Ive been coming here for years and its getting worse and worse! I only come because of Marc Inocencio the nurse practioner but its getting harder and harder to deal with them. Ive gone to other offices for tests and even they agreed office is the worst! They dont answer phone when you leave messages they never call back the whole staff should be fired. I dont know how they get away with it

I could not get an appointment. Had to cancel 1 because of pfizer vaccine side effects. Then they had to run my new appointment by management. Its now been 2 weeks. Very bad patient services.

Dr. Hazza is a really good doctor but the staff in that office is the worse people to deal with, you call and they are not nice at all. they talk to you like the are doing a favor and thats not right, if you work in a health care provider you need to be ready to serve and treat other the same way you, and your family want to be treated.. AVOID going there if you are not ready to have a hard time with that kind of people... They work in the medical field because of the money, not because thats their passion.

I love visiting the clinic. The personal are very nice and friendly. Usually I don’t have a long wait that you might get at other doctors officers. My doctor and R.N practioner are very capable and professional. They are accommodating with appointments and helpful with questions!

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Rudest place ever. Unfortunately my insurance would only provide this location due to zip code but they schedule appointment 3 weeks out and no one picks up the phone. I’ve been to the hospital already cause I cannot see my primary doctor. That is absurd, in my opinion. The receptionist gives you a snotty attitude and because of this virus we call covid 19 they have limited doctors available. I really can’t stand this place. Would not recommend to anyone.

The doctors here are psychic and the staff here seem like there not trained to handle the patients, I almost lost my life going here. The doctors named Dr singh and Dr Parker are aboutsluety terrible doctors, I dont recommend this place at all!

Have been going here for a few years the staff is friendly, helpful and always helpful. I guess you can’t please everybody.

No respect the girl at the front put someone in to see the doctor in front of me and person came in after me disrespectful or they just looking just out for people of there own race and culture

Horrible experience. My husband had a severe gout flare up and we wanted to show it to a doctor ASAP. They told me that they dont give same day appointments and so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alday for the next day. When we turned up for the appointment the next day at the given time, we were told that there was no appointment scheduled! How unprofessional. Now my husband has to wait again and take leave from his work again because of this places error. They didnt even have the courtesy to accept their mistake. Horrible experience!

Best service and shortest waiting time to get called in. Average I waited is 10min.

The people there are unclear and rude.

Bad, I had to go 3 times to have my blood samples taken, additionally the time to have the result of something so simple was too much (TOO MANY DAYS) And so that in the end they gave me a wrong result. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 ........ So if you have to do some kind of lab test, I recommend that you consider other options very well.
