Unprofessional and rude. Lie on your medical records to cover themselves if anything were to happen. I would say 80 percent what they document is untrue. Staff will lie through their teeth to cover their mishaps and doctor will hear nothing other. Sad

Made appointment to see doctor, and receptionist tells me as I well in the doctor isnt available. At the same time tells me pay, in a very unfriendly manner. Staff talks loudly in polish while Im waiting, and has attitude that makes you think you are not their patient or customer but rather someone who owes money to them.
