This office is absolutely terrible. The hours posted on line are never accurate. The staff unfortunately need training because they look like they don’t know what they are doing. I always have to be rude and obnoxious just to get I’m asking for. The worst part of all the doctors responsible to everything is “oh I don’t know”. I never get a call informing me about my test results or if I should come in for the results. I asked for my immunization records and apparently the staff doesn’t know how to remember to send the records. This is honestly one of the worst offices I have ever been to, it’s a hot mess. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

I really had high hopes for this doctor. Lately I’ve been changing doctors due to lack of professionalism of the office they run. I’m just so tired of dealing with lazy doctor offices. These people want to do the bare minimum literally. Came in for a check up, was told my results would be ready in one week. Two weeks go by, I never hear back from them. Finally I call for my results, I was told the doctor will call me back, never got a call back. Then, I called back to schedule a follow up visit because I’m not going to just keep doing the back and forth phone thing. The receptionist puts me on hold and comes back to tell me my results came back negative, that’s great, but why is anyone other than the doctor having this conversation with me. I also have other concerns I would like to address. The receptionist then scheduled me a televisit for the following day at 12pm. I’ve been waiting now for 50 minutes, no doctor, when I call it directs me to an answering service. I’m so annoyed and truly disgusted. Although DrHeling is a really nice doctor, I need someone who’s going to be a little more attentive to my concerns. After my final follow up I will not be visiting this office again.

Update: my pharmacy never received the prescription the doctor was supposed to send out on Tuesday. It is now FRIDAY, 3 DAYS LATER. I called the office and they said it never got sent to the pharmacy & I will have to wait until Monday to pick up my prescription. That’s almost a whole week from the day of my appointment. RIDICULOUSDo NOT come here unless you want to waste time. I came in on a Tuesday early afternoon - not busy at all. I waited almost an hour just for the assistant to call me in to check my vitals. After that, I got taken into another room to wait for the doctor. The assistant told me there was only one patient before me so it wouldn’t be long. I waited ANOTHER 30 MINUTES after already waiting an hour. I finally saw the doctor and she told me to refer to the front for insurance info (whether I had a copay or not). I went to the front and I asked the front desk woman if there was a copay and she told me to wait. Then she forgets I was even there. She answered the phone for a new patient, and the doctor interrupted her to put them on hold and help me. Then she told me she was looking into my insurance AGAIN to see if I owe anything. Come to find out there was no copay. The staff there really sucks and has no idea what they’re doing.

My experience was very good overall at the Multicultural Medical Office. The stuff were very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Waiting time was fair.Doctor Dilone-Arellano patiently listened to all my concerns.

Very nice and clean office !!!!! I had called several times trying to reach out to Dr Arellano to get my blood test results..leave message with the receptionist.. dr never called me back.... 👍🏻

This was my first time visiting that Doctors office,I felt very welcome there .Every one of the staff that I met were very hospitable.The Doctor was really nice and informative.I would recommend Her office very highly.God bless you Doctor.thank you very much.

Dr. Heling Dilone-Arellano was great and so was her staff. I was feeling horrible which later found out it was the flu, but they made me feel comfortable and made it as pleasant as could be. Would highly recommend.
