I wish I would have read these reviews before visiting this place. The CPAP machine I was given had an active recall due to cancer since June 14th of this year . I asked the Dr and he straight up admitted he knew about it then and I received NO notice of it. In fact, he had his secretary call me last week and tell me to use the machine a bit more. You can’t make this stuff up. My frustration was through the roof today, especially when I had to cancel work to make this only appointment they had for me. The ladies working the front desk, I wish I can call out the person directly but she’ll know who she is when she reads this. I asked if there was anything else I can do to get a new CPAP machine and all she could tell me is that I have to see the doctor. GET THIS!!!!! The Dr. then tells me that all I needed to do was get with the supplier, call them and get a new machine sent to me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! All he could offer to me was an apology when I told him about that. At least give me back my copayment. Everyone, avoid this place at all costs. My biggest message with all this is the lack of compassion and basic customer service skills at the front desk. This post would of never happened if the lady would have listened, put herself in my shoes, and helped. That simple.P.S. Dr. Ledereich isn’t that bad. That staff, different story.

Dr. Leideritch was able to work me into his busy schedule when i came down with a severe double ear infection while visiting my daughter in NJ. He had the audiologist do some testing which was good info for my ENT back in VA. He was kind & professional. It was not easy finding a doctor in a strange city who would take me.

Terrible experience with the doctor. He performed procedures that were unnecessary like doing an nasal endoscopy( which lasted 2 seconds) after an MRI, so he can bill the insurance company for the procedure. He and his staff are rude to the customers. I would never recommend this doctor.He was more interested in doing a sleep study rather than treat the problem I went to him for!!

My family and I love Dr. Ledereich. My youngest daughter had numerous procedures with him and he never made us feel anything other than safety and comfort. I recently went to go see him and had the same experience. We have nothing but good things to say about him! Thank you Dr. and your awesome staff of people!

My mother in law was in the hospital for three days for a nose bleed. He packed it. No explanation. He only said it will stop eventually. Blood dripping down her nose and he said it wasn’t bleeding. Terrible manners. No regard for her feelings. Very very upset about him.

My husb had a very good exp with the doc.. He was thorough& efficient & was able2resolve his issue quickly!

The wait was long for the appointment but, the staff members were kind and respectful and even apologized for the wait.

Waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time. He left for and emergency and staff doesn’t know when he is coming back!!

The doctor is awful. Stay away.

Horrible experience from the staff to the doc himself..stay away from this guy.
