First time visited this location the staff all is very friendly. Wendy & Liz were very attentive and thorough with their services. The wait was a bit long considering how long I was in there for everything I needed. But its a doctors office !! Haha its expected. Even though it can get a little crowded. Masks are mandatory in all the premises.

Id give this place 0 stars if possible. Had a 12:15pm appointment amd waited a hr and still had 6 people in front of me. I would not recommend this place to nobody. They had about 12 people inside during covid 19 and no regard for whats going on. This place is just horrible and put their patients last.

Great doctor, very caring.

My whole family goes to him, he is a great physician. His team greets clients as soon as they enter the office, theres this instant feeling of being in my grandmothers living room. His staff are very kind and sweet and quick to ask about your own day. Dr. De La Cruz is very charismatic and very attentive to his clients. Theres nothing negative to say about a doctor who takes pride in his work and treats his clients as if they were his own family. Highly recommend him!

This is the second best Doctors office I have visited in over 9 years. The staff is really warm and friendly, and I feel they really care and take care of me. Before I found him, I changed doctors 3 times because they wouldnt even look up at me. they have gotten busy, therefor the wait a little longer lately, but still I havent had to wait hours to be seen. On walk-in days just make sure you are one of the first ones to be there.

My experience with the doctor is okay but I hate the waiting part. I have come several times and I get the same service. I make an appointment for a particular time and it will take about 3-4 hours to be done with my visit. At best, you will be done in 2 1/2 hour :( not much of improvement). You might think I am exaggerating but once you visit this facility you will remember me. At this point, it is on me for keep visiting this place knowing the result wont change (being lazy). If it wasnt for the waiting, the overall experience will be okay. It is a constructive criticism hoping for changes on their practices. Best of luck.

To whom it may concern,Recently, I have come to the conclusion that this establishment is in no way shape or form interested in making their patients needs their top priority. I say this because recently my mother visited your so called Doctors office. While there, not only was she not attended, she spent 4 ½ hours waiting to be taken care of by her physician and they didn’t even get to take her vitals. I just don’t see how someone can spend half of a working day at a business as a client or patient and not be taken care of. Then, when I call back to inquire as to why she wasn’t taken care of your receptionist responds by saying “she just walked out”. What a sham. A doctor should at least show face and greet his people. Whatever happened to bedside manner? Whatever happened to valuing your clients? You sir, Doctor De La Cruz can go to De La Hell!Have a great day,Sincerely,Your ex-patient!

Doctor angel de la cruz is an amazing Doctor, I already have two years with him and he always help me a lot with my medical condition. my first time at this office was a long time ago but i still remember that the girls from the front desk help me so much, that day i forgot my glasses and the girls helped me to fill the first time visit papers. with that being said, this is the first office i go and everything is great.

I love Dr. D and her office staff! My entire family goes here and everyone has had a wonderful experience. Dr. D and staff are professional and knowledgeable and have always been available in an emergency. Best!!

The staff is great! There the Girl with the glasses is decent and because they are so busy some people will have to wait. I have myself lost my patience. But you must remember you cannot have everybody taken care immediately. Some of the reviews here are connected and seem biased. Do not believe those one stars. If you are not happy go to another doctors office were there are not that many people waiting for a great Dr. and Human being like Dr. Dela cruz.

The staff is horrible. They give their patients an attitude and dont let anyone speak. The worst experience ever. That girl Teresa With the glasses needs to get fired because she thinks shes the boss and the two times I went to see the doctor she gave me an attitude and I never got to see him. Not only did they gave me false information about the doctor over the phone but she was extremely rude!!! Never again will I come here! So disappointed!!!

It is so difficult to get an appointment at this place. The usual wait time is about TWO weeks! And the time you do make an appointment they see you 3-4 hours after your appointment. Thats ridiculous! They have walk-in hours but you have to arrive at 7:30am and there is a long line. Its also not guaranteed they will see you as a walk in. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because majority of the staff are sweat hearts.

Clean Doctors Office. The Doctor is very nice today i went and only wait for the Doctor to see me 20 minutes.

The doctor misdiagnosed me twice. The wait is over an hour even with an appointment. And the front receptionist with the glasses is the rudest thing ever! She gives you an attitude and asks personal questions and judges you. What type of office is this? Crap. Dont waste your time.

Excellent place. I have always been comfortable with service. The only thing is waiting. They schedule you an appointment for 10 in the morning and sometimes they give you 12 in the afternoon and you still havent seen the doctor
