mondays anymore. The staff is useless and provides the worst services I have ever seen in my life. Can’t even comment on how the doctor is because we haven’t even been able to schedule an appointment after 3 months of back and forth. They are literally the worst. STAY AWAY.

Literally i wish i can give NOT EVEN A STAR ON THIS DRS OFFICE ..I Arrive at 345pm supposely last APPOINTMENT but its 540pm ..im still in the waiting in the waiting room to be called as a NEW PATIENT!..THIS IS A STONE AGE VERY SLOW STAFF. THEY SEEM NOT TO KNOW WHAT SHES DOING IN THE FRONT DESK! PATIENTS WERE COMPLAINING OF THE WAIT sooooo long!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I didn’t get a chance to see the doctor. He maybe fine but the staff is horrible. I had an appt on a Tuesday at 230. I had a work conflict and i tried calling and calling to reschedule but the phones were down. Finally an answering service picked up and i left a message. The office called me back the next day and we rescheduled the appt. There was a miss communication about my appointment time. I felt I was very specific that I could only do Tuesday or Thursday afternoon appts. The rest of the days i could do AM.Well that wasn’t the case apparently the doctors office hours aren’t late on Tuesday. I show up to the appointment 415 and there was a worker walking back and forth. It took her several times to finally greet me and then she just walked into her office. I can hear her from her office saying good lord please help me. And just going on and on very loudly. She comes out of her office with a pack of cigarettes and walks to leave the building not asking if I needed help. I said hi is there a receptionist I am here for an appt. she said there aren’t any appts today the office is closed?? I did get a little annoyed and huffed bc I’ve bee having issues and needed to see the doc. I said is there someone i can speak to bc I have a 415 appt. her answer was sorry we are closed call tomorrow. I said there isn’t a receptionist i can speak too? She said I guess I’m not going to do what I need to do to help you! ( smoke a cigarette?!?!?) she The begins to raise her voice at me. I tell her several times to lower her voice. Then she comes out behind the counter and gets in my face as the office manager who comes around the corner tried to calm her. She continues to scream even tho her boss is telling her to stop. I was at a loss at this point. Never in my life have I been treated like this let alone at a doctors office. Just then the doctor comes out and also tells her to stop. She doesn’t listen! She storms out of the office. I was shaking and nearly in tears. The office manager was kind and apologetic and so was the doctor. I rescheduled my appt again. And after all of that I was willing to give them another chance but as I was leaving the same employee was walking in and then in a rude way says Oh you have a great day. I could not believe it! Maybe I have been treated rudely in a retail situation but never at a doctor! I wouldn’t go here!

Dr. Focazio is an amazing doctor! He diagnosed my hiatal hernia when I was suffering from severe heartburn. He also took control of a situation when the other doctors were giving me the runaround. If anyone asks me if Dr. Focazio cares about his patients I would say 100% yes! Do yourself a favor and go to this man.

I just went to the office 8:15am on a Saturday because my appointment was supposed to be scheduled today for 8:30am. The girl i spoke with two weeks ago said he is only open the first Saturday of the month. Come to find out no one is coming into the office today. I am not even going to be seen.

I absolutely love Dr. Focazio, its his incompetent staff that I highly dislike. Dr. Focazio did my colonoscopy and all was well. He also took a ton of time with me on my first visit, and he helped me greatly.Recently, I set up an appointment with a young receptionist, and now regret not getting her name.She booked me on a Monday but failed to tell me that the Dr would be doing procedures all day. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. I even told the receptionist of my long commute on the initial phone call. She had every opportunity to inform me that I would be seeing the Dr.s physician assistant.I waited and hour and a half today; at one point, I was told that the Dr would be coming down, but at that point, it was getting late and I felt terrible that his staff was about to pull him away from his procedures.I am so bummed out, I reaI really needed to see the Dr today because I am having some troubles.Unfortunately, after waiting around for an hour and a half, and promised that I would see tleaving.Dr Focazio did my colonoscopy, and I thought he was great, he also took a ton of time with me in my first visit, and helped me greatly.
